Properties and potential applications of zeolitic materials produced from fly ash using simple method of synthesis 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Very low energy-consuming procedure is proposed for synthesis of zeolitic materials from fly ash. Three different zeolite materials (X, P and S), rich in zeolite phases, Na-X (FAU), NaP1 (GIS) and sodalite (SOD) were produced from F-class fly ash, using NaOH and NaCl solutions under atmospheric pressure at temperature below 110 °C.Obtained zeolitic products were analysed for their composition and physicochemical properties then compared to the raw fly ash and commercial adsorbents. The zeolitization results in a significant increase of CEC (from 5.5 up to 239 meq 100 g− 1), and the high ability to adsorb heavy metal ions (over 40 mg g− 1) and retain complex and organic molecules (EGME), mostly evident for material X. Adsorptive purification of waste and working lubricating oils using zeolitic products allow to provide their commercial applications in petroleum industry. Leachability of toxic elements after standard post-reaction washing is environmentally safe. 相似文献

The aim of this work was to evaluate the vitamin B12 content and profile of cobalamin bioactive forms in raw and cooked beef. The study showed that vitamin B12 distribution is unequal among beef muscles. The content of this nutrient ranges from 0.7 to 1.5 μg/100 g of tissue. In beef, three biologically active forms of vitamin B12 were determined, i.e.: methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin and hydroxycobalamin; the dominating form of vitamin B12 was adenosylcobalamin (68% of total cobalamins). The process of roasting and grilling had little effect on the vitamin B12 content in the final product as compared to the raw meat. The fried product was characterised by about a 32% lower content of cobalamins than in raw meat. 相似文献

New factors were identified impacting significantly on the formation of HAA during grilling. The number and profile of HAA in grilled beef depend on the fattening system (intensive and semi-intensive), and the effect of the animal’s sex. The fewest HAAs were formed in rib steak from heifers from a semi-intensive fattening system. A significant effect of storage of meat in refrigerated conditions (5 to 15 days) was also demonstrated on the formation of HAA during grilling. The longer the raw meat was stored, the more HAA was formed during grilling. The quantity of HAA was strongly correlated with the content of free amino acids and a very strong correlation was found with an increasing content of free purine and pyrimidine bases and their nucleosides. 相似文献

RNA is an attractive biopolymer for nanodesign of self-assembling particles for nanobiotechnology and synthetic biology. Here, we experimentally characterize by biochemical and biophysical methods the formation of thermostable and ribonuclease resistant RNA nanorings previously proposed by computational design. High yields of fully programmable nanorings were produced based on several RNAI/IIi kissing complex variants selected for their ability to promote polygon self-assembly. Long time evolution (LTE) represents an emerging and promising technology for providing broadband, mobile Internet access. Because of the limitation of available spectrum resource, high spectrum efficiency technologies such as channel-aware scheduling need to be explored. In this work, we evaluate the performance of three scheduling algorithms proposed for LTE downlink transmission. The evaluation takes place in mixed traffic scenarios and aims at exploring strengths and weaknesses of the proposed algorithms. Simulation results illustrate the importance of real-time traffic awareness by schedulers when a specified level of quality of service is required. The research shows that lack of prioritisation of multimedia traffic will lead to severe degradation of video and VoIP services even with a relatively low network load. 相似文献

A novel series of coumarin–thiadiazole hybrids, derived from substituted coumarin-3-carboxylic acids was isolated and fully characterized with the use of a number of spectroscopic techniques and XRD crystallography. Several of the novel compounds showed intensive fluorescence in the visible region, comparable to that of known coumarin-based fluorescence standards. Moreover, the new compounds were tested as potential antineurodegenerative agents via their ability to act as acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) inhibitors. Compared to the commercial standards, only a few compounds demonstrated moderate AChE and BuChE activities. Moreover, the novel derivatives were tested for their antimicrobial activity against a panel of pathogenic bacterial and fungal species. Their lack of activity and toxicity across a broad range of biochemical assays, together with the exceptional emission of some hybrid molecules, highlights the possible use of a number of the novel hybrids as potential fluorescence standards or fluorescence imaging agents. 相似文献

This article presents an application of inverse algorithm for reconstruction of heat transfer coefficient (HTC) for a water jet impinging a flat surface. Such an approach, allows for decoupling complex fluid flow from heat conduction in a solid impinged by jet. The approach starts with parameterization of a functional form of unknown boundary temperature and heat flux occurring at the fluid–solid interface. Later, Newton's law of cooling is used to force temporal invariability of HTC. Unknown coefficients of HTC distribution are determined from a least square fit between measured and computed temperatures. Temperatures entering the objective function are recorded by an infrared camera at the surface opposite to impinged one. 相似文献

This article presents the CFD calculations of the efficiency and the pressure drop in the cyclone with a 0.2 m diameter equipped with an obstacle – a flat disk, referred to as the plate. It is located in the lower part of the cyclone cone close to the dust outlet. The influence of three different positions and the diameter of the plate were analysed. The RANS equations with the RSM and DPM for particles motion were used.The presented study confirms that the use of the plate in the lower part of the cyclone may not improve its performance. 相似文献
