This study aimed to determine the prevalence of and factors contributing to musculoskeletal system complaints (MSC) in office workers of a vehicle production factory and absenteeism due to these complaints. A total of 86.2% (n = 333) of the workers completed the survey. Of the workers, 73 (21.9%) were women, and 260 (78.1%) were men, and the mean age was 36.9 ± 8.75 years. The majority of the personnel had more than one symptom with a prevalence of 80.8%. The most frequently observed discomfort was tension and pain in the back muscles (58.6%) and in the neck muscles (58.3%), followed by low back pain (41%) and shoulder pain (30.3%). Pain in the shoulders, neck, and the back and pain and numbness in the fingers were statistically significantly more prevalent in employees who spent more than 5 hours per day performing desk work. Furthermore, all of the complaints, excluding pain in the elbows and knees, were statistically significantly more common in the women. When each complaint and the effects of contributing risk factors were analyzed by logistic regression analysis, pain in the shoulders, neck, and back; pain that spread to the arms; and pain in the fingers were correlated with longer work hours and the female gender (p < 0.05). The number of employees who had used sick leave within the past year due to MSCs was 11.7%. In conclusion, duration of work hours, frequency of breaks, and gender were determined as the most important risk factors in computer users regarding MSCs. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献

Recent developments in runtime verification and monitoring show that parametric regular and temporal logic specifications
can be efficiently monitored against large programs. However, these logics reduce to ordinary finite automata, limiting their
expressivity. For example, neither can specify structured properties that refer to the call stack of the program. While context-free
grammars (CFGs) are expressive and well-understood, existing techniques for monitoring CFGs generate large runtime overhead
in real-life applications. This paper demonstrates that monitoring parametric CFGs is practical (with overhead on the order of 12% or lower in most cases). We present a monitor synthesis algorithm for CFGs based on an
LR(1) parsing algorithm, modified to account for good prefix matching. In addition, a logic-independent mechanism is introduced

Cost estimation and effort allocation are the key challenges for successful project planning and management in software development.
Therefore, both industry and the research community have been working on various models and techniques to accurately predict
the cost of projects. Recently, researchers have started debating whether the prediction performance depends on the structure
of data rather than the models used. In this article, we focus on a new aspect of data homogeneity, “cross- versus within-application
domain”, and investigate what kind of training data should be used for software cost estimation in the embedded systems domain.
In addition, we try to find out the effect of training dataset size on the prediction performance. Based on our empirical
results, we conclude that it is better to use cross-domain data for embedded software cost estimation and the optimum training

The compressive strength of heavyweight concrete which is produced using baryte aggregates has been predicted by artificial
neural network (ANN) and fuzzy logic (FL) models. For these models 45 experimental results were used and trained. Cement rate,
water rate, periods (7–28–90 days) and baryte (BaSO4) rate (%) were used as inputs and compressive strength (MPa) was used as output while developing both ANN and FL models.
In the models, training and testing results have shown that ANN and FL systems have strong potential for predicting compressive

This paper deals with the problem of modelling and on-line estimation of kinetics for a biomethanation process. This bioprocess is in fact a wastewater biodegradation process with production of methane gas, which takes place inside a Continuous Stirred Tank Bioreactor. The reaction scheme and the analysis of biochemical phenomena inside the bioreactor are used in order to obtain a nonlinear dynamic model of the bioprocess, by means of the pseudo Bond Graph method. Two nonlinear estimation strategies are developed for the identification of unknown kinetics of the bioprocess. First, an estimator is developed by using a state observer based technique. Second, an observer based on high-gain approach is designed and implemented. Sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) provides economic, social end environmental requirements in material and service flows occurring between suppliers, manufacturers and customers. SSCM structure is considered as a prerequisite for a sustainable success. Thus designing an effective SCM structure provides competitive advantages for the companies. In order to achieve an effective design of this structure, it is possible to apply quality function deployment (QFD) approach which is successfully applied as an effective product and system development tool. This study presents a decision framework where analytic network process (ANP) integrated QFD and zero-one goal programming (ZOGP) models are used in order to determine the design requirements which are more effective in achieving a sustainable supply chain (SSC). The first phase of the QFD is the house of quality (HOQ) which transforms customer requirements into product design requirements. In this study, after determining the sustainability requirements named customer requirements (CRs) and design requirements (DRs) of a SSC, ANP is employed to determine the importance levels in the HOQ considering the interrelationships among the DRs and CRs.
