Tungsten oxide thin films were prepared by low temperature chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process from a metallorganic precursor at atmospheric pressure. The influence of the deposition temperature and oxygen flow-rate on the film structure, density and built-in stress were investigated in a comparative way employing different characterization techniques. The XRD structural analysis of the films showed co-existence of WO3 and WO2.9 phases. On the basis of the performed studies it was inferred that the film density decreases, the film stresses change and the film transmission increases at higher oxygen flow-rate values during the deposition. The growth window for preparation of tungsten oxide films with very low density, facilitating fast kinetics of the electrochromic effect, was established.  相似文献

The properties of 2D InN are predicted to substantially differ from the bulk crystal. The predicted appealing properties relate to strong in‐ and out‐of‐plane excitons, high electron mobility, efficient strain engineering of their electronic and optical properties, and strong application potential in gas sensing. Until now, the realization of 2D InN remained elusive. In this work, the formation of 2D InN and measurements of its bandgap are reported. Bilayer InN is formed between graphene and SiC by an intercalation process in metal–organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). The thickness uniformity of the intercalated structure is investigated by conductive atomic force microscopy (C‐AFM) and the structural properties by atomic resolution transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The coverage of the SiC surface is very high, above 90%, and a major part of the intercalated structure is represented by two sub‐layers of indium (In) bonded to nitrogen (N). Scanning tunneling spectroscopy (STS) measurements give a bandgap value of 2 ± 0.1 eV for the 2D InN. The stabilization of 2D InN with a pragmatic wide bandgap and high lateral uniformity of intercalation is demonstrated.  相似文献

Boolean networks have long been used as models of molecular networks, and they play an increasingly important role in systems biology. This paper describes a software package, Polynome, offered as a web service, that helps users construct Boolean network models based on experimental data and biological input. The key feature is a discrete analog of parameter estimation for continuous models. With only experimental data as input, the software can be used as a tool for reverse-engineering of Boolean network models from experimental time course data.  相似文献

Developmental psychology researchers examine the temporal relationships of social and communicative behaviors, such as how a child responds to a name call, to understand early typical and atypical development and to discover early signs of autism and developmental delay. These related behaviors occur together or within close temporal proximity, forming unique patterns and relationships of interest. However, the task of finding these early signs, which are in the form of atypical behavioral patterns, becomes more challenging when behaviors of multiple children at different ages need to be compared with each other in search of generalizable patterns. The ability to visually explore the temporal relationships of behaviors, including flexible redefinition of closeness, over multiple social interaction sessions with children of different ages, can make such knowledge extraction easier. We have designed a visualization tool called TipoVis that helps psychology researchers visually explore the temporal patterns of social and communicative behaviors. We present two case studies to show how TipoVis helped two researchers derive new understandings of their data.  相似文献
