As the continuance of our series study on LiCoO2 surface modification, the complicated traditional surface coating method is replaced with simple addition of amorphous YPO4 and Al2O3 in commercial LiCoO2 or in commercial electrolyte based on our understanding to the improvement mechanism of surface modification. Comprehensive studies by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy (GC–MS), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and Fourier transformed infrared (FTIR) indicate that the products of spontaneous reaction between the additive and the LiPF6 based electrolyte are responsible for the performance improvements.  相似文献

Attenuations of the first (or fundamental) longitudinal guided wave modes propagating in liquid-filled steel pipes are numerically investigated. Several filling liquids transported by the steel pipe are considered in the investigation. In the numerical modeling stage, a sink is considered for abandoning standing wave modes caused by the internal liquids; hence, the attenuation dispersion curves become simpler. From the attenuation dispersion curves, two specific attenuation values corresponding to 1 MHz and 2.68 MHz are selected; then, the concept of parametric density is introduced to predict attenuation for a certain filling material. With this concept, it is possible to approximately calculate attenuation values without a complex numerical attenuation calculation. This investigation may provide fundamental data to inspectors using ultrasonic guided-wave techniques in the petrochemical industry and in the field of water supply, two branches of the economy that are always under pressure owing to the demand of increasing productivity and that are challenged owing to stricter environmental rules, thus necessitating promising, low-cost inspection techniques. The sub-micron sized YAG : Ce phosphors were synthesized via a modified sol-gel method by peptizing nano-pesudoboehmite particulate. It is found that YAG phase from the dried gel powders appears at 1000 ℃ then the pure YAG phase exists at a relatively lower sintering temperature of 1400 ℃. The smaller sizes of phosphors in the ranges of 1 - 3 μm are obtained due to the contribution of seeding effects of nano-sized alumina particles to strengthen each step of the processes. Both the excitation and emission spectra of photoluminescence of the phosphor obtained at 1400 ℃ meet well with the spectroscopic requirements of the WLED phosphors.  相似文献

The instability curve of a Rijke tube system was obtained accurately by following different paths of heat power and flow-rate for three regions and by defining its locus from the criterion based on the measured sound pressure levels. The unstable limits in the region of flow-rate lower than that at the minimal power are compared with previous data. To observe the effect of turbulence on the unstable limits, inflow turbulence was introduced by placing a bundle of circular cylinders upstream of the heating part (50< Red< 700). The large-amplitude inflow fluctuation may delay the transition of the chamber acoustic mode to the unstable zone even at a sufficient power.  相似文献

In this work, the collapse moment due to wall-thinned defects is estimated through fuzzy model identification. A subtractive clustering method is used as the basis of a fast and robust algorithm for identifying the fuzzy model. The fuzzy model is optimized by a genetic algorithm combined with a least squares method. The developed fuzzy model has been applied to the numerical data obtained from the finite element analysis. Principal component analysis is used to preprocess the input signals into the fuzzy model to reduce the sensitivity to the input change and the fuzzy model are trained by using the data set prepared for training (training data) and verified by using another data set different (independent) from the training data. Also, three fuzzy models are trained, respectively, for three data sets divided into the three classes of extrados, intrados, and crown defects, which is because they have different characteristics. The relative root mean square (RMS) errors of the estimated collapse moment are 0.5397% for the training data and 0.8673% for the test data. It is known from this result that the fuzzy models are sufficiently accurate to be used in the integrity evaluation of wall-thinned pipe bends and elbows.  相似文献

为了保持油井稳产,提高油藏采收率,姬塬油区拟采用面积法注水,急需对油藏分布规律进行详实、系统的研究,以保证井网建设的合理、高效。在前人研究成果基础上,对油区现有测井资料进行收集、整理、再解释,从油藏特征研究出发,对储集层进行测井分析,并使用克里金技术进行了地质建模。使用容积法计算油藏储量,为油区的注水开发提供了油藏资料。  相似文献
