We present the 3D Video Recorder, a system capable of recording, processing, and playing three‐dimensional video from multiple points of view. We first record 2D video streams from several synchronized digital video cameras and store pre‐processed images to disk. An off‐line processing stage converts these images into a time‐varying 3D hierarchical point‐based data structure and stores this 3D video to disk. We show how we can trade‐off 3D video quality with processing performance and devise efficient compression and coding schemes for our novel 3D video representation. A typical sequence is encoded at less than 7 Mbps at a frame rate of 8.5 frames per second. The 3D video player decodes and renders 3D videos from hard‐disk in real‐time, providing interaction features known from common video cassette recorders, like variable‐speed forward and reverse, and slow motion. 3D video playback can be enhanced with novel 3D video effects such as freeze‐and‐rotate and arbitrary scaling. The player builds upon point‐based rendering techniques and is thus capable of rendering high‐quality images in real‐time. Finally, we demonstrate the 3D Video Recorder on multiple real‐life video sequences. This paper considers the question of obtaining a nonlinear trajectory tracking control law for a comprehensive design of a Gun Launched Micro Aerial Vehicle (GLMAV) despite unknown aerodynamic efforts. To this purpose, a nonlinear mathematical model of the GLMAV is firstly presented for hover and near hover flight conditions. Then, an approximate backstepping control law is derived, allowing the trajectory tracking and the stabilization of the vehicle’s position and orientation while on-line estimating the unknown aerodynamics efforts. The main idea of the control law is to separate the controller into a position controller in cascade with an orientation controller. The control design will be extended such that the interconnection term between the cascaded sub-systems is minimised. Finally, numerical simulations are used to demonstrate the control law’s good performance.  相似文献

In a previous study we compared lipid composition and functional parameters of circulating cells from Cerastoderma edule affected or not by disseminated neoplasia (neoplastic cells vs hemocytes) (Le Grand et al. Chem Phys Lipids 167:9–20 2013 ). Neoplastic cells presented morpho‐functional modifications concomitant to striking membrane lipid alterations: the proportion of particular plasmalogen molecular species was drastically decreased. We wanted to test whether this pattern was representative of bivalve neoplastic cells. For the purpose, a similar study was conducted on another bivalve species affected by disseminated neoplasia, the soft‐shell clam (Mya arenaria). Although total reactive oxygen species production was unaffected, M. arenaria neoplastic cells presented some functional alterations: phagocytosis activity was reduced by 33 %. However, lipid compositions were not drastically altered. Particularly, sterol and plasmalogen levels did not differ between both cell types (about 43 % of membrane lipids and 35 % of phospholipids, respectively in hemocytes and neoplastic cells). This could be related to the fact that disseminated neoplasia was not related to hemolymph cell proliferation in M. arenaria (0.9 ± 0.2 106cell mL?1, considering both healthy and neoplastic clams, n = 6). Nevertheless this study highlighted minor but specific alterations of membrane lipid composition in M. arenaria neoplastic cells. The only phospholipid subclass in which the fatty acid profile strongly differed between both cell types was serine plasmalogen (PlsSer), with neoplastic cells presenting lower specific enrichment of 20:1n‐11 in PlsSer. Such specific alteration of membrane lipid composition strengthened the assumption of an implication of key plasmalogen molecular species in this leukemia‐like disease in bivalves.  相似文献

Europium and terbium trisdipicolinate complexes are inkjet printed onto paper with commercially available desktop inkjet printers. Together with a commercial blue luminescent ink, the red‐emitting luminescent ink containing europium and the green‐emitting luminescent ink containing terbium are used to reproduce accurate full color images that are invisible under white light and appear under a 254 nm UV light. Such invisible luminescent images are attractive anti‐counterfeiting security features. The luminescent prints have a color range (gamut) nearly as wide as the gamut of a standard sRGB display. The gamut of the luminescent prints is determined by relying on a simple model predicting the relative spectral radiant emittances of any printed luminescent color halftone. The model is also used to establish the correspondence between the surface coverages of the printed luminescent inks and the emitted color of these luminescent halftones. The accuracy of the spectral prediction model is very good and can be rationalized by the absence of quenching when the luminescent lanthanide complexes are printed in superposition with the other luminescent materials.  相似文献

Anti-PD1/PD-L1 immunotherapy has emerged as a standard of care for stage III-IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) over the past decade. Patient selection is usually based on PD-L1 expression by tumor cells and/or tumor mutational burden. However, mutations in oncogenic drivers such as EGFR, ALK, BRAF, or MET modify the immune tumor microenvironment and may promote anti-PD1/PD-L1 resistance. In this review, we discuss the molecular mechanisms associated with these mutations, which shape the immune tumor microenvironment and may impede anti-PD1/PD-L1 efficacy. We provide an overview of the current clinical data on anti-PD1/PD-L1 efficacy in NSCLC with oncogenic driver mutation.  相似文献

The application of polyolefins has increased significantly over the past few decades. However, their chemical inertness and low surface energy limits their application in many industries where high adhesion to polar materials is required, such as for composites and protective coatings. Herein, six different acids are used to create polar functional groups on High-Density Polyethylene's (HDPE) surface and to increase its adhesion to liquid epoxy (LE). Contact angle measurements, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), and pull-off strength measurements are used to analyze the surface energy and functionality of HDPE and to measure its adhesion to LE. The results show that each acid increases both the polar and disperse surface energies of HDPE to a different extent, but that this is not necessarily a function of acid strength. Chlorosulfonic acid and chromic acid increase the oxygen to carbon ratio by a factor of 8 and increase HDPE's adhesion to LE by more than 400%. Furthermore, a comparison between predicted work of adhesion values from the OWRK model and experimental results shows that the latter are significantly higher than what is predicted, especially with increasing surface polarity.  相似文献

The geometric structure of a solid foam is approached using a pentagonal dodecahedron as the unit cell. Important properties of the foam (specific surface area, pressure drop, external fluid-solid mass transfer) are well represented and successfully compared with experiments. The approach enables accounting for triangular or cylindrical struts and solid accumulation at their meeting points. Knowledge of the void fraction and mean strut diameter (or pore diameter) are sufficient for estimating any geometric characteristics. The model has been tested with foams of porosity ranging from 0.75 to 0.98.  相似文献
