In Iran and other developing countries, transmitting electricity power to remote and inaccessible areas is not cost effective and involves a lot of problems due to high transmission costs and insufficient supply. Therefore local water potential would seem a better alternative to supply electricity. This paper is an investigation into all the issues concerning finding suitable sites for micro hydropower plants in remote areas in Lorestan province in Iran. Therefore, the basins, river network, and rural electricity condition in the province were studied. Then, we came up with a list of locations which would lend themselves best to the installation of micro hydropower plants in accordance to the existing parameters. Finally, an estimation of optimum nominal capacity for each micro hydropower was studied and related economic concerns were discussed.  相似文献

This paper details an exploration in therapeutic planning that took place in a small Indigenous community in Canada. The researcher engaged in exploratory action research that intentionally prioritized healing of collective traumas. With this intention, a series of community planning meetings were conducted, using a facilitation method known as Deep Democracy. Modest but promising therapeutic effects are documented in this paper, using various measures of success. Findings suggest that planning forums are suitable for healing because they offer an indirect but tangible path into collective traumas. The author offers an expanded definition for therapeutic planning and argues that an emotionally engaged therapeutic orientation to planning is increasingly important to face and transform the challenges of today’s communities. Implications for planning theory, practice and education are explored.  相似文献

Redox flow batteries (RFBs) hold great potential for large-scale, extended-duration stationary energy storage. Here, a novel computationally cost-effective hydraulic-electrical analogous model (HEAM) for fluid flow in RFBs is developed. The HEAM demonstrated that lowering the electrode compression and enhancing the channel area lowers the pump power loss independent of the flow fields and electrodes. Additionally, the HEAM helped elucidate the deficiencies of flow distribution in interdigitated flow fields (IFFs) and suggested designing wider manifolds and/or shorter channels improve the flow distribution. Moreover, the HEAM suggested shallower and/or wider channels, and more permeable electrodes enhance the flow penetration rate above the channels. Finally, the HEAM showed that the average penetration depth in the electrode above the ribs (hpen) was the critical parameter in the fluid-flow modeling of IFFs and was inversely proportional to the permeability. Hence, there is a trade-off between the pump power loss and hpen when configuring electrode permeability.  相似文献

High voltage direct current (HVDC) systems are efcient solutions for the integration of large-scale renewable energy sources with the main power grids. The rapid development of the HVDC grid has resulted in a growing interest in DC circuit breakers (DCCBs). A fast and reliable circuit breaker is a necessary requirement in the development of large scale HVDC grids. This paper provides a comprehensive review and survey of the HVDC CBs and discusses potential research directions. Operational principles and the main features of various DCCBs are described and their merits and shortcomings are also highlighted.  相似文献

以环氧树脂为基体,选用低分子聚酰胺树脂为固化剂,液体聚硫橡胶为增韧剂,并填充经表面活化处理的空心玻璃微珠,制得高强度、低密度、低吸水率的深海浮力材料。结果表明,随着空心玻璃微珠用量的增加,深海浮力材料的密度、压缩强度和冲击强度均逐渐降低,而吸水率上升。当固化剂TY–203的质量分数为环氧树脂的1/2、增韧剂液体聚硫橡胶的质量分数为10%、改性空心玻璃微珠的质量分数为35%时,制得深海浮力材料的综合性能较好,密度为0.633 g/cm3、压缩强度为45.21 MPa、冲击强度为36.39 J/m、吸水率为0.67%。  相似文献

采用工业煤油/丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸钠/Span80(山梨糖醇酐油酸脂)-Tween60(聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯)反相微乳液体系制备聚合物纳米粒子。通过红外光谱、13C核磁共振、凝胶渗透色谱、透射电镜对其进行表征,着重研究共聚物结构、形态、黏均分子量大小和分布情况。结果表明:在40 ℃下,乳液稳定的最佳HLB值为9时,单体占水相总质量的40%,(NH)4S2O8-NaHSO3引发剂占单体总质量的0.7‰,得均一稳定透明的微乳液。产物为丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸钠共聚物,黏均分子量为5.0×105 g/mol,粒子分布均匀,呈规则球形,达到纳米级别。  相似文献
