全光加密技术是解决目前光纤通信网的加解密速率瓶颈及物理层潜在的安全威胁的有力保证。针对现有全光异或加解密方案工作速率普遍较低的问题,在传统的SOA-MZI型全光异或门的基础上,利用两段色散互补的G.655单模光纤,并结合一个相位偏移器设计了一种改进型SOA-MZI全光异或方案,以该改进方案作为全光安全处理器在OptiSystem7.0仿真平台上搭建新的全光异或加解密方案,对输入信号比特速率分别为10Gb/s和40Gb/s的加解密方案进行了仿真实验验证。结果表明:基于改进型SOA-MIZ全光异或门的加解密方案可将全光异或加解密速率提高到40Gb/s,并且解密恢复出的明文数据的消光比约可以达到20dB,最大Q值约为25.7,加解密过程不会对通信系统引入额外误码。  相似文献

基于地质-地球物理资料和最新的油气勘探成果,应用石油地质综合研究方法和成藏组合快速分析技术,研究了黎凡特盆地的油气成藏特征,划分了成藏组合并分析了其成藏模式,探讨了盆地未来的勘探方向。盆地经历裂谷期、被动大陆边缘期、构造反转期3期构造演化。以中新统、上新统和中生界储层为核心,划分为3套成藏组合。中新统成藏组合最重要,渐新统-中新统生物成因气、古尼罗河大型水系盆底扇浊积砂岩优质储层、构造反转期形成的大型构造圈闭和墨西拿阶盐岩区域盖层的良好配置是油气富集的关键;上新统成藏组合表现为中小型海底峡谷水道浊积砂岩控藏,油气近源成藏;以白垩系碎屑岩及侏罗系生物礁潜在储层为核心,推测深水区发育中生界成藏组合。三者为未来重点勘探方向,深水区中新统和深层中生界是最有潜力的领域。  相似文献

With their proliferation and increasing capabilities, mobile devices with local wireless interfaces can be organized into delay‐tolerant networks (DTNs) that exploit communication opportunities arising out of the movement of their users. As the mobile devices are usually carried by people, these DTNs can also be viewed as social networks. Unfortunately, most existing routing algorithms for DTNs rely on relatively simple mobility models that rarely consider these social network characteristics, and therefore, the mobility models in these algorithms cannot accurately describe users’ real mobility traces. In this paper, we propose two predict and spread (PreS) message routing algorithms for DTNs. We employ an adapted Markov chain to model a node's mobility pattern and capture its social characteristics. A comparison with state‐of‐the‐art algorithms demonstrates that PreS can yield better performance in terms of delivery ratio and delivery latency, and it can provide a comparable performance with the epidemic routing algorithm with lower resource consumption. We consider a general class of optimal control problems with regional pole and controller structure constraints. Our goal is to show that for a fairly general class of regional pole and controller structure constraints, such constrained optimal control problems can be transformed to a new one with a canonical structure. A three-step transformation procedure is used to achieve our goal, which essentially amounts to repeated augmentations of plant dynamics and repeated reductions of the controller. The transformed problem is one of the standard optimal static output feedback with a decentralized and repeated structure.  相似文献

Er3+-doped CaF2 transparent ceramics are promising mid-infrared gain materials because of their utra-low phonon energy as well as excellent physical, chemical, and optical properties. However, existing hot-pressed and hot-formed CaF2 ceramics are very difficult to be used in practical applications due to residual pores and weak polycrystallization, respectively. Here, we developed the high quality Er3+-doped CaF2 transparent polycrystalline ceramic by single crystal ceramization. The sample exhibits obvious polycrystalline structure, good mechanical properties, perfectly transmittance, and excellent mid-infrared performance, which provides significant and wide-ranging opportunities for advanced mid-infrared gain materials.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to establish the clinical breakpoint (CBP) of apramycin (APR) against Salmonella in swine and evaluate its effect on intestinal microbiota. The CBP was established based on three cutoff values of wild-type cutoff value (COWT), pharmacokinetic-pharmadynamic (PK/PD) cutoff value (COPD) and clinical cutoff value (COCL). The effect of the optimized dose regimen based on ex vivo PK/PD study. The evolution of the ileum flora was determined by the 16rRNA gene sequencing and bioinformatics. This study firstly established the COWT, COPD in ileum, and COCL of APR against swine Salmonella, the value of these cutoffs were 32 µg/mL, 32 µg/mL and 8 µg/mL, respectively. According to the guiding principle of the Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI), the final CBP in ileum was 32 µg/mL. Our results revealed the main evolution route in the composition of ileum microbiota of diarrheic piglets treated by APR. The change of the abundances of Bacteroidetes and Euryarchaeota was the most obvious during the evolution process. Methanobrevibacter, Prevotella, S24-7 and Ruminococcaceae were obtained as the highest abundance genus. The abundance of Methanobrevibacter increased significantly when APR treatment carried and decreased in cure and withdrawal period groups. The abundance of Prevotella in the tested groups was significantly lower than that in the healthy group. A decreased of abundance in S24-7 was observed after Salmonella infection and increased slightly after cure. Ruminococcaceae increased significantly after Salmonella infection and decreased significantly after APR treatment. In addition, the genera of Methanobrevibacter and Prevotella were defined as the key node. Valine, leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis, D-Glutamine and D-glutamate metabolism, D-Alanine metabolism, Peptidoglycan and amino acids biosynthesis were the top five Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathways in the ileum microbiota of piglets during the Salmonella infection and APR treatment process. Our study extended the understanding of dynamic shift of gut microbes during diarrheic piglets treated by APR.  相似文献

To monitor the illegal use of florfenicol (FF) and thiamphenicol (TAP) in edible animal tissue and feed, a sensitive monoclonal antibody-based indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ic-ELISA) has been developed with simple sample preparation and cleanup. The obtained monoclonal antibody (5F4) that has isotype IgG1 showed an IC50 value of 0.21 μg L?1 for FF and 0.35 μg L?1 for TAP, respectively. It did not exhibit measurable cross-reactivity with other antibiotics. The limits of detection (LODs) for FF and TAP in a muscle matrix ranged from 0.07 to 0.14 μg kg?1 and in a feed matrix ranged from 2.9 to 5.2 μg kg?1. The recoveries were 72.8 to 113.4 % with a coefficient of variation of less than 15 %. Good correlation between the ELISA and HPLC-MS/MS results in the tissues tested demonstrated the reliability of our ic-ELISA. This ELISA is a useful tool for screening FF and TAP in edible animal tissue and feed.  相似文献

将粒子群算法(PSO)成功地应用于改进最大熵法(MMEM),使用两张或单张部分极图数据,即可测算出多组具有宏观对称的冷轧纯铜片样品的完整晶粒取向分布(ODF).这一改进保留了原MMEM的特长,用较少的实验数据即可计算出样品的真ODF,而又消除了原法在求解非线性方程组时需要选取特定初解的困难,从而使MMEM更具普适性和实用性.  相似文献
