The objective of this study is to apply the electroless plating of Cu-Ni-P alloy on cotton fabrics to the preparation of conductive fabrics. The alloy composed of infinit small amount of nickel and phosphorus particle originated from sodium hypophosphite and nickel sulphate respectively as reducing agent and hypophosphite oxidation accelerator. Electroless plating of Cu-Ni-P alloy on cotton fabrics and effect of plating on the physical and mechanical properties of alloy coated fabrics as well as electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding effectiveness were reported in detail. In this research highly washing and abrasion durable conductive fabrics obtained with supreme shielding effectiveness.  相似文献

An approach for the design of optically synchronized millimeter-wave local oscillators based on a subharmonically injection-locked phase-lock-loop technique is introduced. The experimental results support the desired goal of frequency and phase coherency, phase shift control of millimeter-wave oscillators, and self-oscillating mixing to downconvert a millimeter-wave RF signal. Experimental results and theoretical analysis show the advantages of the proposed approach: large locking range of two subharmonically locked oscillators, lower FM noise degradation, and smaller phase error caused by frequency detuning  相似文献

In order to detect geometric anomalies in 3D boundary element mesh or to obtain the contour plotting of stresses on a plane intersecting the 3D mesh, a computer program PP3D-COUPE has been developed to generate the contours on the intersection plane. We probed the charge transfer interaction between the amine-containing molecules hydrazine, polyaniline, and aminobutyl phosphonic acid and carbon nanotube field effect transistors (CNTFETs). We successfully converted p-type CNTFETs to n-type and drastically improved the device performance in both the ON- and OFF-transistor states, utilizing hydrazine as dopant. We effectively switched the transistor polarity between p- and n- type by accessing different oxidation states of polyaniline. We also demonstrated the flexibility of modulating the threshold voltage (Vth) of a CNTFET by engineering various charge-accepting and -donating groups in the same molecule.  相似文献

In the present study, a fast, simple and sensitive vortex-assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction method was developed for extraction and preconcentration of trace amounts of melatonin in fruit juice samples. The extraction conditions were optimized as extraction solvent, chloroform; volume of extracting, 200.0 μL; and vortex time, 120 s. The HPLC determinations were done using ODS Waters C18 column under gradient elution. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.0–1000.0 ng mL–1 and detection limit was 0.23 ng mL–1. The validated method was applied for separation and determination of melatonin in different fruit juice samples (cherry, tomato and grape).  相似文献

Nanotheranostics has attracted much attention due to its widespread application in molecular imaging and cancer therapy. Molecular imaging using nanoparticles has attracted special attention in the diagnosis of cancer at early stages. With the progress made in nanotheranostics, studying drug release, accumulation in the target tissue, biodistribution, and treatment effectiveness are other important factors. However, according to the studies conducted in this regard, each nanoparticle has some advantages and limitations that should be examined and then used in clinical applications. The main goal of this review is to explore the recent advancements in nanotheranostics for cancer therapy and diagnosis. Then, it is attempted to present recent studies on nanotheranostics used as a contrast agent in various imaging modalities and a platform for cancer therapy.  相似文献

An all-optical switch composed of two interacting nanoparticles in front of an optical dielectric slab waveguide is proposed. An incident optical signal is coupled to the optical waveguide after scattering by the two nanoparticles. The scattered fields interfere constructively or destructively depending on the degree of optical transparency the nanoparticles induced by an optical control signal. The considered nanoparticles have a metallic core coated by an outer shell with three-level clusters such that the nanoparticles can exhibit electromagnetically induced transparency. A dipole-approximation model-based analysis reveals that a high rejection ratio can be achieved using the proposed configuration.  相似文献
