Multifunctional flexible Au electrodes based on one-dimensional(1D)arrays of plasmonic gratings are nanofabricated over large areas with an engineered variant of laser interference lithography optimized for low-cost transparent templates.Au nanostripe(NS)arrays achieve sheet resistance in the order of 20 Ohm/square on large areas(~cm2)and are characterized by a strong and dichroic plasmonic response which can be easily tuned across the visible(VIS)to near-infrared(NIR)spectral range by tailoring their cross-sectional morphology.Stacking vertically a second nanostripe,separated by a nanometer scale dielectric gap,we form near-field coupled Au/SiO2/Au dimers which feature hybridization of their localized plasmon resonances,strong local field-enhancements and a redshift of the resonance towards the NIR range.The possibility to combine excellent transport properties and optical transparency on the same plasmonic metasurface template is appealing in applications where low-energy photon management is mandatory like e.g.,in plasmon enhanced spectroscopies or in photon harvesting for ultrathin photovoltaic devices.The remarkable lateral order of the plasmonic NS gratings provides an additional degree of freedom for tailoring the optical response of the multifunctional electrodes via the excitation of surface lattice resonances,a Fano-like coupling between the broad localised plasmonic resonances and the collective sharp Rayleigh modes.  相似文献

In order to achieve perfusion of both lobes of the liver for hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy, several surgical techniques can be used when the right hepatic artery arises from the superior mesenteric artery. Three of these techniques (utilization of cystic artery, end-to-side anastomosis between the right hepatic artery and proper hepatic artery, and insertion of a fine-tipped special catheter in the right hepatic artery) often require microsurgery applications.  相似文献

This paper presents novel circuit schemes for the ECL-to-CMOS level conversion in BiCMOS digital ICs. The proposed topologies show electrical characteristics (delay time, duty cycle, output currents) independent from the supply voltage and process variations. Thus, they are suitable to be used with both 3.3 V and 5 V supplies and over a huge temperature range. Moreover, their average current consumption is lower than 320 μA while operating with a signal frequency higher than 120 MHz. The propagation delay time in the presence of the load of a minimum-sized inverter ranges from 1 ns to 1.2 ns for the two different proposed solutions at room temperature, and varies less than 2% over the temperature range 0° to 70°. A prototype of the proposed cell has been integrated in a conventional 0.8 μm BiCMOS technology and the measurements confirm the. expected performance.  相似文献

Neutral and anionic Cun clusters (Cu2, Cu3, Cu6 and Cu7) are studied within density functional theory via (a) the local-density approximation (LDA) and (b) the generalized-gradient approximation (GGA) of Perdew and Wang (GGA-PW) for exchange and correlation. GGA reduces by ˜20% the binding energies, while the bond lengths are increased by ˜3–4%. The different levels of GGA approximation, involving optimization of the electronic density and/or of the geometry, are shown in detail. In the case of Cu6 the GGA configurational ground state is a planar structure of D3h symmetry. This result differs from the one obtained by LDA, where the three different isomers (one two-dimensional and two three-dimensional) were found to lie within 0.04 eV.  相似文献

Hydroalcoholic extracts obtained from myrtle berries of five different selections were studied to obtain unique clones. During the typical 40 day maceration period, dry matter, pH, colour, and anthocyanins, were analyzed. Variability among myrtle selections was observed both in fresh berries (yield berries/plant, weight of the berries, number and weight of seeds per berry) and in the hydroalcoholic extract physical–chemical characteristics (dry matter, colour intensity, tint and anthocyanins). Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) analysis with photodiode array detection (PDA) was used for anthocyanins characterization in myrtle hydroalcoholic extracts. Anthocyanin qualitative composition was the same in all selections, but varied strongly in its total amount. D was the selection with the characteristics most suitable for industrial use.  相似文献

In the present work thermal and chemical properties of a glass-ceramic frit containing zirconium oxide are evaluated after milling in various polar and nonpolar solvents. Particle-size distribution is one of the main variables investigated to evaluate the efficiency of several solvents. Milling in various solvents does not affect the thermal properties of the glass while the presence of polar groups in the solvent molecule increases the cation release from the glass.  相似文献
