Conclusions On the basis of data on precipitating power and the rate of dehydration of cuprammonium solutions of cellulose, the fundamental possibility has been demonstrated of spinning fibres from such solutions into precipitation baths containing calcium salts, using the technological scheme for viscose fibre manufacture.The dependence of the basic characteristics of the freshly-spun fibre on calcium salt content and temperature of the precipitation bath has been found.Moscow Textile Institute. We have optimized the compositions of p-and n-type graded thermoelectric materials based on solid solutions between bismuth and antimony chalcogenides with high thermoelectric efficiency in the temperature range 100–400 K. Czochralski-grown graded single crystals have been used to fabricate graded legs 2.5 mm in height and 1.4 × 1.4 mm2 in cross-sectional area for different stages of thermoelectric coolers. Pilot thermoelectric modules have been fabricated using homogeneous and graded legs, and the maximum temperature difference across the modules has been measured from 100 to 300 K. The efficiency of the modules with graded legs is shown to exceed that of the modules with homogeneous legs, especially at low temperatures.  相似文献

We have studied the thermoelectric properties of microcrystalline samples of the Pb0.2Sn0.8Te solid solution prepared by hot-pressing fine powders obtained through the thermal decomposition of lead acetate trihydrate and tin oxalate in the presence of tellurium powder. The electrical conductivity, Seebeck coefficient, and thermal conductivity of the samples have been measured at room temperature and in the temperature range 300–700 K and correlated with the particle size of the powders and heat-treatment conditions. We have compared the thermoelectric properties of hot-pressed samples from powders prepared through the thermal decomposition of salts and by mechanical grinding of ingots.  相似文献

I2-doped and pyrrole ring-iodinated semi-conducting oligomers of N-vinyl-3-alkyl-2-phenylpyrroles have been synthesized by free-radical polymerization of the above monomers (AIBN, 2–5 wt%, 60–80 °C) and further exposure of the oligomers obtained to I2 vapor. The parent oligomers exhibit paramagnetic and fluorescent properties and stable up to 300–370 °C.  相似文献

The effect of the degree of deformation upon torsion under quasi-hydrostatic pressure on the structural and phase transformations in the V95 alloy has been studied by the methods of electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. It has been found that, upon severe plastic deformation, a nanocrystalline structure with a hardness of 2.5 GPa is formed. The nanostructure with a minimum average grain size of 55–80 nm is being formed at e = 5.5–6.4. It has been shown that during dynamical strain aging at e ≥ 4.8, a hardening metastable phase MgZn2 precipitates from the supersaturated α solid solution, and the quantity of this phase increases with increasing degree of deformation.  相似文献

A complex analysis of changes in the structure and in the phase composition arising as a result of both a prolonged operation of articles made of the alloy KhN65VMTYu (EI893) and after conducting imitation tests of model samples. The tests for long-term strength using samples cut out from the body of a large-dimension turbine blade which was exploited for 63 622 h showed that the blade preserved a significant residual reserve of service life (at 750°C and 250 MPa, the time to failure is 4243.5 h).  相似文献
