为研究火灾后盾构隧道管片的破坏模式,借助火灾试验手段,对钢筋混凝土(RC)及混杂纤维混凝土(HFRC)两种类型的管片在不同工况下的破坏模式进行了研究。根据试验结果,受正弯矩单向加载的钢筋混凝土管片的极限承载力和变形性能均大于混杂纤维混凝土管片。在该工况下,钢筋混凝土管片的破坏模式为弯曲破坏,混杂纤维混凝土管片的破坏模式则为弯曲剪切破坏。而在受负弯矩双向加载的工况下,钢筋混凝土管片为剪切破坏模式,而混杂纤维混凝土管片为受弯破坏模式。由于破坏模式的差别,导致混杂纤维混凝土管片的变形发挥要优于钢筋混凝土管片。基于以上结论,笔者对盾构隧道管片的抗火设计提出了一些相关建议。  相似文献

Lead-bismuth eutectic (LBE) is a candidate coolant for fast reactors. Its physical, chemical and neutronic properties make it a prospect coolant for the reactors. However, corrosion of structure is the main problem of utilizing LBE as a coolant. Compatibility of welded structure with LBE at high temperature should be considered clearly for feasibility of lead-bismuth-cooled fast reactors. This study was preformed to investigate the mechanical properties and corrosion characteristics of the welded ferritic-martensitic (FM) steel, HCM12A, in LBE at 650 °C for 500 h. The welding methods were TIG welding (137 mm/min; 480 W), YAG laser welding (780 mm/min; 287 W) and electron beam welding (1000 mm/min; 60 kW). The oxygen concentration of test environment was maintained at 7 x 10−7 wt% by injecting Ar-H2-steam gas mixture. Vickers hardness test and SEM/EDX analysis were conducted on the cross section of welded HCM12A. It was found that oxide layer was larger in the weld zones than base metal (BM). There are presented results regarding a new set of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) based on acrylonitrile:acrylic acid (AN:AA) copolymer matrix. As template, it was used sclareol, an important anticancer bioactive compound, never used before for molecular imprinting. An emerging and insufficient studied MIP preparation method, namely the phase inversion, was used to prepare 0.8 mm spherical sclareol MIPs (S‐MIPs). Three AN:AA copolymers, having the initial monomer ratios 90:10, 80:20, and 70:30, were synthesized by radical copolymerization in emulsion, without emulsifier. After that, each copolymer was dissolved in the presence of the template (sclareol) in dimethylformamide. The imprinting and the morphology of these new materials were analyzed by rheology, elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, size exclusion chromatography, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, batch rebinding tests, and Scatchard analysis. The conclusion was that the AN:AA‐80:20 matrix proved to be the optimized solution between high rigidity (given by the AN segments) and high affinity for the template (given by AA segments), the average imprinting factor for this system being 2.67. 针对哈里斯鹰优化(HHO)算法存在的收敛精度低、收敛速度慢、易于陷入局部最优的不足,提出了一种混沌精英哈里斯鹰优化(CEHHO)算法。首先,引入精英等级制度策略,以充分利用优势种群来增强种群多样性以及提升算法收敛速度和精度;其次,利用Tent混沌映射调整算法关键参数;然后,使用一种非线性能量因子调节策略来平衡算法的开发与探索;最后,使用高斯随机游走策略对最优个体施加扰动,并在算法停滞时,利用随机游走策略使算法有效跳出局部最优。通过对20个基准测试函数在不同维度下进行仿真实验,来评估算法的寻优能力。实验结果表明,改进算法的表现优于鲸鱼优化算法(WOA)、灰狼优化(GWO)算法、粒子群优化(PSO)算法和生物地理优化(BBO)算法,性能较原始HHO算法有明显提升,验证了改进算法的有效性。  相似文献

Nitrotyrosine, which is generated by numerous reactive nitrogen species, is a type of protein post-translational modification. Identification of site-specific nitration modification on tyrosine is a prerequisite to understanding the molecular function of nitrated proteins. Thanks to the progress of machine learning, computational prediction can play a vital role before the biological experimentation. Herein, we developed a computational predictor PredNTS by integrating multiple sequence features including K-mer, composition of k-spaced amino acid pairs (CKSAAP), AAindex, and binary encoding schemes. The important features were selected by the recursive feature elimination approach using a random forest classifier. Finally, we linearly combined the successive random forest (RF) probability scores generated by the different, single encoding-employing RF models. The resultant PredNTS predictor achieved an area under a curve (AUC) of 0.910 using five-fold cross validation. It outperformed the existing predictors on a comprehensive and independent dataset. Furthermore, we investigated several machine learning algorithms to demonstrate the superiority of the employed RF algorithm. The PredNTS is a useful computational resource for the prediction of nitrotyrosine sites. The web-application with the curated datasets of the PredNTS is publicly available.  相似文献

The use of GPUs for general purpose computation has increased dramatically in the past years due to the rising demands of computing power and their tremendous computing capacity at low cost. Hence, new programming models have been developed to integrate these accelerators with high-level programming languages, giving place to heterogeneous computing systems. Unfortunately, this heterogeneity is also exposed to the programmer complicating its exploitation. This paper presents a new technique to automatically rewrite sequential programs into a parallel counterpart targeting GPU-based heterogeneous systems. The original source code is analyzed through domain-independent computational kernels, which hide the complexity of the implementation details by presenting a non-statement-based, high-level, hierarchical representation of the application. Next, a locality-aware technique based on standard compiler transformations is applied to the original code through OpenHMPP directives. Two representative case studies from scientific applications have been selected: the three-dimensional discrete convolution and the simple-precision general matrix multiplication. The effectiveness of our technique is corroborated by a performance evaluation on NVIDIA GPUs.  相似文献

Vitreoretinal lymphoma (VRL) is an uncommon eye malignancy, and VRLs of T cell origin are rare. They are difficult to treat, and their molecular underpinnings, including actionable genomic alterations, remain to be elucidated. At present, vitreous fluid liquid biopsies represent a valuable VRL sample for molecular analysis to study VRLs. In this study, we report the molecular diagnostic workup of a rare case of bilateral T cell VRL and characterize its genomic landscape, including identification of potentially targetable alterations. Using next-generation sequencing of vitreous-derived DNA with a pan-cancer 126-gene panel, we found a copy number gain of BRAF and copy number loss of tumor suppressor DNMT3A. To the best of our knowledge, this represents the first exploration of the T cell VRL cancer genome and supports vitreous liquid biopsy as a suitable approach for precision oncology treatments.  相似文献

在刚性挡土墙后设置柔性垫层能有效减小墙背土压力。聚苯乙烯土工泡沫(EPS)是一种常见的柔性材料,具有受力易压缩的特性。通过开展室内挡土墙模型箱试验,对铺设不同弹性模量以及不同厚度的EPS板的各工况下墙背土压力分布规律进行了研究,详细分析了弹性模量和厚度对EPS板在不同填土表面荷载作用下的减压性能的影响;并通过FLAC3D建立有限差分数值模型,对不同压缩量情况下土压力分布规律进行了分析。研究结果表明:EPS板能有效地减小挡土墙墙后土压力;EPS板的弹性模量越小、厚度越大、墙后填土表面的外荷载越大,EPS板的减压效果越明显;EPS板厚增加到一定程度后,EPS板的减压效果不会再有明显提升,EPS板厚达到0.1倍墙高即可获得最佳减压效果。  相似文献
