一种基于增广网络的快速微博社区检测算法

微博是当前最流行的在线社交媒体之一,有效地检测出微博用户的社区结构,能够帮助人们理解微博社交网络的结构和用户的行为特征,从而为用户提供个性化的服务。然而,现有社区检测算法大多只考虑社交网络节点之间的直接链接关系,忽略节点自身的内容特征。针对此问题,提出一种基于增广网络的快速微博社区检测算法。该算法通过融合社交网络的链接信息以及用户在微博上所发布的博文内容信息构建增广网络,然后以模块度为目标函数快速挖掘增广网络中的主题社区。通过真实微博社交网络的实验表明,提出的算法能够高效地检测出社交网络的主题社区。
     

Fermi-Level Pinning in Nanocrystal Memories

The nanocrystal (NC) work-function engineering, which plays an important role on the NC memory characteristics such as memory window and retention time, were long regarded as a matter of choice on NC materials. In this letter, we report opposite polarities of charge storage in Au NC memories with different control oxides. The effective NC work function is found to be not only a bulk property of the NC, but also governed by the interface with surrounding dielectric, as a result of the Fermi-level pinning. By replacing Au NCs with C₆₀ molecules, we also show the pinning effect generally exists at quantum-dot-based devices with high density of interface states. This fundamental interface property should be taken into account in the selection of NC and dielectric materials for the NC memory optimization

Microstructural design in LaCe misch-metal substituted 2:14:1-type sintered magnets by dual-alloy method

LaCe-based sintered magnets with different microstructural features and distinct rare earth elemental distribution were designed by dual-alloy method.The sample prepared by fine LaCe-containing powder and coarse LaCe-free powder possesses higher remanence(~13.41 kGs),whereas another sample prepared by fine LaCe-free powder and coarse LaCe-containing powder possesses higher coercivity(~5.67 kOe).Additionally,these samples are with the same nominal compositions and their elemental distribution features are obviously different in matrix grains respectively.Their remanence difference is mainly affected by the saturation magnetization difference caused by the distribution variation of the rare earth elements at the matrix phase.The coercivity difference is affected by the component of the grain boundary phase between the adjacent grains and the distribution variation of the rare earth elements at the matrix phase.These findings may provide a new prospect for the utilization of LaCe mischmetal in 2:14:1-type permanent magnets.     

传感器信号的非线性软件补偿

传感器信号非线性误差软件补偿采用校正函数法,函数拟合法,及线性插值查表法。校正函数法将运算规则存入微处理器,通过校正函数运算进行补偿。函数拟合法采用多项式、解析等拟合函数,通过最小二乘法求出拟合函数实现补偿。线性插值查表法经分段处理,确定测量值区间端点对应值,用查找表进行非线性校正。     

Perspectives on crowdsourcing annotations for natural language processing

Crowdsourcing has emerged as a new method for obtaining annotations for training models for machine learning. While many variants of this process exist, they largely differ in their methods of motivating subjects to contribute and the scale of their applications. To date, there has yet to be a study that helps the practitioner to decide what form an annotation application should take to best reach its objectives within the constraints of a project. To fill this gap, we provide a faceted analysis of crowdsourcing from a practitioner’s perspective, and show how our facets apply to existing published crowdsourced annotation applications. We then summarize how the major crowdsourcing genres fill different parts of this multi-dimensional space, which leads to our recommendations on the potential opportunities crowdsourcing offers to future annotation efforts.     

Synthesis of acid-base bifunctional mesoporous materials by oxidation and thermolysis

A novel and efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of acid-base bifunctional catalyst SO₃H-MCM-41-NH₂. This method was achieved by co-condensation of tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS), 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTMS) and (3-triethoxysilylpropyl) carbamicacid-1-methylcyclohexylester (3TAME) in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), followed by oxidation and then thermolysis to generate acidic site and basic site. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron micrographs (TEM) show that the resultant materials keep mesoporous structure. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS), back titration, solid-state ¹³C CP/MAS NMR and solid-state ²⁹Si MAS NMR confirm that the organosiloxanes were condensed as a part of the silica framework. The bifunctional sample (SO₃H-MCM-41-NH₂) containing amine and sulfonic acids exhibits excellent acid-basic properties, which make it possess high activity in aldol condensation reaction between acetone and various aldehydes.     

A New Water Saving Device of Swirling Flow for Cooling Towers

This paper is concerned with water saving for water-loop cooling tower system in power plants. A newly developed water saving device of swirling flow is presented. The key point is that the new water saving device makes the steam swirl up along the device wall rather than engender laminar flow in a corrugated plate. The corrugated plate device can save approximately 10 percent of the total lost water. In contrast to the scale model of corrugated plate water saving device, experimental analyses have demonstrated that the new water saving device of swirling flow is more efficient, with a capacity of saving more than 20 percent of water.     

An automated HPLC determination of meticlorpindol in eggs with UV absorbance detection, using on-line dialysis and pre-concentration as sample clean-up; occurrence in and carry over to eggs

Summary A fully automated HPLC determination of the coccidiostat meticlorpindol in whole egg, egg white and yolk is described. The sample homogenate is dialysed online against water. The dialysate is concentrated on-line on a short reversed-phase (RP) column. The contents of this column are transferred to the reversed-phase analytical column by means of the mobile phase. Meticlorpindol is detected using an absorbance detector at 270 nm. Linear calibration graphs are obtained in the range 40–900 ng/g in whole egg and egg white (detection limit 10 ng/g) and 80–1800 ng/g in yolk (detection limit 20 ng/g). Out of 111 commercially obtained egg samples 12 contained meticlorpindol with levels varying from 10 to 433 ng/g. A group of laying hens, kept in cages, received 10 mg/kg of Lerbek (meticlorpindol and methylbenzoquate; Dow Chemical) in the feed for 10 days. Meticlorpindol residues in the eggs rose to a level of 622 ng/g. Meticlorpindol was found in the eggs until 6 days after withdrawal of the medicated feed. Another group received 110 mg/kg in the feed. Meticlorpindol residues rose to levels of 4480 ng/g in the eggs, 5880 ng/g in the egg white and 2660 ng/g in the yolk. Meticlorpindol was found in the eggs and the egg white until 14 days and in the yolk until 8 days after withdrawal of the medicated feed.

Zusammenfassung Mit dem beschriebenen Verfahren können Rückstände von Meticlorpindol in Eiern, Eiklar und Dotter automatisch bestimmt werden. Homogenisierte Proben werden gegen Wasser dialysiert. Das Dialysat wird an einer Vorkonzentrierungssäule konzentriert. Mit der mobilen Phase wird das Konzentrat auf die analytische Säule gebracht. Der Nachweis wird mit einem UV-Absorption-Detektor ausgeführt (Wellenlänge 270 nm). Der Zusammenhang zwischen Meßwert und Meticlorpindolgehalt ist linear in dem Bereich von 40 bis 900 ng/g Meticlorpindol in Vollei und Eiklar (Nachweisgrenze etwa 10 ng/g) und von 80 bis 1800 ng/g in Dotter (Nachweisgrenze etwa 20 ng/g). Bei der Untersuchung von 111 Handelsproben wurden in 12 Proben Rückstände von Meticlorpindol nachgewiesen mit Konzentrationen zwischen 10 und 433 ng/g. Eine Gruppe von Legehennen erhielt 10 mg/kg Lerbek (Meticlorpindol und Methylbenzoquate; Dow Chemical) im Futter während 10 Tagen. Die Eier wiesen bis zum 6. Tag nach dem Absetzen des Futterzusatzes nachweisbare Meticlorpindol-Rückstände auf (Höchstgehalt 622 ng/g in Vollei). Eine zweite Gruppe erhielt 110 mg/kg im Futter. In den Volleiproben und Eiklarproben dieser Gruppe konnten bis zum 14. Tag nach dem Absetzen Rückstände von Meticlorpindol nachgewiesen werden (Höchstgehalte 4480 und 5880 ng/g), in den Dotterproben bis zum 8. Tag (Höchstgehalt 2660 ng/g).
