The Leader–Member Exchange (LMX) relationship quality between superiors and subordinates in Korean civil engineering companies were empirically examined for superiors’ feedback-seeking behaviors. The results showed that for superiors, affect, loyalty, and contribution toward subordinates were positively related to seeking negative as well as positive feedback from subordinates. From subordinates’ point of view, affect, contribution, and professional respect toward their superiors were positively related to superiors’ negative feedback seeking, but affect was negatively related to superiors’ positive feedback seeking. It was also found that superiors and subordinates were not consensual in LMX and superiors’ feedback-seeking behaviors. For example, for superiors, all of the four LMX dimensions were positively related to superiors’ asking subordinates directly for feedback, whereas for subordinates, none of the LMX dimensions were significantly related to superiors’ asking subordinates directly for feedback. These and other findings are discussed in detail, and implications for the findings are provided. 相似文献

Quasi‐2D metal halide perovskite films are promising for efficient light‐emitting diodes (LEDs), because of their efficient radiative recombination and suppressed trap‐assisted quenching compared with pure 3D perovskites. However, because of the multidomain polycrystalline nature of solution‐processed quasi‐2D perovskite films, the composition engineering always impacts the emitting properties with complicated mechanisms. Here, defect passivation and domain distribution of quasi‐2D perovskite films prepared with various precursor compositions are systematically studied. As a result, in perovskite films prepared from stoichiometric quasi‐2D precursor compositions, large organic ammonium cations function well as passivators. In comparison, precursor compositions of simply adding large organic halide salt into a 3D perovskite precursor ensure not only the defect passivation but also the effective formation of quasi‐2D perovskite domains, avoiding unfavorable appearance of low‐order domains. Quasi‐2D perovskite films fabricated with a well‐designed precursor composition achieve a high photoluminescence quantum yield of 95.3% and an external quantum efficiency of 14.7% in LEDs. 相似文献

以硼酸和三聚氰胺为原料,采用湿化学法合成先驱体,在氮气气氛中制备出氮化硼(BN)纤维。用中和滴定法、红外吸收光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对合成的先驱体及制得的BN纤维的氮含量、形貌及结构进行分析。结果表明合成温度1,700℃,保温时间3 h,氮气流量2 L/min时制得的BN纤维的氮含量为53.46%,达到理论值的95%。先驱体分子中存在B—N、N—H、C—O—C、—(B—N)—结构单元。用扫描电镜观察制得的BN纤维直径为2~10 靘,长径比为40~50。 相似文献

We introduce a new method for image smoothing based on a fourth-order PDE model. The method is tested on a broad range of real medical magnetic resonance images, both in space and time, as well as on nonmedical synthesized test images. Our algorithm demonstrates good noise suppression without destruction of important anatomical or functional detail, even at poor signal-to-noise ratio. 非制冷红外探测器具有广阔的军事和民用前景。近年来,出现了一类性能优越的新型双层微测辐射热计型红外探测器。利用有限元分析方法和光学导纳矩阵法详细研究了两种类型的双层微测辐射热计的主要性能。结果表明,双层微测辐射热计的综合性能优于单层微测辐射热计。其中,双层S型结构的温升最优,但其力学稳定性较差,难以满足实践需要;双层U型结构的温升虽低于双层S型结构的温升,但明显优于单层微桥;重要的是,双层U型结构在光吸收性能、力学稳定性、器件制造等方面均优于双层S型结构。所以,双层U型结构的综合性能更优。还设计了一种综合性能更优的改进型双层U型结构。 相似文献

A new class of deep blue electrophosphorescent Pt(II) emitters have been designed and synthesized. This new class of deep blue Pt(II) emitters employ tetradentate and macrocyclic chelate chromophores to constrain the Pt(II) molecules in a non‐distorted flat geometry in both the ground state and the excited state. The new deep blue emitters do not produce excimer emission, with emission quantum efficiency as high as 95% in 10% doped PMMA (poly(methyl methacrylate) films, and excellent UV stability, compared to the corresponding bidentate Pt(II) emitters. The macrocyclic tetradentate chelate Pt(II) compounds are the first examples of fully sterically constrained deep blue Pt(II) emitters that do not display structural distortion and have a higher thermal stability and a higher emission quantum efficiency than the corresponding non‐macrocyclic tetradentate Pt(II) analogues. A computational study supports that the macrocylic Pt(II) compounds are structurally more stable than the tetradentate Pt(II) molecules. Bright and efficient deep blue electrophosphorescent devices using a macrocyclic Pt(II) emitter have been successfully fabricated with a maximum brightness of 10 680 cd m?2, maximum external quantum efficiency of 15.4% (at 490 cd m?2), and Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (1931) coordinates (x + y ) of less than or near 0.30, respectively. 相似文献
