Hematological parameters and the state of liver cells of rats were examined in vivo after the animals received aflatoxin B1 (AfB1) alone and together with modified nanodiamonds (MND) synthesized by detonation. The rats that had received the MND hydrosol had elevated leukocyte levels, mainly due to higher granulocyte counts and somewhat increased monocyte counts compared to control rats. Hematological parameters of the rats that had received AfB1 alone differed from those of the control rats in another way: total white blood cell counts were significantly lower due to the decreased lymphocyte counts. In rats that had consumed AfB1 with the MND hydrosol, changes in hematological parameters were less pronounced than in rats that had consumed either AfB1 or MND. Electron microscopy showed that hepatocytes of the rats that had received the MND hydrosol or AfB1 with the MND hydrosol contained elevated levels of lipid inclusions and lysosomes. Hyperplasia of the smooth endoplasmic reticulum (EPR) was revealed in liver specimens of the rats that had received AfB1. Results of the study suggest the conclusion about mutual mitigation of the effects of nanoparticles and the mycotoxin on rats blood and liver cells after AfB1 has adsorbed on MND.  相似文献

Based on a statistical analysis of the information on the composition of solutions for the electrodeposition of A-B alloys, a mathematical model is proposed that makes it possible to choose the preferable range of the total concentrations of ligands in solutions for alloy electrodeposition. The effect of martensite transformations of different types on the misorientation of austenite crystalline lattice, which characterizes the degree of structure fragmentation, was investigated for Fe-Ni and Fe-Mn alloys. As a result of multiple face-centered cubic (f.c.c.)-body-centered cubic (b.c.c.)-f.c.c. transformations, an austenite single-crystalline specimen is transformed in a polycrystalline one due to progressive fragmentation. It was shown that the degree of fragmentation depends on the magnitude of volume change and the density of dislocations generated on martensitic transformations.  相似文献

Analysis of the relative location of the polarization curves obtained for the electrodeposition of two metals from ligand-free and ligand-containing solutions is used to construct a logistic model. The model can be used for predicting the zones of allowed values for the stability constants of complexes the reduction of which is accompanied by the formation of an alloy. It can also be used for choosing ligands with the help of these data. The experimental data available in the literature agree well with the results predicted by the model. As a result, conditions of practical importance for choosing ligands for the simultaneous reduction of complexes and alloy formation were formulated.  相似文献
