Abstract Two type Antimonite (stibnite) ore samples were analyzed by polarized energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (PEDXRF) spectrometry and by confocal Raman spectrometry (CRS) in this study. The samples were collected from two different localities (?zmir-Ödemi? and Bursa-Uluda? zones from Turkey) according to the sampling methods. The first locality hosted within the metamorphic basement and the second locality hosted within the felsic intrusive rock units. The goal of this paper is to compare two different stibnite samples from various regions through PEDXRF and CRS with the optical characteristic features under the ore microscope. Ore microscopy studies reveal that the ?zmir-Ödemi? stibnite is associated mainly with calcite and the Bursa-Uluda? stibnite is associated with celestite and quartz as gangue minerals. Two different colored species were observed in the stibnite of the studied samples. Ore microscopy results, CRS with the PEDXRF results show that the stibnites from the two different localities have different mineral associations, different chemical compositions, and different physical properties. 相似文献
In this paper, artificial neural network (ANN) based on a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm is developed for a solar permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive system used without a boost converter and batteries. The discontinuous space vector PWM technique is used to drive two-level inverter which is directly fed by three parallel-connected Kyocera KD205GX-LP PV modules. The ANN-based MPPT algorithm estimates the voltages and currents corresponding to maximum powers produced by PV array at the maximum power point (MPP) for swiftly changing situations such as solar radiance and temperature. These maximum powers are given as input signal to vector control algorithm of PMSM. The PMSM is designed by using Infolytica/MotorSolve software so that the phase-to-phase maximum value of its operating voltage is 20 V. The use of three-phase PMSM presents more efficient solutions to the trading solar systems with dc motor or induction motor. Thus, an effective solar system is achieved. The performance of developed ANN-based MPPT algorithm, designed PMSM, vector-controlled driver and solar system is analyzed by using MATLAB/SimPowerSystems blocks under the rapidly changing environmental conditions.

There are many data sources that produce large volumes of data. The Big Data nature requires new distributed processing approaches to extract the valuable information. Real-time sentiment analysis is one of the most demanding research areas that requires powerful Big Data analytics tools such as Spark. Prior literature survey work has shown that, though there are many conventional sentiment analysis researches, there are only few works realizing sentiment analysis in real time. One major point that affects the quality of real-time sentiment analysis is the confidence of the generated data. In more clear terms, it is a valuable research question to determine whether the owner that generates sentiment is genuine or not. Since data generated by fake personalities may decrease accuracy of the outcome, a smart/intelligent service that can identify the source of data is one of the key points in the analysis. In this context, we include a fake account detection service to the proposed framework. Both sentiment analysis and fake account detection systems are trained and tested using Naïve Bayes model from Apache Spark's machine learning library. The developed system consists of four integrated software components, ie, (i) machine learning and streaming service for sentiment prediction, (ii) a Twitter streaming service to retrieve tweets, (iii) a Twitter fake account detection service to assess the owner of the retrieved tweet, and (iv) a real-time reporting and dashboard component to visualize the results of sentiment analysis. The sentiment classification performances of the system for offline and real-time modes are 86.77% and 80.93%, respectively. 相似文献
To use high-permittivity materials (HPM) positioned near radiofrequency (RF) surface coils to manipulate transmit/receive field patterns.
Materials and methods
A large HPM pad was placed below the RF coil to extend the field of view (FOV). The resulting signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) was compared with that of other coil configurations covering the same FOV in simulations and experiments at 7 T. Transmit/receive efficiency was evaluated when HPM discs with or without a partial shield were positioned at a distance from the coil. Finally, we evaluated the increase in transmit homogeneity for a four-channel array with HPM discs interposed between adjacent coil elements.
Results
Various configurations of HPM increased SNR, transmit/receive efficiency, excitation/reception sensitivity overlap, and FOV when positioned near a surface coil. For a four-channel array driven in quadrature, shielded HPM discs enhanced the field below the discs as well as at the center of the sample as compared with other configurations with or without unshielded HPM discs.
Conclusion
Strategically positioning HPM at a distance from a surface coil or array can increase the overlap between excitation/reception sensitivities, and extend the FOV of a single coil for reduction of the number of channels in an array while minimally affecting the SNR.
In this paper, Cu(II), Fe(III), Pb(II), and Zn(II) heavy metal ions were removed from their aqueous solutions by using novel inorganic–organic hybrid materials, Al-GPTS-H and Al-GPTS-NaOSiMe3-H (hybrid material-1 and 2, respectively), and their oxides (calcined-1 and 2) as adsorbents. These ions removal by adsorption was optimized by using response surface methodology (RSM). Central composite design (CCD) method was used in order to investigate the effects of initial pH, initial metal concentration of solutions and adsorbent quantity on the adsorption efficiency (R, %). As a result of the experiments under optimum conditions, the maximum % R values were obtained by hybrid material-1 for Fe(III) (99.89%) and by calcined material-1 for Pb(II) (97.14%), respectively. These quite high adsorption efficiency values have shown that these hybrid materials and their oxides are suitable to use for heavy metal ions removal from aqueous solutions. 相似文献
Parser Evaluation using Textual Entailments (PETE) is a shared task in the SemEval-2010 Evaluation Exercises on Semantic Evaluation. The task involves recognizing textual entailments based on syntactic information alone. PETE introduces a new parser evaluation scheme that is formalism independent, less prone to annotation error, and focused on semantically relevant distinctions. This paper describes the PETE task, gives an error analysis of the top-performing Cambridge system, and introduces a standard entailment module that can be used with any parser that outputs Stanford typed dependencies. 相似文献
This paper reports on an autonomous ascent by a legged robotic platform in outdoor forested terrain. Two controllers govern the integration of online inertial measurement unit and light detection and ranging sensor signals into commands for climbing by means of an abstracted (unicycle) representation of the platform in support of different performance goals: a kinematic version for endurance and a dynamic version for speed. These control laws, backed by a suite of formal correctness guarantees, encourage a stripped‐down sensory suite supporting a simplified world model whose departures from the actual physical environment are handled by the mechanical competence of the legged platform. Both behaviors are implemented on a version of the legged RHex platform, and experiments spanning almost a kilometer (thousands of body lengths) in various challenging settings are conducted. 相似文献
