Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are constrained by limited node (device) energy, low network bandwidth, high communication overhead and latency. Data aggregation alleviates the constraints of WSN. In this paper, we propose a multi-agent based homogeneous temporal data aggregation and routing scheme based on fish bone structure of WSN nodes by employing a set of static and mobile agents. The primary components of fishbone structure are backbone and ribs connected to both sides of a backbone. A backbone connects a sink node and one of the sensor nodes on the boundary of WSN through intermediate sensor nodes. Our aggregation scheme operates in the following steps. (1) Backbone creation and identifying master centers (or nodes) on it by using a mobile agent based on parameters such as Euclidean distance, residual energy, backbone angle and connectivity. (2) Selection of local centers (or nodes) along the rib of a backbone connecting a master center by using a mobile agent. (3) Local aggregation process at local centers by considering nodes along and besides the rib, and delivering to a connected master center. (4) Master aggregation process along the backbone from boundary sensor node to the sink node by using a mobile agent generated by a boundary sensor node. The mobile agent aggregates data at visited master centers and delivers to the sink node. (5) Maintenance of fish bone structure of WSN nodes. The performance of the scheme is simulated in various WSN scenarios to evaluate the effectiveness of the approach by analyzing the performance parameters such as master center selection time, local center selection time, aggregation time, aggregation ratio, number of local and master centers involved in the aggregation process, number of isolated nodes, network lifetime and aggregation energy. The efficacy of PCR-RFLP analysis of mt 12S rRNA gene in identification of animal species from meat samples of known and unknown origin and adulterated meat samples was evaluated. In PCR, all the samples generated an amplicon of 456 bp. Restriction enzyme digestion of the PCR product with AluI, HhaI, BspTI and ApoI revealed characteristic RFLP patterns. Of the samples of unknown origin few were identified as cattle, few as buffalo and some were admixtures of two, suggesting adulteration. The RFLP pattern of one did not match any of species included in the study, which on sequencing was confirmed as camel meat. Application of this technique on adulterated meat samples could detect both animal species in proportion of 50:50 and 75:25 (except in case of goat+cattle). Consider the problem of scheduling a set ofn tasks on a uniprocessor such that a feasible schedule that satisfies each task's time constraints is generated. Traditionally, researchers have looked at all the tasks as a group and applied heuristic or enumeration search to it. We propose a new approach called thedecomposition scheduling where tasks are decomposed into a sequence of subsets. The subsets are scheduled independently, in the order of the sequence. It is proved that a feasible schedule can be generated as long as one exists for the tasks. In addition, the overall scheduling cost is reduced to the sum of the scheduling costs of the tasks in each subset.Simulation experiments were conducted to analyze the performance of decomposition scheduling approach. The results show that in many cases decomposition scheduling performs better than the traditional branch-and-bound algorithms in terms of scheduling cost, and heuristic algorithms in terms of percentage of finding feasible schedules over randomly-generated task sets. 相似文献

The title compound, C14H14O4, a linear dihydrofuranocoumarin, was isolated from the bark ofAegle marmelos, a plant widely used in Ayurvedic system of medicine for the treatment of various ailments. The crystal structure was determined from X-ray diffraction data using direct methods. The compound crystallizes into monoclinic space group P21 with unit cell parameters:a] = 5.721(1) Å, b= 13.810(1) Å, c= 7.864(2) Å, β = 100.39(1)°, Z = 2. The structure was refined by full-matrix least-squares to a finalR value of 0.0523 for 1184 observed reflections. The benzopyran moiety is perfectly planar. The dihedral angle between the pyrone and benzene rings is 0.3(1)°. The furan ring has a 2α-envelope conformation. The molecules are linked by O-H…O hydrogen bonds into chains and these chains are linked into sheets by C-H…O hydrogen bonds. We have analyzed step growth polymerization in a flat film with finite mass transfer resistance. We have shown rigorously that the molecular weight distribution (MWD) at equilibrium is given by the Flory distribution, and under reaction the form of the MWD does not change if the feed is either pure monomer or in equilibrium initially. Extensive computations have shown that it is possible to split the film into growing interfacial and shrinking bulk regions. It is possible to obtain similarity transformations of concentrations of condensation product, and polymer as time invariant profiles. Based on this finding, we have determined a solution for step growth polymerization with finite mass transfer in films. The results lie within 5% of the “exact” numerical computations, for all possible variations of parameters. 相似文献

The mutagenic and genotoxic potential of four pesticides viz. captan, foltaf, phosphamidon and furadan was evaluated by the Ames mutagenicity assay and their DNA damaging ability on radiation repair defective E. coli K-12 strains respectively. The mutagenic spectrum revealed captan to be most mutagenic in the absence of metabolic activation, while the presence of S9 mix led to an attenuated mutagenic response. Foltaf, phosphamidon and furadan were detected as relatively weaker mutagens. A significant decrease in the survival of SOS defective mutants, recA, lexA and pol- of E. coli was observed as compared to their wild-type counterparts in the presence of the pesticides. This study demonstrates that endogenously produced interferon gamma (IFN-gamma) forms the basis of a tumor surveillance system that controls development of both chemically induced and spontaneously arising tumors in mice. Compared with wild-type mice, mice lacking sensitivity to either IFN-gamma (i.e., IFN-gamma receptor-deficient mice) or all IFN family members (i.e., Stat1-deficient mice) developed tumors more rapidly and with greater frequency when challenged with different doses of the chemical carcinogen methylcholanthrene. In addition, IFN-gamma-insensitive mice developed tumors more rapidly than wild-type mice when bred onto a background deficient in the p53 tumor-suppressor gene. IFN-gamma-insensitive p53(-/-) mice also developed a broader spectrum of tumors compared with mice lacking p53 alone. Using tumor cells derived from methylcholanthrene-treated IFN-gamma-insensitive mice, we found IFN-gamma's actions to be mediated at least partly through its direct effects on the tumor cell leading to enhanced tumor cell immunogenicity. The importance and generality of this system is evidenced by the finding that certain types of human tumors become selectively unresponsive to IFN-gamma. Thus, IFN-gamma forms the basis of an extrinsic tumor-suppressor mechanism in immunocompetent hosts. 相似文献

The growth of a thin liquid film surrounded by gas pocket(s), undergoing absorption with a zero-order chemical reaction, has been simulated by an apt mathematical model in order to study the influence of various parameters involved. The solution has been obtained semi analytically using Goodman's integral method and solving the resulting differential equation by a fourth-order Runge-Kutta numerical integration algorithm. The computations reveal the strong dependence of film growth on reaction rate, diffusivity, and molar volume whereas the effect of gas-pocket volume and initial film thickness are moderate. 相似文献
