当今文化，靠什么去概括，要靠传媒人的文化作品。虽置身于2006年的追求与梦想之中，但怎么也难忘2005年那几颗善良而智慧的心所带走的文化。巴金带走了纯文学，启功带走了真书法，费孝通带走了乡村经济，但我以为其本质是在说，任何商业的走红填补不了文化缺失的疼痛，尤其是过分的市场追求障碍着文化追求的判断力。     

Dynamic responses and damages of water-filled pre-pressurized metal tube impacted by mass

An account is given of some principal observations made from a series of experiments in which three-span pipe beams were subjected to central impact by indenters with different nose shapes. These pipes were filled and pre-pressurized with water in order to identify the main effects produced by the fluid–structure interaction. In comparison, the impact experiments of the pipes with no water were also carried out. The perforation failure modes and corresponding critical impact energies were obtained in different test conditions. The experimental results indicated that the critical perforation energy and the deformation of the wall of the pipe were significantly influenced by the presence of the water and the pressure.

SA299钢冷脆行为的研究

某锅炉厂生产的锅炉汽包,在冬季制造过程中发生破裂,汽包材料为 SA299钢,对断口的初步分析发现为脆性解理断口,据此认为是冷脆破坏。本文依据冷脆特征温度 Tc 的概念对 SA299钢的冷脆行为进行了细致的分析。     

Photocatalytic degradation of 2,2‐bis(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methylphenyl) propane (BPP) based on molecular recognition interaction

BACKGROUND: Endocrine disruptors in the aquatic environment and their potential adverse effects are currently issues of concern. One of these endocrine disruptors is 2,2‐bis(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methylphenyl)propane (BPP). In this work the molecular recognition interaction of BPP with β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD) was studied using IR spectroscopy and steady state fluorescence spectroscopy, and the photocatalytic degradation behaviour of BPP based on molecular recognition interaction was investigated in a TiO₂/UV–visible (λ_max = 365 nm) system. This might provide a new method for the treatment of some organic pollutants in wastewater. RESULTS: β‐CD reacts with BPP to form a 1:1 inclusion complex, the formation constant of which is 4.94 × 10³ L mol^?1. The photodegradation rate constant of BPP after molecular recognition by β‐CD showed a 1.42‐fold increase in the TiO₂/UV–visible (λ_max = 365 nm) system. The photodegradation of BPP depended on the concentration of β‐CD, the pH value, the gaseous medium and the initial concentration of BPP. The photodegradation efficiency of BPP with molecular recognition was higher than that without molecular recognition. After 100 min of irradiation the mineralisation efficiency of BPP after molecular recognition by β‐CD reached 94.8%, whereas the mineralisation efficiency of BPP before molecular recognition by β‐CD was only 40.6%. CONCLUSION: The photocatalytic degradation of BPP after molecular recognition by β‐CD can be enhanced in the TiO₂/UV‐visible (λ_max = 365 nm) system. This enhancement is dependent on the enhancement of the adsorption of BPP, the moderate inclusion depth of BPP in the β‐CD cavity and the increase in the frontier electron density of BPP after molecular recognition. Comment on "Outage Probability Analysis of a MIMO Relay Channel with Orthogonal Space-Time Block Codes"

We point out that a simpler expression could be derived for the outage probability considered by Chalise and Vandendorpe (2008). As a result, the computation of confluent hypergeometric function of two variables is not needed and the required computational effort is significantly reduced.     

Validation and modification of WAVE spray model for diesel combustion simulation

In CFD simulation of diesel combustion, the predictive capabilities of the spray model play the most important role. Consequently, under the strict guidelines of the V&V, a method to adjust parameters of diesel spray model WAVE to accompany with the in-cylinder physical progress has been investigated in this paper. Moreover, the simulation of the spray has been validated by high-speed photography experiments and verified by the equation proposed by Hiroyasu. Finally, a modified setup for the WAVE spray model has been proposed and applied in the spray and combustion simulation for Deutz1013 diesel in different engine speed.     

Green and self-lubricating polyoxymethylene composites filled with low-density polyethylene and rice husk flour

Polyoxymethylene (POM) composites filled with low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and rice husk flour (RHF) were prepared by injection molding. The POM/5 wt % LDPE/7.5 wt % RHF composite exhibited the lowest wear rate, whereas the coefficient of friction remained low, and the POM/5 wt % LDPE/5 wt % RHF composite had the best mechanical properties. X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out, and the worn surfaces were examined with scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the addition of the filler reduced the crystallinity degree of the POM composites. The main wear mechanism for unfilled POM was adhesion, whereas for the POM composites, wear seemed to occur mainly by fatigue and abrasion. It was experimentally confirmed that the POM composite filled with LDPE and RHF, which is well-performing, low-cost, and environmentally friendly, could be a potential material for tribological applications. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
