冷热循环工艺中冷热转移速率对LY12铝合金尺寸稳定性的影响

研究了冷热转移速率对LY1 2铝合金微屈服强度和残余应力的影响。结果表明 ,提高冷热转移速率易使材料中形成稳定的位错组态 ,从而有利于提高微屈服强度 ;对于圆柱和圆环试样 ,提高冷热转移速率不利于降低残余应力。分析认为 ,冷热转移速率应根据工件几何形状和尺寸进行相应调整。     

关于超耐候性BA01—02钛白粉的研制

采用高温淬火方法制备了Ｔｃ在２７．４Ｋ至９２．４Ｋ之间的一组不同氧含量的ＰＭＰ（粉末熔融工艺）法ＹＢＣＯ超导体。通过对这些超导体样品的磁滞回线及不可逆线的研究发现，随着氧空位的增加，超导体的磁通钉扎力减小     

热处理对多孔铝合金压缩吸能性能的影响

采用渗流铸造工艺 ,制备了Al Si系多孔铝合金 ,讨论了其压缩变形特征及能量吸收性能 ,分别对ZL10 1、ZL111两种多孔铝合金进行T6热处理 ,研究了热处理对这两种多孔铝合金压缩吸能性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,热处理能够提高多孔铝合金的能量吸收能力 ,对屈服强度及能量吸收效率也有显著的影响 ,为提高多孔铝合金的压缩性能 ,应尽可能施行热处理

基于图的语义网络构造算法研究

在自然语言处理的基础上,将中医领域本体与图的基本性质相结合,提出了构造中医诊疗知识语义网络算法。给出了图的基本性质、语义网络的图定义,并为知识的网络表示建立了相应的数据结构。将算法用于中医领域语义网络和语义场构建。试验结果表明,该算法具有较好的实用性。提出的基于图的语义网络构造算法,对于文本挖掘、知识获取技术研究有重要意义,也是中医专家知识获取的有效方法。     

粗糙集理论及其在图像处理中的应用*

首先描述了粗糙集理论的基本概念,包括粗糙集知识表示方法和粗糙集约简理论;叙述了粗糙集理论及其与其他非线性理论相结合在图像处理中的应用情况;最后指出了粗糙集理论应用于图像处理的基本思路,并指出将粗糙集理论与其他非线性理论相结合应用于图像处理,将会产生更加有效的结果.     

Ultrahigh-performance planar β-Ga_2O_3 solar-blind Schottky photodiode detectors

The low dark current, high responsivity and high specific detectivity could be preferably achieved in detectors based on junctions, owing to the efficient constraint of carriers. Compared with the other junctions, planar Schottky junctions have simple structures and technological demands and are easy integrated. Herein, in this work, we prepared the β-Ga_2O_3 thin film by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition method to construct planar Ti/β-Ga_2O_3/Ni Schottky photodiode detectors with different onstate resistances. Fortunately, all the devices exhibit state-of-the-art performances, such as responsivity of 175–1372 A W~(-1),specific detectivity of 10~(14) Jones and external quantum efficiency of 85700%–671500%. In addition, the dependences of device performances on the on-state resistances indicate that the higher dark currents, photocurrents and photoresponsivities may well be obtained when on-state resistance is smaller, due to the less external power is used to overcome the impendence and condensance at the Ti/β-Ga_2O_3 and Ni/β-Ga_2O_3 interfaces, but contributing to higher electric current flow both in the dark and under illuminations.
