600MW汽轮机高压调阀优化运行

对#1汽轮机组进行优化运行试验研究。通过试验,对汽轮机高压调阀开启阀序和机组滑压运行曲线进行了优化调整,优化后机组运行经济性明显提高。     

Antitumor cyclic hexapeptides from rubia plants: history, chemistry, and mechanism (2005-2011)

Rubiaceae-type cyclopeptides (RAs), cyclic hexapeptides from Rubia plants, have shown potential antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo. Based on the review about plant cyclopeptides (Chem. Rev., 2006, 106: 840), this mini-review will highlight new progress on the discovery, synthesis, and mechanism of RAs isolated during 2005 to 2011, covering recent work in our group.

Fracture toughness of polyamide 6/maleated ethylene–propylene–diene terpolymer rubber/nano calcium carbonate ternary composites according to essential work of fracture analysis

Polyamide 6 (PA6)/maleated ethylene–propylene–diene terpolymer rubber/nano calcium carbonate ternary composites were prepared. The effect of the compounding route on the morphology, toughness, and fracture behavior of the ternary composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, Charpy impact testing, and essential work of fracture (EWF) testing. The construction of sandbag microstructure particles in PA6 matrix was crucial to the toughness of the ternary composites. The Charpy impact strength and the specific essential work of fracture (w_e) of the ternary composites with a sandbag microstructure were 137.9 and 71.4% higher, respectively, than those of the ordinary ternary composites with a separated dispersion microstructure. The observation of the fracture surface after EWF testing indicated that the improvement of w_e was attributed to the sandbag microstructure particles; this structure was more effective for resisting the growth of cracks; meanwhile, the influence of the amount of fibrillation on the nonspecific essential work of fracture, including the nonspecific essential work of fracture before yielding and that in the necking–tearing stage, was insignificant. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Ethanolic Extract of Propolis Promotes Reverse Cholesterol Transport and the Expression of ATP-Binding Cassette Transporter A1 and G1 in Mice

The ethanolic extract of propolis (EEP) is beneficial in increasing high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (HDL-C) and diminishing risks of atherosclerosis. In this study, we examined the effects of EEP on reverse cholesterol transport in mice. ³H -cholesterol laden macrophage was injected intraperitoneally into mice fed by gastric gavage with EEP. Plasma lipid level was determined and ³H-cholesterol was traced in plasma, liver and feces. The effects of EEP on ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 and G1 (ABCA1 and ABCG1) and scavenger receptor BI (SR-BI) in mice liver and in cultured cells were also investigated. EEP administration led to a significant increase in HDL-C and peritoneal macrophage-original ³H-cholesterol in plasma, liver and feces. Liver protein expressions of ABCA1 and ABCG1 were increased but SR-B1 was not. In vitro experiments with HepG2 and Raw264.7 cell lines confirmed the above results. The finding of these studies shows that EEP-enhanced reverse cholesterol transport may have resulted from EEP stimulated plasma HDL level and hepatic ABCA1 and ABCG1 expression.     

电磁搅拌对含Bi过共晶Al-Si合金组织的影响

通过在含Bi的过共晶Al-Si合金中施加旋转磁场进行电磁搅拌,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜等对其显微组织进行观察,并对电磁搅拌和Bi相的作用机理进行了分析探讨.结果表明,对含Bi的过共晶Al-Si合金进行电磁搅拌后,初生Si数量大幅减少,只有很少的以细小块状存在,针状共晶Si相数量增加,同时出现了树枝状初生α-Al相.随着施加旋转磁场电流度的提高,共晶Si相形状的转变方式为粗大针状→细针状→粗大针状;同时,电磁搅拌能够改变Bi相局部聚集的不均匀分布状态.随着磁场电流的提高,Bi的分布状态按照大块状→短棒状→球状→小圆球状变化,由局部聚集转变为均匀分布.     

面向森林动态生长过程的场景系统设计和实现*

植物的模拟一直是计算机图形学领域研究的热点问题之一。近年来,国内外的研究人员在提高植物建模的精细度方面开展了大量研究,但是针对大规模植物场景建模的体系结构设计问题,尤其是支持动态生长变化的场景体系结构设计问题的研究还比较少见。针对森林动态生长过程场景系统的仿真应用,提出了一个全新的森林场景架构设计方案,采用了模块化与层次化相结合的思想构建森林场景系统。该系统不仅支持传统方法不能解决的用户动态交互（修改场景实体、漫游）的需求,而且具有良好的维护性和扩展性。     

履带式机器人承重减震装置的优化设计

为了提高履带式机器人在崎岖地面行驶时的平稳性和机动性,设计了一种承重减震装置,该装置对小幅高频震动和大幅低频震动都有明显的缓冲吸收效果。通过在Adams软件中的运动学和动力学仿真,以装置上的弹簧最小弹力值为优化目标,对该装置进行了优化设计,提升了该装置的使用性能;为了提高相关设计工作的效率,以AutoCAD2010为依托平台,利用ObjectARX2010对该装置所在子系统进行了二次开发,采用模块化、参数化、智能化思想,开发出人机交互友好、参数化驱动图形的相关图形生成库,既提高了设计效率,又便于将不同参数下的承重减震装置图形进行比较,有助于设计者把握设计质量。     

泛在知识环境下图书馆多元化信息服务模式

文章首先介绍泛在知识环境、泛在图书馆的内涵,接着简要论述了泛在图书馆特点,最后详细探讨了泛在知识环境下图书馆多元化的信息服务模式。     

工科类计算机与信息学院教学质量评估指标体系探讨

工科是我国第一大学科,也拥有最多的专业和师生.如何保障工科类本科高校的教学质量对我国高等教育的健康发展起着至关重要的作用。目前我国大多数工科高校都开设了计算机与信息学院,但很多计算机与信息学院都经历了重组与独立,其开设时间较短,管理经验不足,难以保证高质量的教学。笔者通过对国内几所工科类计算机与信息学院进行的教学质量评估的研究,初步制定了我国工科类计算机与信息学院的教学质量评估指标体系。
