正向设计了一种适合于听觉神经刺激的可编程双相恒流脉冲发生器，它可根据耳聋患者的要求和不同的语音信号，控制刺激电流脉冲的幅度和宽度，以及脉冲之间的间隙。本文阐述了电路的设计要求和方法，并给出了实验结果。采用标准３μｍｐ阱ＣＭＯＳ工艺，在上海贝岭微电子制造有限公司流片。目前已成功地用于多道人工电子耳蜗接收刺激器中。     

热环境的人-机-环境系统工程评价

从人-机-环境系统工程的角度分析了热环境对人的影响。分析了不同热环境的评价方法，讨论了各种评价指数的适用范围，讨论了炎热环境和寒冷环境下的预防保护措施，为室内空调系统的设计评价、保护服装的选用，工作时间的安排提供了有用的工具。     

Credit-based slot allocation for multimedia mobile ad hoc networks

This paper studies resource management for multimedia mobile ad hoc networks (MANET). In particular, we focus on providing fair scheduling with quality-of-service (QoS) support for MANET. We consider two types of flows: guaranteed and best effort flows. The goal is to satisfy the QoS requirements of guaranteed flows and to provide global fairness for best effort flows. In this paper, a credit-based fair scheduling mechanism called credit-based slot allocation protocol (CSAP) is proposed. In CSAP, nodes are logically grouped into clusters, each with a scheduler. Each scheduler assigns time slots to nodes in its cluster based on the first tier algorithm. The node scheduled to send at the next time slot then in turn assigns the time slot to a relayed flow determined by the second-tier algorithm. Each multihop flow is treated as multiple single-hop flow segments. These segments are then correlated such that a downstream segment will not be allocated a slot unless the upstream segments have all been allocated. We evaluate the performance of CSAP by simulations. The results show that CSAP meets the QoS requirements of guaranteed flows, provides global fairness for best effort flows, and improves overall system throughput.     

The effect of pack-aluminisation on the microstructure of MCrAlY and the performance of thermal barrier coatings

Plasma spraying and pack-aluminising processes were combined and applied to the nickel-base superalloy Mar-M247 to improve its cyclic oxidation resistance. The performance tests of duplex ZrO₂-8 wt.%Y₂O₃/MCrAlY thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) were conducted at 1050 °C, 1075 °C, 1100 °C, 1150 °C and 1200 °C. The results of the experiments in this study showed that TBC specimens with the aluminised MCrAlY bond coat exhibited higher cyclic lives (except for the Ni-22Cr-10Al-1Y bond coat), at all the temperatures tested, than specimens on which the bond coat was not aluminised. The microstructures of the Co-29Cr-6Al-1Y, Co-32Ni-21Cr-8Al-0.5Y and Ni-22Cr-10Al-1Y bond coats with or without aluminising treatment were examined in detail using a scanning electron microscope equipped with an electron probe microanalyzer.

Asymptotic deformation and stress fields at the tip of a sharp notch in an elastic-plastic material

The singular elastic-plastic stress, strain and the displacement fields at the tip of a sharp notch for both plane stress and plane strain conditions are investigated analytically. The material is assumed to be governed by the deformation theory of plasticity with linear strain hardening characteristic. Since the elastic strain is retained in the analysis, the final strain and displacement fields can be separated into the elastic and the plastic parts. In the case with zero notch angle, the results reduce to the classical crack problem. The relationship of the amplitude of the near crack tip elastic-plastic field to the elastic far field is obtained. Both mode I and mode II cases are investigated. The mixed mode case is also discussed.
