总队联合市教委修订学校消防安全管理规定

为进一步规范和加强全市各级各类学校的消防安全管理，增强学校抗御火灾的综合能力，保障师生员工的安全，为学校教书育人创造一个良好的消防安全环境，11月13日下午，由重庆市教委安全稳定办公室牵头，组织相关区县教育主管部门、高校、中、小学等单位部门负责人，召开了《学校消防安全管理规定》2007修订稿征求意见讨论会《学校消防安全管理规定》2007年修订稿在2004年11月23日下发的原规定12条的基础上进行重新修订。新规定主要依据《中华人民共和国消防法》、《机关、团体、企业事业单位消防安全管理规定》、《人员密集场所消防安全管理》、《重庆市消防条例》     

Boiling Heat Transfer Enhancement in a Vertical Annulus by Introduction of Air in Liquid Flow

In this paper, boiling heat transfer in a vertical annulus with inner side heated with and without air introduction is experimentally studied. Results show that boiling heat transfer is significantly enhanced by the introduction of air. When air is introduced into the liquid with a temperature below boiling point, the enhancement of heat transfer is also detected. It is concluded from the study that the heat transfer enhanced by introduction of inert gas is due to the liquid vaporization at the gas-liquid interface near the wall, which removes a large amount of latent heat and lowers the interfacial temperature considerably. Thus the gas-liquid interface acts as a "heat sink" and the heat transfer is augmented significantly.     

Photochromic azo polysemicarbazides with biocompatibility behavior

Two kinds of azo polysemicarbazides were prepared based on 3,3'-azobis(benzoylhydrazide)(ABH) and two kinds of diisocyanates via solution polymerization.The structures were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR) technique and elemental analysis.Inherent viscosities of the polymers were 0.32 and 0.29 dL/g and both could be dissolved in H2SO4 and polar organic solvents.Thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) presented a multi-step degradation and a decomposition temperature range of 230-280 ℃.And photoisomerization of the azo polymers in solvent of N,N-dimethyl acetamide(DMAc) was confirmed by Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis),suggested the isomerization appearing under the ultraviolet irradiation at 365 nm and recovering completely by visible light irradiation or kept in the dark.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) of polysemicarbazides before and after soaking in bovine serum albumin(BSA) solution confirmed the biocompatibility of azo polymers.     

微波加热法合成蜂窝状堇青石载体A12 O3涂层

采用微波加热法在堇青石蜂窝陶瓷基体表面涂覆多孔 Al2 O3涂层,研究了制备条件对堇青石蜂窝陶瓷表面 Al2 O3涂层中 Al2 O3的质量分数的影响。通过BET、SEM对涂层结构及形貌进行了表征,结果表明,采用微波加热法制备的 Al2 O3涂层均匀、稳定,具有较大的比表面积、孔容和较高的 Al2 O3质量分数。     

便携式核辐射测量仪表高压电路设计

介绍了用于便携式核辐射测量仪表中为GM计数管提供高压的高压电路。由各功能模块组成闭环控制的高压电路,通过反馈随时调整电压,降低干扰,提高稳定性。测试结果显示电路工作时,探测器的电压很快达到预期值,数值稳定,纹波系数小,使研究测量仪表的可靠性及可用性大大提高。该高压电路已成功运用于便携式γ剂量率仪表中,在相关核辐射测量仪表电路设计中有一定应用价值。

带裂纹翼缘板加强型节点局部试件力学性能试验研究

为研究带裂纹钢框架梁柱节点在地震过程中的抗震性能,设计制造了5个梁柱节点局部试件进行拉卸循环加载试验,研究初始裂纹缺陷位置对局部试件力学性能的影响.试验结果表明:带初始裂纹缺陷的加强型节点局部试件的承载力和延性性能均有所降低;初始裂纹缺陷位置不同会对试件产生不同程度的影响,缺陷位于加强板端部角焊缝中间时所造成的影响更为突出.     

钢框架刚性节点脆性断裂性能研究

以直接扩翼型、侧板加强型、翼缘板加强型、盖板加强型、狗骨削弱型和普通节点作为研究对象,对比分析6种钢结构典型刚性节点发生脆性断裂的可能性。研究采用ANSYS非线性有限元方法建模,以等效塑性应变指数(PI)和开裂指数(RI)作为断裂性能的判断指标,通过对比各类型节点的应力分布,分析3条指定路径和4个关键点的开裂指标,综合研究6种典型刚性节点的断裂性能,给出各类节点发生脆性断裂的关键位置,并得到翼缘板加强型节点防脆断能优于其他类型节点的结论。
