基于因子分析的无花果引进品种果实品质性状综合评价 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
建立5 个无花果品种的果实品质综合评价体系,为筛选优良品种提供依据。以山东引进的‘布兰瑞克’、 ‘丰产黄’、‘日本紫果’、‘美丽亚’和‘波姬红’5 个无花果品种为试材,测定其4 项外观指标和10 项内在营 养品质指标,对14 项指标进行相关性分析和因子分析,建立基于因子分析的综合品质评价模型,并根据综合品质 得分进行优良度排序。结果表明:5 个无花果品种14 项果实品质性状变异程度不同,其中VC含量间的差异最大, 单果质量、可滴定酸含量、糖酸比、固酸比和镁含量间的差异均中等,其余指标间的差异均相对较小,且品质指 标间均存在不同的相关性。经因子分析提取出3 个特征根大于1的公因子,累计方差贡献率为93.486%,其中第1公 因子的贡献率为47.242%,包含单果质量、果实纵径、可滴定酸含量、可溶性糖含量与可滴定酸含量比、可溶性固 形物含量与可滴定酸含量比、铁、镁和钙含量8 个指标;第2公因子的贡献率为27.150%,包含果实横径、果形指数 和VC含量3 个指标;第3公因子的贡献率为19.094%,包含可溶性糖含量、可溶性固形物含量和钾3 个指标。经综合 品质评价模型得出,5 个无花果品种果实综合品质得分的优良度排序依次为‘布兰瑞克’、‘美丽亚’、‘日本紫 果’、‘波姬红’和‘丰产黄’。 相似文献

The inhibiting effect of two organic copolymers namely poly(vinyl caprolactone-co-vinyl pyridine) (PVCVP) and poly(vinyl imidazol-co-vinyl
pyridine) (PVIVP) on the corrosion of steel in phosphoric acid was investigated at various temperatures. The study was carried
out by potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and weight loss measurements. Inhibition
efficiency (E %) increased with polymer concentration to attain 85% at 10−4 M for PVIVP. Adsorption of polymers on the steel surface in 2 M H3PO4 followed the Langmuir isotherm model. EIS measurements show that the dissolution of steel occurs under activation control.
Polarisation curves indicate that the tested polymers functioned as cathodic inhibitors. E % values obtained from various methods used are in good agreement with each other. The temperature effect on the corrosion

Despite several technical advances in dialysis treatment modalities and a better patient care management including correction of anemia, suppression of secondary hyperparathyroidism, lipid and oxidative stress profiles improvement, the morbidity and the mortality of dialysis patients still remain still elevated. Recent prospective interventional trials in hemodialysis (HEMO study and 4D study) were not very conclusive in showing any significant improvement in dialysis patient outcomes. High-efficiency convective therapies, such as online hemodiafiltration (HDF), are claimed to be superior to conventional diffusive hemodialysis (HD) in improving the dialysis efficacy and in reducing intradialytic morbidity and all-cause and cardiovascular mortality in dialysis patients. The aim of this report was, first, to review the evidence-based facts tending to prove the superiority of HDF vs. HD in terms of efficacy and tolerance, and, second, to analyze the needs to prove the clinical superiority of HDF in terms of reducing morbidity and all-cause mortality of dialysis patients. A systematic review of studies comparing HDF and HD has been performed in the microbiological safety of online production, the solute removal capacity of small and medium-size uremic toxins, and its implication in the reduction of the bioactive dialysis system vs. patient interaction. Major planned randomized international studies comparing HDF and HD in terms of morbidity and mortality have been reviewed. To conclude, it is thought that these long-term prospective randomized trials will clarify on a scientific evidence-based level the putative beneficial role of high-efficiency HDF modalities on dialysis patient outcomes. 相似文献

Magnesium is a crucial mineral, involved in many important physiological processes. Magnesium plays a role of maintaining myocardial electrical stability in hemodialysis patients. Intradialytic hypotension is a common complication of dialysis and it is more common with acetate dialysate. The significance of the intradialytic changes of magnesium and their relation to parathyroid hormone (PTH) level and calcium changes during dialysis, and their relation to hypotensive episodes during dialysis are interesting. The aim of this work is to investigate the intradialytic changes of serum magnesium in chronic hemodialysis patients with different hemodialysis modalities and the relation to other electrolytes and to PTH, and also the relation to intradialytic hypotension. The present study was conducted on 20 chronic renal failure patients. All patients were on regular hemodialysis thrice weekly 4 hr each using acetate dialysate (group I). To study the effect of an acetate-based dialysate vs. a bicarbonate-based dialysate on acute changes of magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, and PTH during a hemodialysis session, the same patients were shifted to bicarbonate dialysis (group II). All patients were subjected to full history and clinical examination, predialysis laboratory assessment of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine, albumin, and hemoglobin, serial assessment of magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, and parathyroid hormone at the start of the hemodialysis session, 2 hr later, and at the end of the session, blood pH, and electrocardiogram (ECG) presession and postsession. All patients were urged to fix their dry weight, diet, and current medications. None of the patients had diabetes, neoplasia, liver disease, or cachexia, nor had they been recently on magnesium-containing drugs or previously parathyroidectomized. Hemodialysis sessions were performed by volumetric dialysis machines using the same electrolyte composition. Magnesium level significantly increased in the bicarbonate group at the end of dialysis (0 hr: 2.73+/-0.87, 2 hr: 3.21+/-1.1, and at 4 hr: 5.73+/-1.45 mg/dL, p value <0.01), while it significantly decreased in the acetate group (0 hr: 3.00+/-0.58, 2 hr: 2.26+/-0.39, 4 hr: 1.97+/-0.33 mg/dL, p value <0.01). Calcium level significantly increased in the bicarbonate group (p=0.024) but not in the acetate group. Phosphorus level significantly decreased in both acetate and bicarbonate groups. PTH level did not significantly change in either group, p value > or =0.05. Blood pH significantly increased, changing from acidic to alkaline pH, with both modalities of hemodialysis. ECG showed no significant changes during sessions with either type of dialysate. Hypotension was significantly higher in group I compared with group II (p=0.01), and this hypotension was positively correlated with a decrease in serum magnesium level in group I. Intradialytic changes in serum magnesium have no correlation with intradialytic changes in serum calcium or with PTH level. However, it was significantly correlated with hypotension during the dialysis session, especially with acetate dialysate. Further investigations are needed to determine whether or not this is true in patients using bicarbonate dialysis. 相似文献

Despite years of intensive research, breast cancer remains a major cause of death among women. New strategies to combat breast cancer are being developed, one of the most exciting of which is the use of chemopreventive agents. Resveratrol (RES) is a polyphenolic compound found in plants that seems to have a wide spectrum of biological activity. RES has been shown to afford protection against several types of cancer. This review summarizes the chemopreventive effects of RES at the three major stages of breast carcinogenesis: initiation, promotion, and progression. It has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and may induce apoptosis as well as modulate cell cycle and estrogen receptor function in breast cancer cell lines. Although RES has shown remarkable promise as a potent chemopreventive agent in breast cancer, further studies are needed to etablish its usefulness. 相似文献
