Oriented poly-p-phenylene sulphide (PPS) films (thickness 12 and 75 m) and PPS powder were carbonized/graphitized after stabilizing by oxidation, in order to examine the effect of sulphur on graphitizability of the resulting carbons. The films and the powder resulted in carbons with a high and a low graphitizability respectively. An in-plane oriented structure of the PPS film was the most predominant factor to lead to a high graphitizability, and sulphur in the precursor did not lower the graphitizability when it was subjected to solid-phase carbonization. These phenomena are discussed on the basis of analytical data.  相似文献

This report summarizes our current understanding of the heavy chain haplotypes found in our laboratories' rabbits. Independently derived data from several laboratories have been synthesizes into a consistent picture of the linked inheritance of allotypic markers found on the different heavy chain classes and subclasses of rabbit immunoglobulins in pedigreed rabbits, including the families of three apparent VH-CH recombinants. In one recombinant, the entire group of CH markers (C mu, C gamma, and C alpha) recombined with the set of VH. Although in the other two recombinants all CH markers may also have recombined as a group, in one of these only IgG and IgA CH genes were informative; in the other recombinant, only the IgG allotypes were informative. Some allotypic determinants found on IgM molecules ("conformational") appear only when a specific variable region allotype (VHa) is combined with a specific mu constant region allotype (C mu). New combinations of VHa and C mu allotypes were generated in two of the genetic recombinants and led to new "conformational" determinants. The gains and losses observed lend support to the hypothesis that the determinants result from conformations generated by the combination of allotype-specific VH and C mu protein sequences. Conceivably, DNA events that join VH to diversity (D)- and joining (J)-coding sequences or mRNA processing events that splice J to C mu could be involved in generating the sequences that form allotype-specific determinants.  相似文献

Summary Detection and determination of traces of sulphites in foods was attempted by use of the modified Rankine apparatus and pararosaniline colorimetry. Replacement of alkaline titration reported previously by pararosaniline colorimetry lowered the absolute detection limit from 30 g (titration method) to 2 g. In view of clean analysis, in the color developing system, 0.1 N-sodium hydroxide was used in place of mercuric chloride solution commonly used as an absorbant of sulphites. In order to prevent oxidative decomposition of sulphites during operation, nitrogen gas was used as carrier instead of air. Dimedone and sodium azide were used for the elimination of aldehydes and nitrites, respecitvely, in the sample, which will disturb the color development of sulphites with pararosaniline-formaldehyde reagents. With this improved method, it was possible to determine the residual sulphites in frozen peeled shrimps, sugared beans and other foods with low sulphite contents accurately.

Zusammenfassung Geringe Sulfitmengen in Lebensmitteln (geschälte Garnelen, gezuckerte Bohnen) können colorimetrisch bestimmt werden. Die neuentwickelte Methode beruht auf einer Kombination von colorimetrischer Bestimmung mittels p-Rosanilin und der Bestimmungsmethode nach Rankine. Auf diese Weise lassen sich Gehalte von 2 g noch genau bestimmen. Bei der Farbentwicklung wurde das giftige Quecksilbertetrachlorid durch 0.1 n-NaOH ersetzt, anstelle von Luft Stickstoff als Trägergas verwendet und somit eine Oxydation des Sulfits während der Bestimmung vermieden. Da Nitrit und Aldehyde die Farbentwicklung stören, wurde ihr Einfluß durch Dimedon und Natriumazid ausgeschaltet.

 We demonstrate an electrostatic micro actuator which is fabricated by LIGA process. The actuator is designed for a magnetic head tracking system of hard disk drives (HDDs). The actuator is essential to achieve very high track density of HDDs. We realize the aspect ratio of 125 by the LIGA process using a Si-Au mask. We propose to use PMMA molds both as the mechanical structure and as the insulator between electrodes. We believe there are great opportunity for the LIGA process in making micro actuators of HDDs. Based on the comparative review of several approaches to legacy system conversion and revitalization, the Lyee methodology application for the issue is presented to clarify its idea, the associated procedure, and the implemented tools. It could be said that with the tools and manual developed by ICBSM&T, the mechanical transformation of the conventional program to a Lyee-structured one becomes possible as long as the programs are made in a procedure-oriented language. In addition to the program structure conversion, the Lyee methodology permits people to choose any application language in the transformed program. At the same time, quite a new approach related to the system conversion is introduced, in which the chunk of data extracted from an old program is edited to make a new conventional structure program that has a logical sequence instead of a Lyee type of declarative program. These features can be realized through the concept of LyeeBELT, which is a set of word-information about the attributes, formulae, and conditions for an independent data item.

The overall workflow of the legacy program transformation is shown in the following.

A critical part in its implementation is the feasibility study (pre-analysis) stage where necessary information is supposed to be secured, and an appropriate plan and policy about the system to be revitalized in the new system environment should be clarified so as to customize the tools accordingly. If the initial process is completed, the mechanical legacy system conversion will be realized by registering the parameters in the tool, and the reestablishment of business knowledge in the LyeeBELT will be enabled. With the regulated business logic on the LyeeBELT, the program maintenance afterwards becomes drastically simplified and stable without the ‘spaghetti’ problem, so that software evolution can be possible.  相似文献

Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) was introduced into a microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition of microcrystalline diamond thin film. Secondary-ion mass spectroscopy showed that sulfur concentration was controlled from 2 × 1015 to 9 × 1017 cm− 3 by controlling the H2S/CH4 ratio, while that of hydrogen concentration was around 5 × 1020 cm− 3 and was independent of the H2S/CH4 ratio. Electrical conductance increased linearly as the S concentration increased from 2 × 1015 to 3 × 1016 cm− 3 without significant deterioration of film crystallinity, i.e., the amount of sp2 phase did not increase. Non-ohmic conduction was converted to ohmic conduction when the S concentration reached 9 × 1017 cm− 3 by increasing the H2S/CH4 ratio to 30,000 ppm. This modification was consistent to the formation of a graphitic phase by heavy S-doping, which was identified by Raman spectra and surface morphology.  相似文献

ATM switch, the core technology of an ATM networking system, is one of the major products in Fujitsu telecommunication business. However, current gate–level design methodology can no longer satisfy its stringent time–to–market requirement. It becomes necessary to exploit high–level methodology to specify and synthesize the design at an abstraction level higher than logic gates. This paper presents our prototyping experience on domain–specific high–level modeling and synthesis for Fujitsu ATM switch design. We propose a high–level design methodology using VHDL, where ATM switch architectural features are considered during behavior modeling, and a high–level synthesis compiler, MEBS, is prototyped to synthesize the behavior model down to a gate–level implementation. Since the specific ATM switch architecture is incorporated into both modeling and synthesis phases, a high–quality design is efficiently derived. The synthesis results shows that given the design constraints, the proposed high–level design methodology can produce a gate–level implementation by MEBS with about 15 percent area reduction in shorter design cycle when compared with manual design.  相似文献
