高粘稠性搅拌型刺梨酸奶的研制

以新鲜优质牛奶为原料，添加刺梨果浆，将保加利亚乳杆菌及嗜热链球菌以1：2混合作为发酵剂发酵，研制出具有刺梨风味的高粘稠性搅拌型酸奶。     

海河流域河道外生态需水研究

水土流失是海河流域较为突出的生态环境问题之一。经对比研究发现，植被覆盖度的变化会通过影响洪充量，土壤侵蚀量等因子，进而改变水土流失的状况。从提高植被覆盖度尤其是低覆盖度草地植被的角度出发，定量研究了为改善流域水土流失状况河道外生态需水的具体数额，得出海河流域现状年河道外生态耗水（降水）385亿m^3。另外，为改善河道外生态环境状况将低覆盖度草地提高地提高至中等覆盖度水平，则需要增加生态需水12．5亿m^3。     

一种以太网兼容的综合话音/数据传输协议

本文提出一种与现有以太网兼容的综合话音/数据协议.描述了协议模型及实现方法.并用PASCAL语言在IBM-PC机上模拟研究了该协议的性能.模拟结果表明,该协议能满足话音的实时要求,性能良好,且数据传输性能没有明显下降.协议克服了以太网传输话音延迟不确定的缺点.     

Preparation of flexible polyhedral particles via concentrated emulsion templating polymerization

This paper presents recent efforts on the preparation of flexible polyhedral particles via concentrated emulsion templating polymerization in which the hydrophilic monomer (acrylamide) and hydrophobic monomer (butyl acrylate) are polymerized simultaneously in the continuous and dispersed phase, respectively. Such templating polymerization has been enhanced in our systems owing to the introduction of acrylamide monomer and their higher polymerization rate in continuous phase as compared with butyl acrylate in dispersed phase. Diffusion between the different phases was also inhibited. Furthermore, the stability of the concentrated emulsion and the molecular weight of the produced poly(butyl acrylate) were found to be significantly affected by the amount of redox initiator. The morphology of the particles could be controlled by varying the volume fraction of the dispersed phase and the polyhedral particles were achieved at higher volume fraction. 无线USB(WUSB)技术是一个全新的无线传输标准.实现USB(通用串行总线)无线化以后,既可以保持有线USB的高速传输等优点,又可以去掉电缆的羁绊,给各种设备带来更大的便捷和移动性.文中首先介绍了WUSB技术的由来--UWB技术规范的标准化难以确定,然后对WUSB技术的规范标准进行了阐述,最后概述了WUSB技术的发展现状及目前和今后的技术研发重点,并对WUSB的发展前景进行了展望.     

Reliability evaluation of class-E and class-a power amplifiers with nanoscaled CMOS technology

Circuit reliability of class-E and class-A power amplifiers is investigated based on a newly developed degradation subcircuit model. Measured degradation characteristics on the fabricated circuits agree well with the simulation predictions. Using this model, we have found that the class-E amplifier degrades faster than a class-A amplifier, due to a much higher stress level during switching. With a drastic decrease of PAE, a shorter lifetime is expected for a class-E amplifier.     

Specific interactions in blends containing Chitosan and functionalized polymers. Molecular dynamics simulations

Chitosan (CS)/poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and Chitosan/poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (P2HEM) blends have been studied through molecular dynamic simulations. In a previous work it was found miscibility between these polymers and it was attributed to hydrogen bonding formation. However, the experimental information obtained was not enough to know which of the interacting groups of Chitosan, i.e. -CH₂OH or -NH₂, are responsible of the interaction. Therefore, we have performed molecular dynamics simulation runs of 1 ns in order to calculate radial distribution functions (RDF) for the groups tentatively involved in the interaction. The results are correlated with our previous experimental data. This way, we have obtained a more precise conclusive information about the interactions involved as function of the blends composition. For low compositions of PVA and P2HEM the interaction is predominantly with the hydroxymethyl groups of CS while as the composition of PVA and P2HEM increases, the interaction with the amine groups increases.     

Protein binding study of isoflavone, perillyl alcohol and S-ibuprofen by high-performance frontal analysis

High-performance frontal analysis (HPFA) was used for a protein binding study of isoflavones (daidzein, genistin, and genistein), enantiomers of perillyl alcohol and S-ibuprofen to human serum albumin (HSA). The analyses were performed on a Develosil and Inertsil 100-Diol-5 column (10 cm×4.6mm). Sodium phosphate solution (pH 7.4, ionic strength 0.17) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. To ensure the drug to be eluted as a trapezoidal peak with a plateau, injection volumes were each fixed up the zonal profile with an evident plateau appears. The unbound drug concentration was determined from a plateau height of the plateau region after that experimental data were fitted by Scatchard equation. The binding constants (K) and total binding affinities (nK) of drugs to HSA were calculated, respectively.
