热处理对硬质合金顶锤性能和结构的影响

研究了热处理对硬质合金各项性能的影响以及顶锤内部钴粘结相成分和结构的变化。结果证明热处理可提高硬质合金的抗弯强度、抗压强度和顶锤表层的钴粘结相固溶度及面心立方钴含量 ,从而使顶锤的使用性能得到提高     

A new adaptive interpolation scheme of NURBS based on axis dynamics

This paper proposes an automated optical inspection system for holograms with mixed patterns. The hardware system consists of LED illuminator, CCD camera, and vision processor. The LEDs of illuminator emit alternatively and change the incident angle to acquire each pattern from hologram. The software system consists of the stages of pattern generation and pattern matching. The acquired images of hologram are compared with their reference images by template matching. Since several patterns are mixed in one hologram, the reference image should be changed if the hologram is rotated. To compensate for the positioning error of hologram, reference images should be generated online. The frequency transformation-based computer-generated hologram method is applied to generate the reference image. The pattern is also matched in the frequency domain to reduce the computational time. The holograms attached to a Korean currency are used to evaluate the performance of the proposed system.     

粉末X射线衍射法鉴定石油加工过程垢样中晶体物相

采用粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)分析法鉴定一个石油加工过程垢样中的晶体物相。其物相鉴定结果仅为卤砂(NH_4Cl)。元素分析发现垢样含碳。本试验对石油加工过程故障技术分析与技改具有指导意义。     

Gear fault identification and classification of singular value decomposition based on Hilbert-Huang transform

An improved singular value decomposition method of gear fault identification based on Hilbert-Huang transform was proposed to overcome the problem of reconstructing a feature matrix of singular value decomposition. The method includes three steps. First, the instantaneous frequency and amplitude matrices were acquired by Hilbert-Huang transform from faulted gear signals. Second, after the matrices were decomposed by singular value decomposition, the defined distances of singular value vectors and the optimal threshold of the distance for classification were calculated. Third, the fault characteristics of a gearbox were identified and classified by the threshold of the distances. The result demonstrates that the proposed method effectively identifies the gear fault and can realize an automatic gear fault diagnosis.     

电流分布对160kA预焙阳极铝电解槽磁场影响的数值计算

应用表面磁荷法对贵州铝厂160kA大型预焙阳极铝电解槽的磁场进行了计算,通过对电流分布均匀情况下和考虑了实际电流分布情况下的电解槽磁场的比较,可以看出,阳极和阴极电流分布对铝电解槽磁砀分布具有绝对的影响,只有在考虑了阳极和阴极电流实际分布的情况下,才能准确地计算出铝电解槽的实际磁场分布。     

多轴加工无干涉刀具路径生成算法研究

多轴数控加工中刀具路径的计算直接影响加工零件的精度和加工效率。本文介绍了一种平底刀多轴无干涉刀位轨迹生成算法,在刀轴方向上消除干涉量。首先对参数曲面进行三角离散化,根据曲面相应点的法矢布置初始刀具位姿。构造曲面和刀具的OBB模型,通过包围盒间的快速相交测试得到刀具与曲面的干涉三角片,在此基础上,采用解析方法计算刀具与干涉三角片在刀轴方向上的干涉量,修正刀位点,最后得到无干涉刀位轨迹。     

变速器啸叫噪声传递路径分析优化

分析了变速器产生啸叫噪声的机理,并通过变速器啸叫噪声测试分析了空气辐射噪声对车内变速器啸叫噪声的贡献量,判断车内变速器啸叫噪声主要通过结构传递路径贡献,最终通过优化变速器选换挡拉索支架和变速器后悬置主动侧的悬置支架,有效地降低了车内变速器啸叫噪声水平.     

科氏惯性力对转管自动机终点偏差的影响

转管自动机的科氏惯性力对弹丸终点偏差的影响会降低射击精度和密集度.利用有限元软件对自动机的固有模态进行分析,获取有关参数并根据空间解析几何知识计算身管振动偏角,依据此偏角及科氏定理得到了某转管自动机的科氏惯性力;结合外弹道理论,建立了科氏惯性力对弹丸章动影响的数学模型;研究结果表明:弹丸飞行马赫数影响章动周期的最小弹丸...     

微压印聚合物微流控芯片的传热分析研究

微压印是制造聚合物微流控芯片的主要技术之一,其加工过程中的工艺参数对聚合物微流控芯片成型质量具有重要影响。在聚合物微流控芯片压印成型机理研究基础上,对其压印过程中的热传导进行分析,建立了多层材料一维热传导的模型,并用有限元法进行温度响应求解,进而可获得压印加热时间等工艺参数。     

FRACTAL DIMENSION OF SHAPE CHANGE OF CAVITIFS DURING SUPERPLASTIC DEFORMATION IN HIGH STRENGTH Al ALLOY

The fractal dimension changes of cavities have been determined during superplasticdeformation of the high strength aluminiurn alloy 7475 with different strain,temperature,strain rate and grain size.The fractal dimension of cavities may increase with the increase ofstrain.It becomes higher as the alloy deformed under lower temperatures,greater strain rateand coarser grain size.The alloy would be approaching to rupture if the fractal dimension ofcavities raised to a certain extent.
