The present paper surveys the investigation results of the adhesive behavior with steel of different polyethylenes (LDPE, HDPE) irradiated with γ-radiation in vacuum, oxygen, and air, using rheological, optical, thermomechanical and other methods. To study the adhesive contact, the technological parameters applicable to thermosetting polymer material were taken into consideration. The results show the suitable methods in order to obtain thermosetting polymer materials with improved adhesive and thermomechanical properties.  相似文献

The paper presents preliminary results of the analysis concerning a CO2 removal process, applied to metallurgical fuel gases: blast-furnace gas and Corex gas. The CO2 removal is realised by the physical absorption process with the Selexol solvent as the absorbing liquid. The analysis is focused on the energy consumption in the case of such installations, when blast-furnace gas or Corex gas are supposed to be treated. The CO2 removal from metallurgical gases can be attractive from both technological and environmental points of view. Decreased CO2 content in the gases and increased lower heating value (LHV) results in better conditions for its utilisation e.g. in a gas turbine-based combined heat and power (CHP) plant or direct utilisation within the process, e.g. as an auxiliary fuel or reducing gas in a blast furnace. As the composition, flow rate and LHV of the raw blast furnace and Corex gases differ strongly, the physical absorption installation has different requirements and operation parameters in the two cases. The optimisation leads to minimal energy consumption with the assumed CO2 removal efficiency. The results indicate which technology of pig-iron production has greater potential in the field of mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions, with respect to the technological possibilities of utilisation of the treated fuel gases.  相似文献

We discuss the solvability of the nonhomogeneous boundary-value problem for the semilinear equation of the vibrating string x tt (t, y) − Δx(t, y) + f(t, y, x(t, y)) = 0 in a bounded domain and a certain type of superlinear nonlinearity. The AE44 (Mg–4Al–4RE) alloy was prepared by a hot-chamber die casting method. The microstructure, microstructural stability and creep properties at 175 °C were investigated. The microstructure was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the Rietveld method. The results show that die cast AE44 magnesium alloy consists of α-Mg, Al11RE3, Al2RE and Al2.12RE0.88 phases. The Al11RE3 phase is thermally stable at 175 °C whereas the metastable Al2.12RE0.88 phase undergoes a transition into the equilibrium Al2RE phase. The alloy investigated is characterized by good creep properties at temperatures of 175 °C and 200 °C.  相似文献

The intensities of the broad and narrow lines constituting the e.p.r. spectrum of coal depend on the temperature of measurement. The system of paramagnetic centres related to the broad line does not obey the Curie law and consists of free radicals (S = 12) and of centres with singlet ground state (S = 0) and lowest-excited triplet state (S = 1). The singlet-triplet excitation energy, J, is comparable with thermal energy, kT, of lattice vibrations. Investigations on the conversion of tolylene-2,4-diisocyanate (2,4-TDI or TDI) with heptane-1,4,7-triol 1,4,7-HPT or HPT) at 55–85°C and various molar ratios of starting materials are described. By means of mass spectroscopic analysis and gel permeation chromatography, molecular weights of six oligomers and their percent contents in the products have been estimated. Moreover, a scheme of the formation of all prepared isocyanate prepolymers has been proposed. It has been shown, that apart from oligomers having the structures resulting from the reaction of 1,4,7-HPT with the isocyanate group in the position “4”, reaction products contained oligomers, which confirmed the reactivity of isocyanate group in the position “2”, too.  相似文献
