目的:解决小量程下电子皮带秤核查方法效率低、精度低、安全性不高等问题。方法:设计一种用于小量程下电子皮带秤在线期间核查的装置,装置由数字化传输控制模块和自动加载模块组成。以标准码块作为输入量,工作时由上位机远程控制机械手,在传输带上实现码块循环取放加载,完成后由上位机对测量结果进行评定,并将核查评定结果上传至云端存储。结果:电子皮带秤在1 440,3 600 kg/h两个流量节点,能够保证核查加载精度在±0.5%的误差范围内波动,加载过程平稳均匀,远程控制稳定,单次核查试验耗时约3 min,约为传统方式的1/3。结论:该装置核查数据的在线存储、下载与上传稳定,能够对核查结果进行实时监测和预警。 相似文献

As an important medicinal intermediate with broad uses, validamine, an aminocyclitol, isolated from the enzymolysis broth of validamycins, has gained more and more attention. The absolute configuration of validamine is similar to that of α-D-glucose, and it demonstrates powerful inhibition activity on glycosidase. In this paper, the inhibitory effect of validamine on porcine small intestinal sucrase was investigated. Validamine was found to be a potent, competitive inhibitor to porcine small intestinal sucrase in vitro with an IC50 value of 6.85×10-4 mol·L-1. Validamine exhibited a dose-dependent inhibition effect on porcine small intestinal sucrase, whereby the inhibition interaction of validamine and porcine small intestinal sucrase was a fast binding process. The inhibition of validamine on porcine small intestinal sucrase was pH-dependent. 相似文献

Acarbose, a potentα-glucosidase inhibitor, is widely used as an oral anti-diabetic drug for the treatment of the type 2, non-insulin-dependent diabetes. In this work, a gel type strong acid cation exchange resin 001×4 was applied to isolate acarbose from fermentation broth. It was demonstrated that cation exchanger 001×4 displayed a large adsorption capacity and quick exchange rate for acarbose. The static adsorption equilibrium data were well fitted to the Langmuir equation. Column adsorption experiments demonstrated that high dynamic adsorption capacity was reached at bed height of 104.4 mm, feed flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1 and acarbose concentration of 4.0 mg·ml-1. Under the optimized conditions, the column chromatography packed with cation exchanger 001×4 recovered 74.3%(by mass) of acarbose from Actinoplanes utahensis ZJB-08196 fermentation broth with purity of 80.1%(by mass), demonstrating great potential in the practical applications in acarbose separation. 相似文献

有效霉素是由吸水链霉菌柠檬变种(Streptomgces hygroscopicus var.limoneus)产生的抗菌素,它对水稻纹枯病显示出优良的防治效果。按照化学结构将抗生素分类时,其中有一类被通称为氨基糖苷类的抗生物质。顾名思义(若按字面解释)凡是氨基糖通过其 C-1位上的氧原子与其它基团即与糖苷配基结合结构的抗生物质都应该属于氨基糖苷类的范畴,但在抗生物质化学领域中,糖苷配基似乎仅限于环多醇或氨基环多醇。由于这一类抗生物质一般都以氨基环多醇作为糖苷配基,因此也常常称其为氨基环多醇类抗生素。假如从广义上来说,虽然可以把有效霉素归入氨基糖苷类抗生素,但有效霉素既不含有氨基糖,且作为糖苷配基的环多醇部分如下所述,是二个羟甲基链环多醇通过亚胺基连结的结构。到目前为止,所报导的氨基糖苷类抗生素中含氨基环醇的有链霉胺、α-脱氧链霉胺,actinamine 等,它们有很大不同,所以在这类抗生素中也存在很大的差异性。 相似文献
