江苏省水利地理信息系统三维展示平台在Skyline技术的基础上,加载了全省DOM数据、DEM数据及重点水利设施、建筑及景观三维模型数据,并集成了基于VR技术的大型水利三维虚拟场景,实现了高效率、高精度、精细化三维地形数据的组织、发布和应用,为三维GIS技术在水利信息化建设中提供了广阔的应用前景。     

Generalized Adjusted Rand Indices for cluster ensembles

In this paper, Adjusted Rand Index (ARI) is generalized to two new measures based on matrix comparison: (i) Adjusted Rand Index between a similarity matrix and a cluster partition (ARImp), to evaluate the consistency of a set of clustering solutions with their corresponding consensus matrix in a cluster ensemble, and (ii) Adjusted Rand Index between similarity matrices (ARImm), to evaluate the consistency between two similarity matrices. Desirable properties of ARI are preserved in the two new measures, and new properties are discussed. These properties include: (i) detection of uncorrelatedness; (ii) computation of ARImp/ARImm in a distributed environment; and (iii) characterization of the degree of uncertainty of a consensus matrix. All of these properties are investigated from both the perspectives of theoretical analysis and experimental validation. We have also performed a number of experiments to show the usefulness and effectiveness of the two proposed measures in practical applications.     

Identification of Breast Cancer Prognosis Markers via Integrative Analysis

In breast cancer research, it is of great interest to identify genomic markers associated with prognosis. Multiple gene profiling studies have been conducted for such a purpose. Genomic markers identified from the analysis of single datasets often do not have satisfactory reproducibility. Among the multiple possible reasons, the most important one is the small sample sizes of individual studies. A cost-effective solution is to pool data from multiple comparable studies and conduct integrative analysis. In this study, we collect four breast cancer prognosis studies with gene expression measurements. We describe the relationship between prognosis and gene expressions using the accelerated failure time (AFT) models. We adopt a 2-norm group bridge penalization approach for marker identification. This integrative analysis approach can effectively identify markers with consistent effects across multiple datasets and naturally accommodate the heterogeneity among studies. Statistical and simulation studies demonstrate satisfactory performance of this approach. Breast cancer prognosis markers identified using this approach have sound biological implications and satisfactory prediction performance.

以北大语料库(CCL)为例,分析论述汉语同语的功能特点.除了和英语同语一样可以表示强调以外,它们还具有转折、让步和赞誉的功能.对汉语同语进行英译时,应通过“理解-传递-体现”三个阶段实现功能对等.对表强调功能的单举式同语,可以保留其语言形式;对具有转折、让步和赞誉功能以及表强调功能的对举式同语,则应弃形式、保功能.     

公共场所监测仪器直读数据与国家标准单位转换器应用软件的设计与实现

本软件可为我单位公共场所管理人员提供监测现场的仪器直读数据与国家标准单位之间的转换功能。该系统已在实际工作中投入运行,使我们的业务工作变得简便快捷、准确规范,极大地提高了工作效率,具有一定的社会效益。     

Preparation of BaTiO3-Based Nonreducible X7R Dielectric Materials Via Nanometer Powders Doping

Nonreducible X7R dielectric materials, which can be cofired with Ni electrode, were obtained by doping nanometer additives to BaTiO₃ powders synthesized by employing a sol-gel method. The crystallization process, structure and constituent of nanometer additives, as well as morphologies were studied via differential thermal and thermogravimetric analyses (DTA/TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The effects of the calcining temperature of dopants on the dielectric properties were also discussed. The experiment results proved that higher-performance X7R dielectric materials could be obtained via nanometer doping compared with conventional doping. At room temperature, dielectric constant is more than 3000; dielectric loss lower than 1.0% and insulation resistance more than 10¹¹Ω ⋅cm.
