热塑性聚酰亚胺的热膨胀系数研究

利用静态热机械分析仪（TMA）测定了热塑性聚酰亚胺（TPI）注塑件的热膨胀系数α，考察了TPI的各向异性、尺寸稳定性以及添加不同填料对α的影响。结果表明：TPI存在着各向异性，且流向面的α最低。在正常的使用范围内，试样经历一个升降温循环后尺寸基本没发生变化。经消除热历史后，材料的α降低；类似地，热处理也能使。减小。在主链相同的TPI树脂中，加入玻纤、碳纤维等高强度、高热稳定性的填料有助于降低TPI的α。     

玻璃成分和料方的计算机优化

本文建立了一套玻璃成分与料方的计算机优化模型,它把玻璃料方设计时涉及的"理化性能-玻璃成分-原料配比"三者之间的关系有机地统一起来.由计算可得符合各项理化与工艺性能要求的廉价料方.所建模型具有较高的通用性,可适用于硅酸盐其它行业(如陶瓷、搪瓷等)配力的优化,若把目标函数改为玻璃的熔化速度常数,则可用于易熔型料方的设计.

固定化微生物细胞降解邻苯二甲酸二丁酯

The biodegradation of di-n-butyl phthalate （DBP） using immobilized microbial cells was carded out in an internal airlift loop reactor with ceramic honeycomb supports. A strain that is capable of degrading DBP was isolated from the activated sludge and identified as Bacillus sp. using 16S rDNA sequential analysis. Bacillus sp. could be rapidly attached onto the ceramic honeycomb supports. The immobilized cells could effectively degrade DBP in batch and continuous experiments. When the influent concentration of DBP was 50mg·L^-1, the effluent DBP reached less than lmg.L i with 6h hydraulic retention time （HRT） in continuous experiment. The immobilized microbial cells could grow and accumulate through the biodegradation of DBP, and the rate of degradation is accordingly increased. The possible pathway of DBP biodegradation using immobilized cells was tentatively proposed.     

发酵法生产医药用透明质酸

山东临朐华元生物工程有限公司通过对菌株的筛选培育、发酵原料配方和工艺的改进、提纯工艺和设备的优化、制粉工艺和设备的改进、生产环境的改造,利用生物工程技术发酵法研制生产出医药用透明质酸,并形成1.5t/a的生产规模。产品应用于眼科手术、滴眼液、手术防粘连等方面,改变了国内医药用透明质酸依赖进口或动物器官提取法微量生产自用的局面,为国内以透明质酸为基质的制剂产品发展打下了基础。     

铝锆炭滑板在浇铸钙处理钢时的化学侵蚀

利用扫描电镜对抗钙处理钢液侵蚀试验后的铝锆炭残样进行了显微结构观察 ,并分析了铝锆炭滑板在钙处理钢液中的化学侵蚀机理。结果表明 :高温下 ,钙处理钢液中的Ca及CaO会与滑板中的Al2 O3 、SiO2 发生反应 ,生成低熔点的 12CaO·7SiO2 (1392℃ )和 2CaO·SiO2 ·Al2 O3 (15 39℃ )等物质 ,这些低熔物被钢水冲刷掉 ,使得滑板表层的Al2O3 和SiO2 含量迅速降低 ,从而导致了滑板的损毁。     

XG911水稳剂在工业循环水中的应用

ＸＧ９１１水稳剂具有阻垢，除垢，缓蚀性能，经金川公司循环冷却水试验表明：当剂浓丁≥１５ＰＰｍ时，阻垢率≥９０％，年腐蚀速率≤８．７３＊１－＾－６ｍ缓蚀效率对黄铜达９８％，紫铜达９２％。用二氧化氯协同杀菌抑藻，效果显著。     

大直径浅圆仓缩尺模型试验研究

大直径浅圆仓在生产过程中,由于仓底的偏心卸料使筒仓仓壁产生不均受力,会给筒仓结构的使用带来安全隐患。通过对浅圆仓缩尺模型试验,模拟筒仓生产过程的卸料状况,并对筒仓仓壁及仓底廊道顶部进行压力测试,将测试结果与理论计算进行对比,从而得出偏心卸料与静载状态的超压系数,为大直径浅圆仓设计提供依据。     

Studies on Macro-kinetics of Gas Phase Polymerization of Butadiene with Rare-earth Catalyst

The study of the kinetics of gas phase polymerization of butadiene with heterogeneous catalyst based on neodymium (Nd) was carried out. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, dispersing medium, and types of catalyst on kinetics of polymerization were investigated. A kinetic model with two kinds of active sites was proposed. The results show that the effects of the reaction temperature and the types of dispersing medium and catalyst on the kinetic performance of polymerization are significant, and that the combined model of first and second order decay of active site of catalyst can be used to describe the phenomena.
