Influence of base resistance on extracting thermal resistance for SiGe HBTs

In this article, the influence of base resistance on extracting thermal resistance for SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistors is studied and an improved approach for determining the junction temperature and thermal resistance is presented. The proposed method for extracting thermal resistance is based on the temperature sensitivity of the base–emitter (B–E) voltage when the device is biased with a fixed emitter current density. This approach not only takes into account the self‐heating during the different ambient temperature measurement but also revises the empirical equation of B–E voltage due to the influence of base resistance during the power dissipation increment measurement. Results are obtained for devices with different emitter lengths and fingers. Compared with the conventional method, the thermal resistance is about up to 15% improvement for the device with 0.3 × 1.9 μm² emitter area and 13.8% for the device with 0.3 × 13.9 μm² emitter area. The accurate thermal resistance implemented in HICUM model has resulted in better fit for transistor output characteristics. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J RF and Microwave CAE, 2012.     

Extension of the DEMATEL method in an uncertain linguistic environment

The decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method is a useful tool for analyzing correlations among factors using crisp values. However, the crisp values are inadequate to model real-life situations due to the fuzziness and uncertainty that are frequently involved in judgments of experts. The aim of this paper is to extend the DEMATEL method to an uncertain linguistic environment. In this paper, the correlation information among factors provided by experts is in the form of uncertain linguistic terms. A formula is first presented to transform correlation information from uncertain linguistic terms to trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Then, we aggregate the transformed correlation information of each expert into group information using the operations of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. The importance and classification of factors are determined via fuzzy matrix operations. Furthermore, a causal diagram is constructed to vividly show the different roles of factors. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the procedure of the proposed method.     

低负荷维氏硬度法的负荷选择

本文按照维氏硬度测定的技术条件,将基本公式H_v=1854P/D~2加以变换,从而得到一些较为简单的数学关系式.利用这些关系式,可以对不同金属薄带材料,很容易计算出较合理的负荷大小,既能保证不被"打穿",也使视场内有一个适合观测的压痕图象.     

基于Newsvendor型产品特性的FJSP问题研究

针对新时代环境下Newsvendor型产品销售期短、期末未出售产品价值递减的产品特点,生产链要求位于上游的供应商必须快速加工出所需的工件,否则将面临着线性递增的拖期惩罚。在面对基于Newsvendor型产品的柔性作业车间调度问题时,设计了一种加入禁忌搜索的混合遗传算法,扩大了解的搜索范围,避免了传统遗传算法容易陷于局部最优的缺陷。最后利用混合遗传算法对一个仿真案例进行求解。     

Web Server的嵌入式实现与交互式设计

本文简要介绍了PowerPC硬件平台和基于CentOS的嵌入式Web Server软件架构。分别给出了嵌入式Web Server应用体系结构、主要任务、选型,交互式原理中的两个过程,详尽地分析了GoForms过程与动态信息的XML文件交互。系统通过长时间测试,能够快速设置、查询,而且运行稳定。     

分布式计算环境中的协同分配任务调度仿真系统

协同分配是在分布式计算环境中进行资源分配的一种重要技术,用于把一个应用程序分解为多个子作业,然后将其分配到多个资源上同时处理来满足特定的性能要求。本文提出了一个离散事件驱动的网格资源协同分配仿真系统,实现了对用户、调度器、协同分配器、协同预留器等协同分配相关实体的仿真,实现了FCFS、FPFS、Backfill等主要的协同分配调度算法和策略,可用于资源协同分配相关的分布式计算环境的资源管理和调度算法的仿真和研究。     

支持多种闪存启动的U-Boot实现方法的改进

标准的U-Boot目前不支持从NAND Flash启动,而现有的修改U-Boot实现从NAND Flash启动的方法无法识别新的大页NAND Flash,也没有进行坏块检测。针对上述问题,提出获取NAND Flash页大小和块大小信息的通用方法,并实现了坏块检测功能。此外,对现有的上电后自动识别系统是从NOR还是从NAND Flash启动的方法进行了改进。将U-Boot-2010.09修改并移植到基于S3C2440A处理器的mini2440开发板上,运行结果表明,实现了U-Boot从NOR和NAND Flash的双启动,扩展了U-Boot的功能。

环己烷脱氢产物苯对苯加氢反应系统的影响

通过对环己烷脱氢产物苯作为原料进入苯加氢反应后的效果进行研究,对苯加氢反应的转化率、选择性和加氢催化剂活性等参数变化进行分析,发现环己烷脱氢产物苯与外购新鲜苯混合使用导致苯加氢反应转化率、选择性、催化剂活性都明显降低.分析发现,环己烷脱氢产物苯组成复杂,杂质种类多达十几种.如果将环己烷脱氢产物苯直接作为加氢反应原料使用,对苯加氢反应将造成严重影响.因此,环己烷脱氢产物苯必须经过精制,脱除其中的重组分杂质后才能用于苯加氢反应生产环己烯.     

基于无人机倾斜摄影的嘉兴老城区住宅识别

为了应对老城区房屋数据信息不足、获取不便的问题,提出利用无人机（UAV）倾斜摄影测量技术实现老城区住宅自动识别的方法. 根据老城区典型多层住宅的外立面特征,确定出阳台构造、立面朝向和房屋长宽比3个参数控制的住宅判别标准. 通过无人机摄影测量获取嘉兴研究区的密集匹配点云、数字正射影像（DOM）和数字表面模型（DSM）数据. 融合DOM及DSM数据提取单体建筑轮廓,分割出单体房屋点云. 基于RANSAC算法提取房屋立面点云并确定立面朝向,根据立面的点云空间分布判断立面长度及阳台构造. 试验表明,在研究区应用该方法识别典型住宅的准确率可以达到90%.
