A new method for solving electromagnetic field boundary value problem is given. By using this method, the boundary value problem of the vector wave equation can be transformed into the independent boundary value problem of scalar wave equations and the two additional vector differential operations. All the dyadic Green’s functions got by eigenfunction expansion of the dyadic Green’s function can be got by this method easily and some of the dyadic Green’s functions for complex systems which are very difficult to get by the ordinary method have been got by this new method. The development of an efficient pH-universal hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) electrocatalyst is essential for practical hydrogen production. Here, an efficient and stable pH-universal HER electrocatalyst composed of the strongly coupled 2D NiCo2S4 and 2D ReS2 nanosheets (NiCo2S4/ReS2) is demonstrated. The NiCo2S4/ReS2 2D–2D nanocomposite is directly grown on the surface of the carbon cloth substrate, which exhibits excellent HER performance with overpotentials of 85 and 126 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm−2 and Tafel slopes of 78.3 and 67.8 mV dec−1 under both alkaline and acidic conditions, respectively. Theoretical and experimental characterizations reveal that the chemical coupling between NiCo2S4 and ReS2 layers induces electron transfer from Ni and Co to interfacial Re-neighbored S atoms, enabling beneficial H atom adsorption and desorption for both acidic and alkaline HER. Simultaneously, an electron transfer-induced spin-crossover generates high-spin interfacial Ni and Co atoms that promote water dissociation kinetics at the NiCo2S4/ReS2 interface, which is the origin of the superior alkaline HER activity. NiCo2S4/ReS2 also shows decent catalytic activity and long-term durability for oxygen evolution reaction, and finally bifunctionality for overall water splitting. This study suggests a rational strategy to enhance water dissociation kinetics by inducing spin-crossover via electron transfer.  相似文献

Cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc) anchored on heterogeneous scaffold has drawn great attention as promising electrocatalyst for carbon dioxide reduction reaction (CO2RR), but the molecule/substrate interaction is still pending for clarification and optimization to maximize the reaction kinetics. Herein, a CO2RR catalyst is fabricated by affixing CoPc onto the Mg(OH)2 substrate primed with conductive carbon, demonstrating an ultra-low overpotential of 0.31 ± 0.03 V at 100 mA cm−2 and high faradaic efficiency of >95% at a wide current density range for CO production, as well as a heavy-duty operation at 100 mA cm−2 for more than 50 h in a membrane electrode assembly. Mechanistic investigations employing in situ Raman and attenuated total reflection surface-enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy unravel that Mg(OH)2 plays a pivotal role to enhance the CO2RR kinetics by facilitating the first-step electron transfer to form anionic *CO2 intermediates. DFT calculations further elucidate that introducing Lewis acid sites help to polarize CO2 molecules absorbed at the metal centers of CoPc and consequently lower the activation barrier. This work signifies the tailoring of catalyst-support interface at molecular level for enhancing the turnover rate of CO2RR.  相似文献

A 6-bit 4 GS/s, high-speed and power-efficient DAC for ultra-high-speed transceivers in 60 GHz band millimeter wave technology is presented. A novel pseudo-thermometer architecture is proposed to realize a good compromise between the fast conversion speed and the chip area. Symmetrical and compact floor planning and layout techniques including tree-like routing, cross-quading and common-centroid method are adopted to guarantee the chip is fully functional up to near-Nyquist frequency in a standard 0.18 #m CMOS process. Post simulation results corroborate the feasibility of the designed DAC, which can perform good static and dynamic linearity without calibration. DNL errors and INL errors can be controlled within 4-0.28 LSB and 4-0.26 LSB, respectively. SFDR at 4 GHz clock frequency for a 1.9 GHz near-Nyquist sinusoidal output signal is 40.83 dB and the power dissipation is less than 37 roW.  相似文献

压缩感知为认知无线电的宽频谱感知提供了一种新的方法和思路。基于压缩感知的原理,提出了一种多认知用户协作场景下基于用户统计可信度的协作频谱检测算法。该算法使用正交匹配协作追踪算法获得认知区域内的频谱占用情况,根据不同认知用户频谱检测的历史准确度综合判定用户感知结果的统计可信度。仿真结果表明,该算法在不同用户数、不同采样值、不同信噪比变化范围下其检测性能均优于传统算术平均方法,有效改善了检测性能。  相似文献

A broadband eight-way differential substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) power divider with bandpass-filtering response by using novel hybrid multiple-via probe and multiple radial slots has been presented in this paper. The novel hybrid multiple-via probe are employed to achieve broadband impedance matching, while the multiple radial slots are used to improve the out-of-band rejection level. An eight-way differential SIW power divider with bandpass-filtering response is designed, fabricated, and measured. The measured results agree with the simulated ones closely in the desirable frequency range. The measured average insertion loss of the eight-way power divider is approximately 9.3 dB and input return loss is greater than 15 dB from 3.2 to 8.1 GHz. Moreover, the out-of-band rejection band with more than 25 dB attenuation from 9 GHz to more than 11 GHz is observed. A maximum amplitude imbalance of \(\pm 0.7\,\hbox { dB}\) is observed over the entire operating frequency range.  相似文献

针对屏蔽问因设计、施工与维护保养等原因达不到设计使用要求而存在的安全隐患,设计实现了屏蔽间电磁泄漏自动检测系统。该系统通过在屏蔽问内外分别放置一个电磁信号发射器与接收器,根据室外接收器检测到的电磁信号强度来判断屏蔽间是否存在工作漏洞。该系统集远程控制、自动检测和智能报警等功能于一体,较好地解决了现有检测手段专业复杂,检测成本高且不易推广的问题。  相似文献
