The dielectric constant, ε′, and dielectric loss, ε″, were determined for three solid carboxymethyl cellulose samples having different levels of substitution and different degrees of polymerization over a frequency range of 0.1 – 10 000 kHz at temperatures from 10–60°C. In contrast to the two relaxation processes, γ and β, previously observed in native cotton cellulose, only one relaxation process within a frequency range of 0.1 – 1 kHz was identified. It was found that the dielectric properties do not only depend on the degree of substitution, but also on the weight-average degree of polymerization and uniformity of distribution.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate new implementable cooperative adaptive backstepping controllers for a group of underactuated autonomous vehicles that are communicating with their local neighbours to track a time-varying virtual leader of which the relative position may only be available to a portion of the team members. At the kinematic cooperative control level of the autonomous underwater vehicle, the virtual cooperative controller is basically designed on a proportional and derivative consensus algorithm presented in Ren (2010) Ren, W. (2010). Consensus tracking under directed interaction topologies: Algorithms and experiments. IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology, 18, 230237.[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar], which involves velocity information from local neighbours. In this paper, we propose a new design algorithm based on singular perturbation theory that precludes the use of the neighbours’ velocity information in the cooperative design. At the dynamic cooperative control level, calculation of the partial derivatives of some stabilising functions which in turn will contain velocity information from the local neighbours is required. To facilitate the implementation of the cooperative controllers, we propose a command filter approach technique to avoid analytic differentiation of the virtual cooperative control laws. We show how Lyapunov-based techniques and graph theory can be combined together to yield a robust cooperative controller where the uncertain dynamics of the cooperating vehicles and the constraints on the communication topology which contains a directed spanning tree are explicitly taken into account. Simulation results with a dynamic model of underactuated autonomous underwater vehicles moving on the horizontal plane are presented and discussed.  相似文献

A sample of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) and a polar plasticizer consisting of dioctylphthalate (DOP) and triisopropylphenylphosphate (TIPPP) was prepared and found to possess some electrical conductivity. Different samples of PVC compositions were formulated from the PVC-DOP-TIPPP system and also variable proportions of the conductive materials polyaniline or the Ni salt of ethylene glycol bisadipate ester. Dibutyltindilaurate as a heat stabilizer, titanium oxide as a filler, and sandorin red 20 pigment were added. The effect of the structure of polyaniline and Ni adipate ester on the electrical and mechanical properties of the PVC–DOP–TIPPP system was studied to obtain a semiconductive plasticized PVC with good mechanical properties. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A simple and highly efficient regio- and chemio-specific synthesis of polyoxyethylene epoxyoxathiolan-2-thione was realized from a one-pot reaction of polyoxyethylene diglycidyl ether and carbon disulfide using lithium bromide as a catalyst. We propose a set of kinematic features that are derived from the optical flow for human action recognition in videos. The set of kinematic features includes divergence, vorticity, symmetric and antisymmetric flow fields, second and third principal invariants of flow gradient and rate of strain tensor, and third principal invariant of rate of rotation tensor. Each kinematic feature, when computed from the optical flow of a sequence of images, gives rise to a spatiotemporal pattern. It is then assumed that the representative dynamics of the optical flow are captured by these spatiotemporal patterns in the form of dominant kinematic trends or kinematic modes. These kinematic modes are computed by performing Principal Component Analysis (PCA) on the spatiotemporal volumes of the kinematic features. For classification, we propose the use of multiple instance learning (MIL) in which each action video is represented by a bag of kinematic modes. Each video is then embedded into a kinematic-mode-based feature space and the coordinates of the video in that space are used for classification using the nearest neighbor algorithm. The qualitative and quantitative results are reported on the benchmark data sets.  相似文献
