The effect of isothermal annealing of amorphous PbTiO3 at a temperature below the crystallization temperature, Tcrys, has been investigated. Time dependent dielectric constant in the annealing process has been observed. From the experimental results, both the existence of the glass transition temperature, Tg, and the steadiness of dielectric constant at room temperature have been established.  相似文献

The present study aimed to establish an efficient system for the production of female embryos from dairy cows by in vitro fertilization (IVF) using X-sorted sperm and in vivo-matured oocytes collected by ovum pick up (OPU). Nonlactating Holstein cows (n = 36) were administered a controlled intravaginal progesterone-releasing (controlled internal drug release) device (d 0), underwent dominant follicle ablation (DFA) or ovulation by administration of 100 μg of GnRH on d 5, and were superstimulated with FSH and PGF, following standard procedures. Controlled internal drug release devices were removed on the evening of d 8 or on the morning of d 9, depending on the experiment. For LH surge induction, 200 μg of GnRH was administered on the morning of d 10 (0 h). In experiment 1, the peak (48.1%) of ovulating follicles was detected at 29 to 32 h after GnRH injection (0 h), and the range in the timing of the initiation of ovulation was less by timing from GnRH administration (30.0 ± 2.8 h) rather than by timing the onset of estrus (32.7 ± 4.7 h). Only 0.9% of total ovulated follicles were recorded before 26 h after GnRH injection. Therefore, OPU was carried out at 26 h and IVF occurred at 30 h after GnRH in experiments 2 and 3. In experiment 2, 83.3 ± 10.8% of oocytes with expanded cumulus cells had extruded the first polar body at 30 h after GnRH injection. The aim of experiment 3 was to compare the effect of either DFA or GnRH-induced LH surge before superstimulation on the efficiency of embryo production by IVF following superstimulation. Progesterone concentrations from d 10 to 12 in the DFA group were lower than those in the GnRH group. A greater proportion of recovered oocytes with expanded cumulus cells from ≥8-mm follicles was observed in the DFA group than in the GnRH group (95.9 and 77.4%, respectively). Blastocyst rates in the DFA and GnRH groups (58.0 and 52.8%, respectively) did not differ from those of oocytes collected from nonstimulated OPU and matured in vitro (49.9%). However, the proportion of high-quality blastocysts was higher in the DFA group compared with the GnRH group (54.9 vs. 21.5%). Our results demonstrate that high rates of good-quality blastocysts can be produced by IVF with X-sorted frozen sperm using in vivo-matured oocytes collected by OPU from cows after DFA and superstimulation combined with ovulation induction.  相似文献

The reforming of CH4 with CO2 over supported Rh catalysts has been studied over a range of temperatures (550–1000 K). A significant effect of the support on the catalytic activity was observed, where the order was Rh/Al2O3>Rh/TiO2>Rh/SiO2. The catalytic activity of Rh/SiO2 was promoted markedly by physical mixing of Rh/SiO2 with metal oxides such as Al2O3, TiO2, and MgO, indicating a synergetic effect. The role of the metal oxides used as the support and the physical mixture may be ascribed to the promotion in dissociation of CO2 on the surface of Rh, since the CH4 + CO2 reaction is first order in the pressure of CO2, suggesting that CO2 dissociation is the rate-determining step. The possible model of the synergetic effect was proposed.  相似文献

Kinetic and thermodynamic analyses of catalytic hydrodechlorinations in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) were performed using 5% Pd supported on γ-Al2O3. The selected standard compounds used for the study represented chlorinated wood resins commonly found in pitch deposits; 1-chlorooctadecane (C18-Cl), 9,10-dichlorostearic acid (Stearic-Cl2), and 12,14-dichlorodehydroabietic acid (DHA-Cl2). The reaction utilized isopropanol as a hydrogen donor. Pressure, temperature, and the concentrations of isopropanol and palladium were varied to study the effect of each parameter and to optimize the dechlorination yield. The reaction in SC-CO2 was compared to the one in liquid solvents at atmospheric pressure. By applying a Langmuir–Hinshelwood kinetic model, the rate-determining step of the reaction was deduced to be adsorption of the chlorinated molecules on the palladium surface. The apparent activation energies of the reactions for C18-Cl, Stearic-Cl2, DHA-Cl2 were 43±5, 40±7, and 135±7 kJ mol−1, respectively, in SC-CO2. The relatively high activation energy for DHA-Cl2 was apparently due to structural differences from the other two compounds. The apparent activation energy of dechlorination of C18-Cl in liquid isopropanol at atmospheric pressure was determined to be 35±3 kJ mol−1, leading to the conclusion that the rate-determining step is the same for this compound in both fluid systems. The enthalpies of desorption of stearic acid and dehydroabietic acid were determined to be 18±2 and 12±2 kJ mol−1, respectively. These values being less than half of the apparent activation energies of dechlorination of their corresponding chlorinated compounds indicates that desorption of the dechlorinated products is not the rate-determining step of the reaction. This was consistent with the conclusion that the rate-determining step is adsorption, on the understanding that the reaction mechanism is same in both fluid systems.  相似文献

We investigated the clinical usefulness of individualization of chemotherapeutic regimen in neoadjuvant intra-arterial chemotherapy for locally invasive bladder cancer. Anticancer drugs were selected according to the results of an in vitro chemosensitivity test (collagen matrix assay or succinic dehydrogenase inhibition test). Nine patients with locally invasive bladder cancer received 1 to 4 courses of neoadjuvant intra-arterial chemotherapy, followed by radical cystectomy. Histopathological responses in the cystectomized specimens were grade 3 in 3 cases, grade 2 in 2, grade 1b in 2 and no response in 2. Pathologically, a complete response and downstaging were observed in 3 and 4 cases, respectively. Seven of the 9 patients were alive no evidence of disease with a mean follow-up period of 38.9 months, whereas 2 patients died of metastasis within 2 years. Six of the 7 patients who showed a complete response or down staging have been free of recurrence. These findings suggest that our chemotherapeutic strategy may improve the prognosis for locally invasive bladder cancer.  相似文献

Basal studies for the confirmation of sanitary rules in the kitchen were performed, focusing on preventing an outbreak of food poisoning due to eggs contaminated with Salmonella Enteritidis (SE), using hen and quail eggs. SE did not grow at 5 degrees C but grew markedly at 25 degrees C in eggs. The invasion and growth of SE were marked under very humid conditions regardless of whether the eggshell was damaged. The invasion of SE into egg also occurred when eggs were taken in and out of the refrigerator. Moreover, SE was spread immediately to all non-contaminated eggs when SE-contaminated eggs were cracked into a bowl with non-contaminated eggs. In homemade mayonnaise containing 15% vinegar, sterilization took several hours to occur. On a stainless-steel bowl, SE survived for 2 weeks or more. These findings suggest that it is necessary to pay attention to secondary contamination.  相似文献

Friction and frictional tracks on 2 µm thick SiO2 films evaporated on polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) substrate were investigated. Diamond spherical sliders of radius 30 and 100 µm, respectively, were slid on these coatings under a load of 50 to 200g at a sliding speed of 15 cm min–1. The static and dynamic friction coefficients for SiO2 films were found to be 0.1 and 0.06, respectively, depending on the load and radius of the slider. For lower load and small slider radius the tracks on SiO2 film were groove-like, and whisker-like cracks regularly grew from the edges of the tracks. For higher loads and larger slider radius, semicircular cracks in the film were regularly found behind the slider, but in thicker film (6 µm thick), circular cracks occurred. The origin of these cracks is discussed in terms of a tension zone produced around the contact area between the slider and the substrate under frictional force.  相似文献

Lossless broadband microwave active inductors for general-purpose use in microwave circuits are proposed, and their characteristics are discussed. These active inductors are composed of a common-source cascode FET and a feedback FET, and operate in a wide frequency range with very low series resistance. Their low-loss characteristics are demonstrated by simulation and experimental results. A maximum Q factor of 65 is obtained. Theoretically, it can reach infinity.
