新颖在线痕量钠离子分析仪的研制

作者研制的在线痕量钠离子分析仪,根据能斯特响应的原理,以新颖的化学分析流路系统为核心技术,摒弃了传统技术形成的连续流动和手工标定的工作方式,借助于单片机技术,实现了间歇式静态测量和全自动标定的方式.经现场运行考核证明,该仪器工作可靠,具有自动化程度高、维护量小、运行成本低等特点,具有广阔的应用前景.     

Heat Stress Reduces Root Meristem Size via Induction of Plasmodesmal Callose Accumulation Inhibiting Phloem Unloading in Arabidopsis

The intercellular transport of sugars, nutrients, and small molecules is essential for plant growth, development, and adaptation to environmental changes. Various stresses are known to affect the cell-to-cell molecular trafficking modulated by plasmodesmal permeability. However, the mechanisms of plasmodesmata modification and molecules involved in the phloem unloading process under stress are still not well understood. Here, we show that heat stress reduces the root meristem size and inhibits phloem unloading by inducing callose accumulation at plasmodesmata that connect the sieve element and phloem pole pericycle. Furthermore, we identify the loss-of-function of CALLOSE SYNTHASE 8 (CalS8), which is expressed specifically in the phloem pole pericycle, decreasing the plasmodesmal callose deposition at the interface between the sieve element and phloem pole pericycle and alleviating the suppression at root meristem size by heat stress. Our studies indicate the involvement of callose in the interaction between root meristem growth and heat stress and show that CalS8 negatively regulates the thermotolerance of Arabidopsis roots.     

Repair the faulty TSVs with the improved FNS-CAC codec

Through-silicon via (TSV) is a key enabling technology for the emerging 3-dimension (3D) integrated circuits (ICs). However, the crosstalk between the neighboring TSVs is one of the important sources of the soft faults. To suppress the crosstalk, the Fibonacci-numeral-system-based crosstalk avoidance code ( FNS-CAC) is an effective scheme. Meanwhile, the self-repair schemes are often used to deal with the hard faults, but the repaired results may change the mapping between signals to TSVs, thus may reduce the crosstalk suppression ability of FNS-CAC. A TSV self-repair technique with an improved FNS-CAC codec is proposed in this work. The codec is designed based on the improved Fibonacci numeral system (FNS) adders, which are adaptive to the health states of TSVs. The proposed self-repair technique is able to suppress the crosstalk and repair the faulty TSVs simultaneously. The simulation and analysis results show that the proposed scheme keeps the crosstalk suppression ability of the original FNS-CAC, and it has higher reparability than the local self-repair schemes, such as the signal-switching-based and the signal-shifting-based counterparts.

基于孪生网络的自监督太阳能电池板裂纹检测方法

太阳能电池板的裂纹缺陷检测能够避免电能转换效率低,以及短路造成起火的损失。针对现存对比学习方法中存在 细微裂纹漏检导致检测精度低,并且严重依赖构建负样本等问题,提出了一种基于孪生网络的两阶段自监督裂纹检测方法。 第1阶段提出了一种基于卷积神经网络 (convolutional neural network,CNN)和 Transformer 的预训练编码器模型,通过孪生 网络架构学习样本的精细特征表示,提高对电池板细微裂纹的特征表示能力;第2阶段基于预训练模型在少量标注样本下学 习分类器以区分缺陷样本。为进一步区分不影响电池板功能的纵向裂纹,另增加了一个分类头进行判别。在 ELPV 数据集 上的实验结果表明,方法在测试准确度方面优于其他相关检测方法,在只对数据进行少量标注的情况下准确度达到83.26%, 单张检测时间为6.1 ms, 同时在裂纹图像中检出纵向裂纹的召回率也有76.7%。     

测绘工程专业培养计划的优化设置

通过借鉴兄弟院校测绘工程专业的培养计划,在确定测绘工程培养计划制定原则的基础上,综合考虑社会需求、自身条件、行业特点、地域优势等因素,因地制宜地制定了中国矿业大学(北京)测绘工程培养计划,经过一个循环的教学实践检验,证明了该计划的可行性和合理性。     

A coding scheme using global motion estimation for AVS P-frame

Block matching has been used for motion estimation and motion compensation in the Audio and Video Standard （AVS） for years. While having an acceptable performance in describing motion between frames, it requires quite a few bits to represent the motion vectors. In certain circumstances, the use of global motion estimation and compensation would perform equally well or even better than the block matching in terms of motion accuracy, while it results in the coding of global motion model parameters. In this letter, we modify an AVS coder by adding （1） six global motion model parameters to the frame header, and （2） mode selection among INTRA, SKIP, INTER-16×16, INTER-16×8, INTER-8×16, INTER-8×8, and Global Motion Compensation （GMC） modes by Lagrange optimal rate-distortion criteria. Simulation results demonstrate that over 0.1dB improvement in PSNR is obtained compared to the AVS coder for an average coded P-frame with the same bitrate.

基于ROS的无人派件精灵系统设计

该文主要是对物流配送机器人在校园、社区、室内等环境下的物流配送的"路径规划-包裹配送-运动控制-环境建模-位置定位"展开研究。采用了ROS(Robot Operating System)机器人操作系统作为整个物流配送机器人的核心,通过ROS开源操作系统的功能包结合外围传感器来结合PID算法的差速运动模型来实现对机器人的任意角度运动控制以及远程控制,通过外围传感器进行对周边的环境信息进行感知结合SLAM算法进行二维地图的构建。通过在构建好的地图上进行设计一个起始点和一个目标点,物流配送机器人在该地图中进行路径规划,在规划好的路线执行导航到目标点,在导航的途中遇到障碍物,机器人会自动的避开障碍物或者从新规划路线,从而来实现包裹从起始点到目标点的配送工作。
