车辆四轮转向控制平台研究

针对机-电-液复合结构的四轮转向平台具有非线性、快时变的特点，提出了模糊自适应PID控制策略。将模糊自适应补偿器与PID控制器并联，提高系统的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。使用PID控制器稳定系统的线性标称部分，应用模糊自适应补偿器调节PID参数来补偿系统参数摄动、非线性和外界扰动对系统控制性能的影响。仿真和外加扰动实验结果验证了提出的控制策略对四轮转向平台的控制具有快速性、准确性、稳定性和鲁棒性。

The effect of annealing on the properties of Ga2O3 anodic films

The effect of annealing and oxygen plasma on the electrical characteristics of gallium oxide films has been investigated. Ga₂O₃ films with thicknesses of 200–300 nm were formed by the anodic oxidation of n-GaAs wafers with the donor concentration N _d = (1–2) × 10¹⁶ cm⁻³. It is shown that, after annealing at 900°C for 30 min, the gallium arsenide films contain only the β Ga₂O₃ phase. The effect of the duration of oxygen plasma treatment prior to annealing on the nucleation of β-phase crystallites with different orientations has been studied. It has been established that the electrical conductivity of the Ga₂O₃ films can be managed by annealing and variation in the duration of oxygen plasma treatment. It is shown that the response of the V/Ni-GaAs-Ga₂O₃-V/Ni structure to a mixture exhaled by a person depends on the value and sign of the potential on the control electrode.     

类铀矿岩材料制备及氡扩散系数测定的实验研究

扩散过程是主导氡在铀矿岩中运移与析出的主要方式。铀矿原岩辐射较大且取样困难,不利于开展有关室内实验。为了解决以上问题,依据相似理论,以某花岗岩为原型,选取石英砂、铀尾砂、水泥、精铁粉和微硅粉等为原材料,制备了3种不同材料配比的圆柱形类铀矿岩试样,并测定了原型和试样的物理力学参数;然后采用密闭腔体法测量了原型和试样在不同包裹方式下的累积氡浓度,推导氡的扩散性能参数的计算公式,通过计算获得了原型和试样的氡扩散长度和扩散系数。实验结果表明:花岗岩原型与所制备的类铀矿岩的颗粒密度、抗压强度、抗拉强度、内聚力和内摩擦角相似比的均值分别为1.09∶1、3.93∶1、4.28∶1、3.47∶1和1.00∶1;花岗岩原型的扩散系数为0.146×10^-6m²·s^-1,类铀矿岩的扩散系数介于0.114×10^-6～0.594×10^-6m²·s^-1之间,两者的相似比介于0.25∶1～1.28∶1之间。研究认为所制备的试样3在一定程度上可用来模拟花岗岩型铀矿岩,以满足室内实验的需求。     

同位素释放器与氧活化仪器组合测井的应用

文章介绍了同位素五参数测井和氧活化测井的测井原理，分析了它们各自的优势与不足，采用同位素释放器和氧活化仪器组合的方式，使一次下井可以同时完成同位素、氧活化两种工艺方法，为提高吸水剖面测井质量提供了新的手段。     

Comparison of a new algorithm with the supervised classifications

In this study, a new classification algorithm in which only the selected pixels have been attempted to be classified (selected pixels classification: SPC) has been introduced and compared with the well known supervised classification methods such as maximum likelihood, minimum distance, nearest neighbour and condensed nearest neighbour. To examine the algorithm, Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) data have been used to classify the crop cover in the selected region. It is clearly demonstrated that the SPC method has the higher accuracy with comparable CPU times.

通过对防治大气污染的环保法规与政策进行横向和纵向的对比,讨论了特殊危险原料与对涂料产品的环境标志认证,分析了从源头控制涂料工业对环境的污染的可能性,提出了不同种类的涂料进行清洁生产的方式,最终讨论了为使涂料生产达到环保标准要求的应对策略。
