In this work, sulfur-doped graphene-coated electrodes are prepared by cyclic voltammetry in different potential ranges and different cycles (from 10 to 50) for selective modification of electrodes by different functional groups. The prepared electrodes are characterized by spectroscopic, microscopic and electrochemical methods. In scanning electron microscopic analysis, formation of graphene layers and their porous structure have been determined. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopic and cyclic voltammetric analyses are also used in electrochemical characterization of the electrodes. Then, the prepared sulfur-doped graphene-coated electrodes by using cyclic voltammetry in one-step and low cost are used as electrode materials of supercapacitor for the first time in the literature. Since the mesoporous structure of the electrodes prepared in lower potential ranges increases, specific capacitance of the electrodes increases from 74 to 1833 mF cm−2 with 10 mA cm−2 current density. This result shows that specific capacitances of prepared electrodes are higher than those of the electrodes prepared with metal-doped in the literature. 相似文献

A four‐band metamaterial harvester for harvesting 0.9 GHz, 1.8 GHz, 2.6 GHz, and 5.8 GHz signals is proposed by a dual‐layer structure. 0.9 GHz and 1.8 GHz bands are harvested by the resistors in front layer, whereas harvesting of 2.6 GHz is achieved by the resistors in second layer. All resistors in front and back layer contribute to harvesting at 5.8 GHz. Numerical calculations are verified by two different full‐wave electromagnetic solvers based on finite‐integration and finite‐element techniques. Power dissipation ratios at 0.9 GHz, 1.8 GHz, 2.6 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequencies concentrated at the resistors are found as 82.3%, 82.8%, 74.6%, and 83.6%, respectively, by the finite‐integration‐based solver. Besides, the finite‐element method‐based solver results in harvesting efficiencies of 79.6%, 93.4%, 73.7%, and 93.8%. The efficiency of the harvester is investigated for different oblique incidences. The proposed metamaterial harvester can be a good candidate for multi‐band absorption and harvesting applications. 相似文献

The present study was carried out to determine the effect of ozonated water (2 mg L?1) at different temperatures (4 °C and 15 °C) on the microbiological, color and sensory properties of lettuce. Cold ozone treatment (4 °C) significantly reduced the natural background microflora of lettuce. Salmonella Typhimurium and Escherichia coli inoculated on lettuce samples were insignificantly influenced by the temperature of water. During storage period at +4 °C for 14 days, the highest quality was observed from the samples treated with cold ozonated water. In this study, we propose an automatic contrast enhancement method based on transfer function modification (TFM) by histogram equalization. Previous histogram‐based global contrast enhancement techniques employ histogram modification, whereas we propose a direct TFM technique that considers the mean brightness of an image during contrast enhancement. The mean point shifting method using a transfer function is proposed to preserve the mean brightness of an image. In addition, the linearization of transfer function technique, which has a histogram flattening effect, is designed to reduce visual artifacts. An attenuation factor is automatically determined using the maximum value of the probability density function in an image to control its rate of contrast. A new quantitative measurement method called sparsity of a histogram is proposed to obtain a better objective comparison relative to previous global contrast enhancement methods. According to our experimental results, we demonstrated the performance of our proposed method based on generalized measures and the newly proposed measurement. 相似文献

Effects of insufficient air injection on methanogenic Archaea in landfill bioreactor 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In this study, methanogenic Archaea diversity in an aerated landfill bioreactor filled with co-disposed incineration bottom ashes and shredded incombustible wastes was monitored and analyzed as a function of time using molecular techniques. Besides, the effects of insufficient air injection on the bioreactor performance and methanogenic diversity were evaluated thoroughly. Results indicated that rapid bio-stabilization of solid waste are possible with aerated landfill bioreactor at various oxygen and oxidation reduction potential levels. Slot-blot hybridization results of leachate samples collected from aerated landfill bioreactor showed that archaeal and bacterial activities increased as stabilization accelerated and bacterial populations constituted almost 95% of all microorganisms. The results of slot-blot hybridization and phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene revealed that Methanobacteriales and Methanomicrobiales were dominant species at the beginning while substituted by Methanosarcina-related methanogens close to the end of the operation of bioreactor. 相似文献

The algorithm given by Rouanne and Costello (1989) for the computation of the distance spectrum is improved for trellis-coded modulation schemes having uncoded bits, i.e., for trellis diagrams having parallel paths. To improve mechanical properties of S2355JR carbon steel, pre-synthesized ZrB2 nanocrystals were used to coat the metal surface by laser cladding using 2000 W CO2 laser. ZrB2 nanocrystals were synthesized by mechanochemical process. The effect of laser power on the coating layers was examined for optimizing the most effective coating conditions. Microstructural studies were carried out using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction to analyze phase structures of the coated layers. Mechanical characteristics of the laser coated layers were evaluated by studying microhardness, wear and scratch resistance properties. Maximum hardness of the coated layers was observed while cladding with 75 and 125 W laser powers, when other processing parameters and conditions were kept at optimum levels. EDS analysis of these laser cladded layers indicated the formation of complex boro-nitrides, nitrides and carbides of Zr and Fe that contributed to vast increase in hardness of the laser-clad coating on S2355JR steel. Depending upon the laser powers used, the thickness of the coated layers was found to be in the range of 15–37 µm. The wear and micro-scratch tests results revealed significant improvement in wear properties. 相似文献
