A SIMPLIFIED MODEL FOR NO-STANDARD MICROREGION QUANTITATIVE EDS ANALYSIS OF MULTICOMPONENT ALLOYS

本文对作者建立的微区成分无标样定量分析法进行了简化,使原有的计算量大为减少。 用简化模型对Cu-Si,FeS_2,NaCl,GaAs试样和多元钢样原实验数据进行了定量计算,并与原模型多元程序计算结果进行比较。结果表明,这种简化是合理的。     

Enhanced Thermal Stability of Zinc-Based Titanate (Dielectric) Ceramics Prepared by the Modified Sol–gel Route

A multi-component substitution of Co and Ni was incorporated into ZnTiO₃ to form pure hexagonal Zn_{1− x} (Co_1/2Ni_1/2) _x TiO₃ ( x =0,0.8,0.9,1.0) dielectric ceramic powders by a modified sol–gel route, following heat treatments at 600°C for 3 h and at 800°C for 6 h. Differential scanning calorimetry measurements revealed that the order of increasing thermal stability of solid solution compound Zn_{1− x} (Co_1/2Ni_1/2) _x TiO₃ was ZnTiO₃ (945°C), Zn_0.1Ni_0.9TiO₃ (1346°C), Zn_0.1(Co_1/2Ni_1/2)_0.9TiO₃ (1390°C), and Zn_0.1Co_0.9TiO₃ (>1400°C). Both the dielectric constant and loss tangent reached a maximum at x =0.8 and then decreased with solubility, x , and measurement frequency.     

合成丁酸异戊酯的新方法

采用超强酸代替浓硫酸作催化剂，对丁酸异戊酯合成反应进行了研究，讨论了影响收率的多种因素，在最佳条件下，酯化反应时间短，催化剂可以重复使用，丁酸异戊酯收率达到９８％。     

Preparation and properties of compatibilized PVC/SMA‐g‐PA6 blends

The morphology and mechanical properties of PVC/SMA‐g‐PA6 blends were investigated in this paper. Graft to polymer SMA‐g‐PA6 was prepared via a solution graft reaction between SMA and PA6. FTIR test evidences the occurrence of the graft reaction between SMA and PA6. DSC analysis shows that SMA‐g‐PA6 has a lower melting point of 187°C, which may result in a decrease in crystallinity of PA6 and thus enable efficient blending of SMA‐g‐PA6 and PVC. Compatibilization was evidenced by the dramatic increase in mechanical properties, the smaller particle size and finer dispersion of PA6 in PVC matrix, and, further, a cocontinuous morphology at 16 wt % SMA‐g‐PA6 content. 管式气体分散式反应器制备纳米碳酸钙

以石灰石为原料，利用管式气体分散式反应器新工艺制备出了粒径30～70nm的碳酸钙粉体。采用X射线衍射（XRD）、扫描电镜（SEM）、粒度分布仪及红外光谱仪（Fr-IR）等测试手段，对产品的物相、形貌和粒度分布进行了表征。X射线衍射表明产物为六方晶系方解石型碳酸钙并且产品结晶性能良好；扫描电镜及粒度分析表明粒度大小均匀、分散性良好；红外光谱表明改性后硬脂酸钠已吸附在碳酸钙表面，碳酸钙颗粒基本呈单分散状态。管式气体分散式反应器制备纳米碳酸钙粉体的优点是工艺简单，操作容易，原料易得，生产的产品粒径小，粒度分布窄，易于工业化生产。     

Velocity measurements and flow field characteristic analyses in a turbo air classifier

Turbo air classifier is one of the most widely used powder classification equipment. The rotor cage as a rotary component can create a forced centrifugal field, so it is a key part for turbo air classifier. In order to investigate the effect of structural variations of the rotor cage on flow field characteristics, three dimensional velocity measurements of the annular region in a turbo air classifier equipped with two different rotor cage bottom plates (A and B type) are performed by laser Doppler velocimeter (LDV). It is found that the different bottom plates have different axial and tangential velocity distributions in the annular region. However, the structural variations of the rotor cage have hardly any effect on the radial velocity. Based on the classification principle, the relation between the classification performance and the flow field characteristics is investigated in great detail.The results of the flow field measurements were tested by the classification experiments carried out with cement raw meal and ground calcium carbonate. The results demonstrate that B type bottom plate can realize the production of narrow particle size distributions, so it is more favorable for classification than A type bottom plate. Classification experiment results are in good agreement with the results of the flow field measurements.     

Effect of H2O adsorption on the electrical transport properties of double-walled carbon nanotubes

Water molecules adsorbed on a double-walled carbon nanotube (DWCNT) serve as charge trapping centers when present in low density and as electron donors when present in high density. There is a discontinuous change between the low- and high-density regions. H₂O molecules are apt to be adsorbed on the outer surface of DWCNTs, and in this case the electrical transport properties are extremely sensitive to environment, which suggests that DWCNTs are hole doped and act as an electric dipole with the inner tube.     

Synthesis and characterization of soluble aromatic azopolyamides containing sulfone and ether units

A series of new polyamides 3a–d containing aryl-azo, ether and sulfone groups in the main chain were synthesized from bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl sulfone] 1 and several azo aromatic diacyl chlorides 2a–d by the low temperature solution polycondensation technique. FTIR spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and elemental analyses confirmed the structure of these polymers. Owing to the aryl and amide groups in the main chain, these polymers exhibit photochromic properties as well as excellent thermal stabilities. The transition temperatures (T _g) are between 242 and 265 °C, and the char yields at 800 °C in nitrogen atmosphere were above 39%. Based on incorporation of flexible ether linkages and polar sulfone groups, the polyamides show desirable solubility in organic solvents such as DMAc, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), N-methyl-2-pyrroidinone (NMP) and dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). And it is exemplified that polyamide containing 2 and 2′ substitutes performed better solubility. Funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 50572081)
