ADS7822及其在CO气体浓度监测仪中的应用

在介绍TI公司的12位串行、高速、微功耗A/D转换器ADS7822工作原理的基础上,以ADS7822在CO气体浓度监测仪的前向通道设计中的应用为例,讨论了它与AT2051单片机的硬件接口问题,给出了利用ADS7822进行A/D转换的51汇编语言程序,并做了详细注释.串行、微功耗及小型封装使ADS7822非常适合电池供电的智能便携式仪器采用.     

尿素解吸废液及甲醇残液联合处理工艺的应用

安阳化学工业集团公司(以下简称安化集团)现有2套200 kt/a尿素装置及1套60 kt/a甲醇装置.尿素及甲醇装置在生产过程中会产生大量的尿素解吸废液和甲醇残液,废液中的氨氮(NH3-N)含量和化学需氧量(CODCr)较高,给该公司废水的达标排放带来很大压力.     

黄土丘陵沟壑区王家沟流域水文特征分析

王家沟流域属暖温带大陆性季风气候,冬季严寒少雪,春季干燥多风,夏季酷热多雨,秋季温凉适中,雨热同季,当地常见暴雨历时大多在2h以下,这种短历时、大强度的暴雨最易引起水土流失。分析了流域治理前后径流泥沙的来源情况,为同类型小流域综合治理提供科学依据。     

Preparation, sintering, and microstructures of strontium barium bismuth tantalate layered perovskite ceramics

The solid solutions of Ba-doped SrBi₂Ta₂O₉ layered perovskite ceramic powders have been successfully prepared via a two-step process using BiTaO₄ as a precursor. The lattice constants of the solid solutions monotonically increase with increasing barium-ion content. The sinterability of (Sr_1–xBa_x)Bi₂Ta₂O₉ powders is significantly improved by increasing the barium-ion content. When the specimens with high barium-ion contents are sintered at 1100°C, they thermally decompose to form rod-like grains and the matrix expands, leading to a lower density. The addition of barium ions to SrBi₂Ta₂O₉ also results in significant variation in the morphology of the sintered specimens and the occurrence of c-axis preferred orientation which is ascribed to the anisotropic growth of plate-like grains. The precise control of the barium-ion content as well as the sintering conditions is critical for obtaining densified barium-ion doped SrBi₂Ta₂O₉ ceramics with a pure, layered perovskite structure.     

上海外环隧道水下最终接头的施工技术

沉管隧道采用水下最终接头,可以大大缩短工期和减少成本,但施工难度较大,而且有一定风险。文章以上海外环隧道工程为例,对沉管隧道水下最终接头的施工工艺中管段轴线精度控制、安装保护罩、间隙间的安全排水和混凝土施工等四大难点进行探讨,并介绍了水密性施工和管内结构施工的具体工艺和步骤。指出其成果对今后类似工程具有较大的参考价值。     

Peracetic acid pretreatment of sugarcane bagasse for enzymatic hydrolysis: a continued work

Previous work has shown that the enzymatic hydrolysis of sugarcane bagasse could be greatly enhanced by peracetic acid (PAA) pretreatment. There are several factors affecting the enzymatic digestibility of the biomass, including lignin and hemicelluloses content, cellulose crystallinity, acetyl group content, accessible surface area and so on. The objective of this work is to analyze the mechanism of the enhancement of enzymatic digestibility caused by PAA pretreatment. Delignification resulted in an increase of the surface area and reduction of the irreversible absorption of cellulase, which helped to increase the enzymatic digestibility. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum showed that the absorption peaks of aromatic skeletal vibrations were weakened or disappeared after PAA pretreatment. However, the infrared crystallization index (N.O'KI) was increased. X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis indicated that the crystallinity of PAA‐treated samples was increased owing to the partial removal of amorphous lignin and hemicelluloses and probable physical change of cellulose. The effect of acetyl group content on enzymatic digestibility is negligible compared with the degree of delignification and crystallinity. The results indicate that enhancement of enzymatic digestibility of sugarcane bagasse by PAA pretreatment is achieved mainly by delignification and an increase in the surface area and exposure of cellulose fibers. Online and Offline Rotary Regression Analysis of Torque Estimator for Switched Reluctance Motor Drives

A new torque estimator for switched reluctance motor (SRM) drives based on 2-D rotary regression analysis is presented in this paper. The proposed torque estimator is composed of a bicubic regressive polynomial as a function of rotor position and input current. The regressive coefficients can be computed offline or online from the torque characteristics acquired either experimentally or from numerical computation. Furthermore, a torque estimation method by taking mutual coupling into consideration is proposed. It can be seen that the estimated and experimentally obtained self-coupling and mutual-coupling torque characteristics are in good agreement with each other. In addition, the dynamic torque waveforms with and without the mutual coupling, estimated by the proposed estimator, are found to be virtually the same as those obtained from the bicubic spline interpolation for SRM drives with single-pulse voltage, hysteresis current chopping, as well as with voltage pulse width modulation control. The success of all the case studies being reported is a good validation of the usefulness and accuracy of the proposed real-time torque estimator that, as described in this paper, can be used to quickly estimate the instantaneous output torque of SRM drives.

Frequency domain identification of Wiener models

This paper proposes a frequency domain algorithm for Wiener model identifications based on exploring the fundamental frequency and harmonics generated by the unknown nonlinearity. The convergence of the algorithm is established in the presence of white noise. No a priori knowledge of the structure of the nonlinearity is required and the linear part can be nonparametric.
