Owing to the corrosive conditions in coastal areas, aluminium alloy railings and similar structures are normally used on infrastructure works such as bridges and roads located in such areas because aluminium alloys are inherently corrosion resistant. However, to achieve rigid support, aluminium alloy members are often embedded in concrete. Consequently, the embedded parts undergo corrosion caused by the alkaline content of the cement used in the concrete. This research was carried out to study the corrosion behaviour on both the embedded and unembedded sides of aluminium alloy A6061-T6 members embedded in the concrete and also to investigate the ability of a combined coating of anodic oxide and organic film to inhibit corrosion. 在连铸过程中,严格的钢水温度控制是保证连铸坯质量的前提,所以中包温度控制技术成为炼钢研究的方向之一。其中,中包等离子加热技术由于控制灵活,设备简单和清洁无污染具有广阔的应用前景。与感应加热相比,等离子加热在中包包型设计和维护成本上具有明显的优势。另外一面,与感应加热90%的加热效率相比,等离子加热仅有60%的加热效率。因此,如何提高等离子加热效率成为制约其发展的关键因素。ABB对于电磁搅拌和等离子加热相结合的方案做了大量的数值研究分析。结果显示,仅使用等离子加热,那么加热室的上部钢液由于浮力作用而滞流,导致传热效率低下,这是由于等离子加热形成了巨大的温度梯度造成的。结合使用EMS,加热室内的钢液以0.2~0.4 m/s的速度旋流,这加速了中包内钢水的对流传热,使得中包内的钢液温度均匀化,减小了中包水口处的温度波动,提高了等离子加热的热效率。同时,通过等离子加热和电磁搅拌相结合的方式能促进夹杂物上浮,达到净化钢水的作用。 相似文献

目的:研究选择性磷酸二酯酶(phosphodiesterase, PDE) Ⅳ抑制剂Ariflo 对内皮素-1 (endothelin-1,ET-1)诱发的非妊娠人子宫平滑肌收缩的影响。方法:累积给药法观察药物对离体平滑肌收缩的作用。结果:Ariflo 可降低子宫平滑肌自主收缩的收缩频率及收缩幅度(pD2 =7.90), 且对ET-1 (3 ×10-8 mol·L-1)诱发的子宫平滑肌收缩具有浓度依赖性抑制作用(pD2 =7.40), 作用强度与Rolipram 相似。结论:Ariflo 对ET-1 诱发的离体人子宫平滑肌的收缩具有显著抑制作用, 提示在临床上有缓解痛经的作用。 相似文献

The stiffness properties, especially flexural rigidity (FR), out of plane shear rigidity (SR), and stiffness orientation distributions (SOD) are characterized for various paper grades, by a laser ultrasonics instrument. Laser ultrasonics generation is achieved through thermal dilatation by point focusing of a pulsed laser beam onto the surface of the specimen. By probing the excited broadband ultrasound propagating in the samples, the velocities dispersions are obtained and the materials properties are extracted. The measured FR and SR along machine direction (MD) and cross direction (CD) are presented for 10 paper samples ranging from thin copy papers to heavy linerboards. The SOD polar diagrams for some of the samples are also presented and discussed. The relationships of FR, SR, Young's and shear moduli with basis weight are discussed. It is observed that both the Young's and shear moduli tend to decrease significantly when the basis weight increases, going from copy paper to linerboard grades. We also found that SR reaches a maximum value and then decreases when the basis weight increases to 150 g/m2 and above. This unusual behavior of SR can be explained by the noticeable reduction of shear modulus for heavy linerboards. 相似文献

Polystyrene (PS) chains with molecular weights comprised between 15,000 and 60,000 g/mol and narrow polydispersities were successfully grown from the surface of silica nanoparticles by nitroxide-mediated polymerization (NMP). Small angle X-ray scattering was used to characterize the structure of the interface layer formed around the silica particles, and at a larger scale, dynamic light scattering was used to determine the hydrodynamic diameter of the functionalized silica suspension. In a second part, blends of PS-grafted silica particles and pure polystyrene were prepared to evaluate the influence of the length of the grafted PS segments on the viscoelastic behavior of the so-produced nanocomposites in the linear viscoelasticity domain.Combination of all these techniques shows that the morphology of the nanocomposite materials is controlled by grafting. The steric hindrance generated by the grafted polymer chains enables partial destruction of the agglomerates that compose the original silica particles when the latter are dispersed either in a solvent or in a polymeric matrix. 相似文献

TOSQAN is an experimental program undertaken by the Institut de Radioprotection et de Sûreté Nucléaire (IRSN) in order to perform thermal hydraulic containment studies. The TOSQAN facility is a large enclosure devoted to simulate typical accidental thermal hydraulic flow conditions in nuclear-pressurized water reactor (PWR) containment. The TOSQAN facility which is highly instrumented with non-intrusive optical diagnostics is particularly adapted to nuclear safety CFD code validation. The present work is devoted to studying the interaction of a water spray injection used as a mitigation means in order to reduce the gas pressure and temperature in the containment, to produce gases mixing and washout of fission products.
