汽轮机排汽湿度的在线监测方法及工业试验研究

蒸汽湿度对汽轮机的安全性和经济性有重要的影响.该文提出了可以在线监测汽轮机排汽湿度的双区加热方法,将加热段分为蒸发段和过热段,各段独立加热,通过过热段测量蒸汽流量,简化了测量装置,提高了探针的可靠性.湿度测量探针设计中仔细考虑了散热损失、汽化长度、热阻力的影响,提高了测量精度,实现了对汽轮机排汽湿度的长期在线监测.对采用双区加热法研制的湿度测量探针进行了工业试验,试验结果表明测量结果是可信的.     

Measurement ofHe2* density with an auxiliary measuring electrode in atmospheric pressure plasma jet

In this study, the density of metastable He₂* in an atmospheric-pressure plasma jet operating in helium with 0.001% nitrogen has been measured using an auxiliary measuring electrode technique. In the glow discharge mode, waveforms from two grounding electrodes, including one main discharge electrode and one auxiliary electrode, are captured. The isolated current peak formed by Penning ionization in waveforms from the auxiliary measuring electrode is identified to calculate the density of metastable He₂*. In our discharge environment, the helium metastable densities along the jet axis direction are between 2.26× 10¹³ and 1.74× 10¹³ cm^-3, which is in good agreement with the results measured by other techniques. This measurement technique can be conveniently applied to the diagnosis of metastableHe₂* in an atmospheric-pressure plasma jet array.

电站凝汽器污垢费用估算

提出了一种估算电站凝汽器污垢费用的方法,并按按冗余面积、产品损失、运行维护三个方面分析了污垢造成的经济损失。冗余面积分析以长山电厂100MW和200MW几组为例,结果表明:冗余面积大约为16%,增加投资5876元/MW。产品损失、运行维护分析以华能大连电厂4号350MW机组凝汽器为对象,以现场实测数据为分析基础。结果表明2000年污垢费用三项之和给我国造成的经济损失约为28.1亿元。图7表3参12     

On-Line Measurement of Ion Density in Atmospheric Nitrogen Discharge Filaments via Radiation Signals from Plasma Oscillation

Diagnosis of the particle number density of plasma plays an important role in the understanding of plasma sources and processing.Regular radiation signals from plasma oscillation in filaments of atmospheric nitrogen discharge,which were excited by the injection of secondary electron beams during the propagation of the streamer,are employed to determine the ion density of plasma and its evolution in the filaments.Results show that the density of N_4~+ in a filament of atmospheric nitrogen discharge is of the order of 10~(13) cm~(-3).It is also found that the recombination processes play a dominant role in plasma decay,and that the ion density decreases non-monotonically with time during streamer propagation.     

顺北区块钻井液沥青类抑制剂抗高温性能评价研究

随着油气井开采深度的不断增加，井下的温度也不断增加，因此对钻井液抗高温性能提出了更高要求。优选出抗高温性能优良的抑制剂，对解决深部地层的井壁稳定具有重要意义。本研究针对顺北区块高温地层，进行了天然沥青类、改性沥青类、乳化沥青类三类抑制剂的相对膨胀降低率评价与封堵性能评价，采用自研的高温高压钻井液抑制性评价装置，优化了抗高温钻井液抑制剂相对膨胀降低率评价方法。
