The free‐radical‐initiated copolymerization of 2‐(4‐acetylphenoxy)‐2‐oxoethyl‐2‐methylacrylate (AOEMA) and 2‐(4‐benzoylphenoxy)‐2‐oxoethyl‐2‐methylacrylate (BOEMA) with 2‐[(4‐fluorophenyoxy]‐2‐oxoethyl‐2‐methylacrylate (FPEMA) were carried out in 1,4‐dioxane solution at 65°C using 2,2′‐azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator with different monomer‐to‐monomer ratios in the feed. The monomers and copolymers were characterized by FTIR and 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectral studies. 1H‐NMR analysis was used to determine the molar fractions of AOEMA, BOEMA, and FPEMA in the copolymers. The reactivity ratios of the monomers were determined by the application of Fineman‐Ross and Kelen‐Tudos methods. The analysis of reactivity ratios revealed that BOEMA and AOEMA are less reactive than FPEMA, and copolymers formed are statistically in nature. The molecular weights (M w and M n) and polydispersity index of the polymers were determined using gel permeation chromatography. Thermogravimetric analysis of the polymers reveals that the thermal stability of the copolymers increases with an increase in the mole fraction of FPEMA in the copolymers. Glass transition temperatures of the copolymers were found to decrease with an increase in the mole fraction of FPEMA in the copolymers. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2009  相似文献

Among the software quality assurance techniques, testing stands out as one of the most frequently used techniques in practice. Consequently, testing is also widely studied in research. An important aspect in testing that receives much attention is the problem of automated test generation. This introductory paper summarizes the papers selected from the 25th IFIP International Conference on Testing Software and Systems (ICTSS 2013), which all deal with this topic. The field is briefly introduced by pointing out to some of the existing survey articles and relating the selected papers in this issue to each other and to the known body of knowledge.  相似文献

In this study, Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) thin films were deposited by the single step thermal evaporation process using the sintered powder of CZTSSe on soda lime glass (SLG) and Si wafer substrates. The structural, optical, and electrical properties of deposited films were investigated. Current–voltage (I–V) in the temperature range of 250–350 K, capacitance–voltage(C–V) and conductance–voltage (G/w–V) measurements at room temperature were carried out to determine electrical properties of CZTSSe/n-Si structure. The forward bias I–V analysis based on thermionic emission (TE) showed barrier height inhomogeneity at the interface and thus, the conduction mechanism was modeled under the assumption of Gaussian distribution of barrier height. The mean barrier height \(({\bar {\Phi }_{B0}})\) and standard deviation \(({\sigma _0})\) at zero bias were obtained as 1.27 eV and 0.18 V, respectively. Moreover, Richardson constant was obtained as 120.46 A cm?2 K?2 via modified Richardson plot and the density of interface states (Dit) profile was determined using the data obtained from forward bias I–V measurements. In addition, by the results of frequency dependent C–V measurements, characteristics of the interface state density were calculated applying high-low frequency capacitance (CHF ? CLF) and Hill–Coleman methods.  相似文献

The study of space-charge-limited currents (SCLC) in amorphous InSe thin films is presented. The temperature-dependent current–voltage (J–V) measurements were carried out for TO/a-InSe/Au sandwich structures in the range of 200–320 K. For all samples, ohmic behavior was observed up to an electric field strength of about 2×105 V cm–1. From the temperature dependence of conductivity data, the position of the thermal equilibrium Fermi level E fo is determined as 250 meV above the valence band E v. At higher electric field strength values in the SCLC regions, the proportionality constant of voltage changes is between 2 and 2.9 with temperature. The analysis of J–V characteristics using the SCLC method and analytical approach for the determination of density of states (DOS) in the energy range of 190–250 meV shows that DOS changes between 3.8×1017–1.7×1018 eV–1cm–3 with energy. The energy distribution of DOS is temperature independent indicating that the SCLC in these amorphous films is related to the bulk, not to the surface layer between the contact and the film.  相似文献

In metal cutting, the problems need to be well analyzed in order to take precautions before any unexpected results are encountered. This process plays a significant role in achieving consistent quality and in controlling the overall cost of manufacturing. However, it is a difficult task that needs an expert who has a great deal of information and experience in metal cutting. In the present paper, a knowledge-based expert system (COROSolve) that investigates problems that are encountered in three main metal cutting areas: turning, milling and drilling is developed. A great deal of metal cutting operations such as external/internal turning with negative/positive inserts, aluminum turning, parting bars/tubes, grooving, profiling, recessing and threading operations in turning; face milling, square shoulder milling, end milling, multi-purpose milling and side and face milling operations in milling; and drilling operations that use solid drills or drills with indexable inserts in drilling are taken into consideration. COROSolve gives recommendations for the cutting data (i.e., cutting speed, depth of cut, and feed) and updates the problem, cause and remedy database, thus the number of problems that the system can handle is increased.  相似文献

Indium selenide thin films were deposited onto glass substrates kept at 150 °C by thermal evaporation of -In2Se3. Some of the films were annealed at 150 °C and 200 °C and they all were found to exhibit p-type conductivity without intentional doping. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) established that the films have an atomic content of In51Se49. X-ray diffraction (XRD) indicated that the as-grown films were amorphous in nature and became polycrystalline -In2Se3 films after annealing. The analysis of conductivity temperature-dependence measurements in the range 320–100 K revealed that thermal excitation and thermionic emission of the carriers are the predominant conduction mechanisms above 200 K in the amorphous and polycrystalline samples, respectively. The carrier transport below 200 K is due to variable range hopping in all the samples. Hall measurements revealed that the mobility of the polycrystalline films is limited by the scattering of the charged carriers through the grain boundaries above 200 K. © 2001 Kluwer Academic Publishers  相似文献

Vegetable oils are a promising alternative among the different diesel fuel alternatives. However, the high viscosity, poor volatility and cold flow characteristics of vegetable oils can cause some problems such as injector coking, severe engine deposits, filter gumming, piston ring sticking and thickening of lubrication oil from long-term use in diesel engines. These problems can be eliminated or minimized by transesterification of the vegetable oils to form monoesters. These monoesters are known as biodiesel. The important advantages of biodiesel are lower exhaust gas emissions and its biodegradability and renewability compared with petroleum-based diesel fuel. Although the transesterification improves the fuel properties of vegetable oil, the viscosity and volatility of biodiesel are still worse than that of petroleum diesel fuel. The energy of the biodiesel can be released more efficiently with the concept of low heat rejection (LHR) engine. The aim of this study is to apply LHR engine for improving engine performance when biodiesel is used as an alternative fuel. For this purpose, a turbocharged direct injection (DI) diesel engine was converted to a LHR engine and the effects of biodiesel (produced from sunflower oil) usage in the LHR engine on its performance characteristics have been investigated experimentally. The results showed that specific fuel consumption and the brake thermal efficiency were improved and exhaust gas temperature before the turbine inlet was increased for both fuels in the LHR engine.  相似文献

An industrial biomass boiler of 200 kW thermal power is analyzed by computational and experimental methods. Gas composition and temperature within the furnace and in the downstream heat exchanger are measured. Combustion, flow and heat transfer processes within the furnace, exhaust tract as well as the forced convection on the water side of the heat exchanger are computationally investigated by the finite volume method-based computational fluid dynamics procedures. The predictions are compared with the experiments. A satisfactory overall agreement between the predicted and measured temperatures is observed with an average deviation about 5 %. For oxygen mole fractions a fair agreement is found that shows deviations within the range of 10–20 %. For carbon monoxide, calculations exhibit a stronger underprediction.  相似文献
