This paper presents a stochastic, multi-parameters, divergence optimization method for the auto-tuning of proportional–integral–derivative (PID) controllers according to a fractional-order reference model. The study aimed to approximate the step response of the real closed-loop flight control system to the response of a theoretical reference model for a smoother and more precise flight control experience. The proposed heuristic optimization method can auto-tune a PID controller without a precise plant model. This is very advantageous when dealing with model and parameter uncertainties in real control application and practice. Experimental study confirms the reference model driven auto-tuning of the DC rotor prototype.  相似文献

In this study, a radiation code based on the method of lines solution of the discrete ordinates method for the prediction of radiative heat transfer in nongray gaseous media is developed by incorporation of two different spectral gas radiative property models, banded spectral line-based weighted sum of gray gases (banded SLW) and gray wide band (GWB) approximation in the presence of nongray absorbing–emitting–scattering particles. The aim is to introduce an accurate and CPU efficient spectral gas radiation model, which is compatible with spectral fuel/ash particle property models. Input data required for the radiation code and its validation are provided from two combustion tests previously performed in a 300 kWt atmospheric bubbling fluidized bed combustor test rig burning low calorific value Turkish lignite with high volatile matter/fixed carbon (VM/FC) ratio in its own ash. The agreement between wall heat fluxes and source term predictions obtained by global and banded SLW models reveal that global SLW model can be converted to an accurate wide band gas model (banded SLW) which can directly be coupled with spectral particle radiation. Furthermore, assessment of GWB approximation by benchmarking its predictions against banded SLW model shows that GWB gives reasonable agreement with a higher CPU efficiency when the particle absorption coefficient is at least in the same order of magnitude with the gas absorption coefficient.  相似文献

TiO2 samples with different crystal sizes and compositions were synthesized using a sol-gel method at different calcination temperatures (350–900 °C). The activity and stability of TiO2 samples were determined by the gasification of formaldehyde in supercritical water (SCW) and by treatment in SCW. Increasing calcination temperature and SCW gasification (SCWG)/SCW treatment decreased the surface area of anatase TiO2 samples due to growing crystallite size via agglomeration and sintering. Among anatase TiO2 samples, the TiO2 calcinated at 450 °C was found as the most suitable material under SCW conditions. However, the surface area of rutile TiO2 slightly increased from 17.2 m2 g?1 to 19.8 m2 g?1 with the weakly crumbling of particles during SCWG. The highest hydrogen formation (63%) from formaldehyde in the SCW was obtained in the presence of anatase TiO2 calcined at 350 °C and rutile TiO2 calcined at 800 °C. CO2 formation in the presence of anatase TiO2 is higher than rutile TiO2 because of the presence of active lattice oxygen species (O?, O2?) based on O2-TPD.  相似文献

Carbazole was electrochemically synthesized on carbon fiber microelectrodes (CFMEs) in different electrolyte and solvent media. The characterization of polycarbazole thin films formed on micron sized carbon fiber electrodes was performed by electrochemical methods (i.e., cyclic voltammetric measurements, solid state conductivity measurements (four point probe), spectrophotometric methods (ultraviolet/visible spectroscopy (UV–vis), ex situ spectroelectrochemistry, fourier transform infrared reflectance spectroscopy (FTIR-ATR)) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The best electrolyte and solvent in regards to yield, conductivity and charge for the electro-grafting was sodium perchlorate in acetonitrile, whose conductivity was 3.60 mS cm−1, had a yield of 89% and had a charge of 5.50C. The effects of scan rate, feed ratio, supporting electrolyte and solvent type on the electropolymerization are discussed.  相似文献

A novel annular catalytic three-phase reactor is theoretically investigated for a second order hydrogenation reaction. The results indicate that the ratio of the gaseous reactant to the liquid reactant within the reaction zone of the annular reactor can be adjusted by changing the reactor dimensions and the concentration of the gaseous reactant in the feed. As a consequence, the annular reactor may have a significant advantage over the trickle-bed reactor with respect to the selectivities that may be achieved in the reactor.  相似文献

This paper focuses on cell loading and family scheduling in a cellular manufacturing environment. The performance measure is minimising the maximum tardiness of jobs. What separates this study from others is the presence of individual due dates for every job in a family and also allowing family splitting among cells. Three methods are examined in order to solve this problem, namely mathematical modelling, genetic algorithms (GA) and heuristics. The results showed that GA is capable of finding the optimal solution with varying frequency of 60–100% and it is efficient as compared to the mathematical modelling especially for larger problems in terms of execution times. The heuristics, on the other hand, were easy to implement but they could not find the optimal solution. The results of experimentation also showed that family splitting was observed in all multi-cell optimal solutions and therefore it can be concluded that family splitting is a good strategy for the problem considered in this paper.  相似文献

Supercapacitor properties of rGO, CuO, PEDOT and rGO/CuO at [rGO]o/[CuO]o?=?1:1; 1:1.5; 1:2 and rGO/CuO/PEDOT nanocomposite at [rGO]o/[CuO]o/[EDOT]o?=?1:1:1; 1:1:3; 1:1:5 were investigated using chemical reduction of GO and in-situ polymerisation process. SEM-EDX, HRTEM, BET surface area analysis confirm the nanocomposite formations. Nanocomposite materials are also analysed through FTIR-ATR, Raman, TGA-DTA, GCD, CV and EIS. The highest specific capacitance of C sp?=?156.7 F/g at 2?mV/s is determined as rGO/CuO/PEDOT at [rGO]o/[CuO]o/[EDOT]o?=?1:1:5. In addition, two-electrode supercapacitor device for rGO/CuO/PEDOT at [rGO]o/[CuO]o/[EDOT]o?=?1:1:5 are found to provide a maximum specific energy (E?=?14.15 Wh/kg at 20?mA) and specific power (P?=?24730 W/kg at 50?mA), electrical serial resistance (ESR?=?13.33 Ω) with good capacity retention after 3000 cycles. An equivalent circuit model of LR1(CR2)(QR3) is proposed to interpret the EIS data. The supercapacitor performance of the rGO/CuO/PEDOT nanocomposite electrode indicates the synergistic effect of hybrid supercapacitors.  相似文献

In this study, N-pyrrole (Py), N-phenylpyrrole (PhPy), and 1[4-methoxyphenyl]-1H-pyrrole (MPhPy) homopolymers were synthesized electrochemically onto carbon fiber microelectrodes (CFMEs). The influences of the substituent effect on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were studied comparatively. All the monomers were electrodeposited in 0.05 M tetraethyl ammonium perchlorate (TEAP)/dichloromethane (CH2Cl2) solution and characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), Fourier transform infrared reflectance spectrophotometry (FTIR-ATR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The morphological study reveals that the polymers were deposited as a continuous and well adhered film to surface of the CFME. An equivalent electrical circuit for three different monomers on CFMEs was proposed and experimental data were simulated to obtain the numerical values of circuit components. All results support the high quality film deposition that resulted in desired electronic properties due to the electron donating behaviors of substituent group of phenyl and methoxy.  相似文献

CdxZn1−xO films have been deposited by sol–gel spin-coating method onto glass substrates. The Cd/Zn ratio in solution was changed from 0 to 1. Zinc acetate dehydrates, cadmium acetate dehydrates, 2-methoxyethanol and monoethanolamine were used as a starting material (zinc and cadmium), solvent and stabilizer, respectively. The crystal structure and orientation of the films were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns. XRD patterns show that the films are polycrystalline nature. As x varies from 0 to 1, it was observed that the crystal structure changed from wurtzite (ZnO) to cubic (CdO) structure. The optical properties of these films have been investigated by means of the optical transmittance and reflectance spectra. A significant change in optical absorption edge, optical band gap and optical constant with variation in composition was observed.  相似文献

d -Allulose (a monosaccharide and C3 epimer of fructose), one of the common rare sugars is getting attention due to its low caloric values. In this study, d -Allulose was used as a replacement of sucrose at different ratios (d -Allulose/Sucrose: 35/0, 20/15, 10/25, 0/35) to formulate pectin-based soft confectionery gels. Soy protein isolate was also added to increase the protein content. Physical properties, such as hardness, moisture content, pH, and color, were measured for the gels. Higher hardness values were obtained for the soy protein containing gels due to pectin–soy protein interaction (p < 0.05). Also, higher moisture content was observed in soy protein containing gels (p < 0.05). In addition, nuclear magnetic resonance T2 relaxation times were measured at low field (~0.5 T) to determine how the water distribution in the samples changed and to observe how d -Allulose affected the polymer–water interactions. The study also showed that the presence of d -Allulose increased the crystallization tendency (% crystallinity of 7.9) of the pectin gels. X-ray diffraction results showed the d -allulose peaks at 33.76 and 48.68oθ. Morphologies of the gels were also examined by scanning electron microscope. Sugar type and soy protein isolate addition were found to have significant impact on the gel formulations.  相似文献
