A novel smart metering technique capable of anomaly detection was proposed for real-time home power management system. Smart meter data generated in real-time were obtained from 900 households of single apartments. To detect outliers and missing values in smart meter data, a deep learning model, the autoencoder, consisting of a graph convolutional network and bidirectional long short-term memory network, was applied to the smart metering technique. Power management based on the smart metering technique was executed by multi-objective optimization in the presence of a battery storage system and an electric vehicle. The results of the power management employing the proposed smart metering technique indicate a reduction in electricity cost and amount of power supplied by the grid compared to the results of power management without anomaly detection. 相似文献

The formation of an immunological synapse (IS) on recognition of a cancer cell is the main mechanism underlying the natural killer (NK)-cell-mediated killing of tumor cells. Herein, an integrative strategy for cancer therapy against solid tumors is reported, in which alterations in the cleft of IS, following the secretion of acidic granular content, are utilized as a trigger for the delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs. NK cells are decorated with the IS-environment-responsive micellar system to ensure the release of the payload when they attack cancer cells. Using this strategy, the immunological cytotoxic killing effect of NK cells against solid tumors is reinforced with the site-specific diffusion of chemotherapeutic agents. Harnessing the intrinsic mechanism for the recognition of abnormal cells and the tumor-homing effect of NK cells limit the adverse systemic effects of chemotherapeutic drugs. This approach may provide a pragmatic platform for the universal and effective utilization of IS formation. 相似文献

Strategies for changing temperature from mesophilic to thermophilic conditions in anaerobic CSTR reactors treating sewage sludge 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
Thermophilic anaerobic digestion presents an advantageous way for stabilization of sludge from wastewater treatment plants. Two different strategies for changing operational process temperature from mesophilic (37 degrees C) to thermophilic (55 degrees C) were tested using two continuous flow stirred tank reactors operated at constant organic loading rate of 1.38 g VS/l reactor/day and hydraulic retention time of 20 days. In reactor A, the temperature was increased step-wise: 37 degrees C-->42 degrees C-->47 degrees C-->51 degrees C-->55 degrees C. While in reactor B, the temperature was changed in one-step, from 37 degrees C to the desired temperature of 55 degrees C, The results showed that the overall adaptation of the process for the step-wise temperature increment took 70 days in total and a new change was applied when the process was stabilized as indicated by stable methane production and low volatile fatty acids concentrations. Although the one-step temperature increase caused a severe disturbance in all the process parameters, the system reached a new stable operation after only 30 days indicating that this strategy is the best in changing from mesophilic to thermophilic operation in anaerobic digestion plants. 相似文献

We have developed photocatalytic TiO2 nanofibers for the treatment of organic pollutants by using electrospinning method. We found that the optimized electrospinning conditions (electric field and flow rate) were 0.9 kV cm(-1) and 50 microL min(-1). After annealing at 550 degrees C for 30 min, we fabricated TiO2 nanofibers (average 236 nm thick) with anatase crystalline phase. To increase photocatalytic activity and effective surface area, we coated photocatalytic TiO2 particles on the TiO2 nanofibers by using sol-gel method. The degradation rate (k'=85.4x10(-4) min(-1)) of composite TiO2 was significantly higher than that (15.7x10(-4) min(-1)) of TiO2 nanofibers and that (14.3x10(-4) min(-1)) of TiO2 nanoparticles by the sol-gel method. Therefore, we suggested that the composite TiO2 of nanofibers and nanoparticles be suitable for the degradation of organic pollutants. 相似文献

In recent past, for next‐generation device opportunities such as sub‐10 nm channel field‐effect transistors (FETs), tunneling FETs, and high‐end display backplanes, tremendous research on multilayered molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) among transition metal dichalcogenides has been actively performed. However, nonavailability on a matured threshold voltage control scheme, like a substitutional doping in Si technology, has been plagued for the prosperity of 2D materials in electronics. Herein, an adjustment scheme for threshold voltage of MoS2 FETs by using self‐assembled monolayer treatment via octadecyltrichlorosilane is proposed and demonstrated to show MoS2 FETs in an enhancement mode with preservation of electrical parameters such as field‐effect mobility, subthreshold swing, and current on–off ratio. Furthermore, the mechanisms for threshold voltage adjustment are systematically studied by using atomic force microscopy, Raman, temperature‐dependent electrical characterization, etc. For validation of effects of threshold voltage engineering on MoS2 FETs, full swing inverters, comprising enhancement mode drivers and depletion mode loads are perfectly demonstrated with a maximum gain of 18.2 and a noise margin of ≈45% of 1/2 VDD. More impressively, quantum dot light‐emitting diodes, driven by enhancement mode MoS2 FETs, stably demonstrate 120 cd m?2 at the gate‐to‐source voltage of 5 V, exhibiting promising opportunities for future display application. 相似文献

Internet Addiction (IA) constitutes an excessive Internet use behavior with a significant impact on the user’s well-being. Online flow describes the users’ level of being absorbed by their online activity. The present study investigated age-related, gender, and flow effects on IA in adolescence. The sample comprised 648 adolescents who were assessed twice at age 16 and 18 years. IA was assessed using the Internet Addiction Test and online flow was assessed using the Online Flow Questionnaire. A three-level hierarchical model estimated age-related, gender, and online flow effects on IA symptoms and controlled for clustered random effects. IA symptoms decreased over time (for both genders) with a slower rate in males. Online flow was associated with IA symptoms and this remained consistent over time. Findings expand upon the available literature suggesting that IA symptoms could function as a development-related manifestation at the age of 16 years, while IA-related gender differences gradually increase between 16 and 18 years. Finally, the association between online flow and IA symptoms remained stable independent of age-related effects. The study highlights individual differences and provides directions for more targeted prevention and intervention initiatives for IA. 相似文献

Carbon black‐filled high‐density polyethylene (HDPE)/ethylene ethylacrylate copolymer (EEA) blends were prepared and the effect of crosslinking of the blends on the positive temperature coefficient (PTC) stability was investigated. By irradiation and silane‐crosslinking methods, crosslinked composites with various degrees of crosslinking were obtained. Crosslinking of the matrix polymer led to the disappearance of the negative temperature coefficient (NTC) phenomenon. Also, the PTC intensity increased with an increasing degree of crosslinking. The PTC stability of silane‐crosslinked samples was notably improved at heat cycles of 140°C. This was sufficiently improved by both the silane‐ and radiation‐crosslinking methods when they were treated at 85°C. Therefore, the limiting temperature of self‐regulating heat is about 85°C. Both radiation‐ and silane‐crosslinked samples are thought to be of use to the industry. 相似文献

In this paper, a multilayer barrier thin film, based on polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF)–silicon dioxide (SiO2), has been fabricated on a PET substrate through a novel method of joint fabrication techniques. The inorganic SiO2 thin film was deposited using a roll-to-roll atmospheric atomic layer deposition system (R2R-AALD), while the organic PVDF layer was deposited on the surface of SiO2 through the electrohydrodynamic atomization (EHDA) technique. The multilayer barrier thin films exhibited very good surface morphology, chemical composition, and optical properties. The obtained values for arithmetic surface roughness and water contact angle of the as-developed multilayer barrier thin film were 3.88 nm and 125°, respectively. The total thickness of the multilayer barrier thin film was 520 nm with a high optical transmittance value (85–90%). The water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) of the barrier thin film was ~?0.9?×?10?2 g m?2 day?1. This combination of dual fabrication techniques (R2R-AALD and EHDA) for the development of multilayer barrier thin films is promising for gas barrier applications. 相似文献
