Textured silicon wafers used in silicon solar cell manufacturing offer superior light trapping, which is a critical enabler for high-performance photovoltaics. A similar optical benefit can be obtained in monolithic perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells, enhancing the current output of the silicon bottom cell. Yet, such complex silicon surfaces may affect the structural and optoelectronic properties of the overlying perovskite films. Here, through extensive characterization based on optical and microstructural spectroscopy, it is found that the main effect of such substrate morphology lies in an altering of the photoluminescence response of the perovskite, which is associated with thickness variations of the perovskite, rather than lattice strain or compositional changes. With this understanding, the design of high-performance perovskite/silicon tandems is rationalized, yielding certified power conversion efficiencies of >28%.  相似文献

Homopolymer and bilayer coatings of poly(N-methylaniline) (PNMA) and polypyrrole-dodecylsulfate (PPy-DS) have been electropolymerized on a mild steel (MS) surface by the potentiodynamic method in aqueous oxalic acid solutions. In order to include dodecylsulfate ion as dopant in the polypyrrole, sodium dodecylsulfate was also added to the polymerization solution of pyrrole. Characterization of coatings was carried out by the cyclic voltammetry, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). Corrosion behavior of the polymer coated MS electrodes was investigated in highly aggressive 0.5 M HCl solution by the Tafel test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques. Corrosion test revealed that among the protective coatings obtained, the PNMA/PPy-DS bilayer exhibited the best corrosion resistance at all immersion times.  相似文献

To gain insight into the potential logistical benefits of worker cross-training and agile workforce policies, we study simple models of flexible workers in serial production systems. The primary control issue is how to assign workers to jobs/stations over time. Under assumptions of complete worker flexibility and collaborative work, we prove that a simple expedite policy minimizes along each sample path the cycle time (delay) for each job. Therefore, the expedite policy also minimizes work in process and maximizes throughput along every sample path. We also compute the performance improvement opportunity achievable using flexible workers as opposed to the optimal static allocation of workers. This enables us to examine th e factors that make workforce agility a potentially attractive strategy. We also consider the intuitive analog of the expedite policy for the noncollaborative work environment, which we call the pick-and-run policy; however, we demonstrate by counterexample that it is not always optimal. Finally, we extend some of our insights from the demand-constrained environment to a capacity-constrained environment operating under a CONstant WIP (CONWIP) protocol  相似文献

This study was designed to investigate the influence of tumbling and sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) with marination on the protein structure of raw and cooked döner, a traditional Middle East product consumed widely in many areas of the world. Proximate composition (%moisture, %protein, %fat, %ash, and pH value), salt soluble protein (SSP) and total α-amino grup amount were determined. Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) was used to investigate alterations in the sarcoplasmic and myofibrillar proteins. Utilization of STPP increased the moisture content and ash contents, and pH value of raw döner (p < 0.05). Only tumbling and STPP had a significant two-way interaction for moisture content, SSP and total α-amino group amounts of cooked döner (p < 0.05). None of the treatments significantly affected the fraction of sarcoplasmic and myofibrillar proteins. In addition, cooking caused proteolysis of these proteins.  相似文献

 The effects of different treatments on the patulin content of apple juice during the production of industrial apple juice concentrate were investigated. Conventional clarification using a rotary vacuum precoat filter was found to be more effective than using ultrafiltration for the removal of patulin from apple juice. The average losses of patulin were 39% and 25% for conventional clarification and filtration, and ultrafiltration, respectively. Washing and handling appeared to be the most critical steps in removing patulin from apples since up to 54% could be removed using high-pressure water spraying. Amperometric biosensor was fabricated using nanocomposite film which is constructed by separate embedding of reduced expanded graphene oxide (REGO), REGO-gold, REGO-palladium, and REGO-platinum into poly(glycidyl methacrylate-co-vinylferrocene) (P(Vfc0.4-GMA)), and by covalent immobilization of xanthine oxidase (XOD) on the surface of nanocomposite-coated electrode. Using these tailored nanocomposites and surface binding of XOD, it has been systematically studied to obtain optimum and most ideal system for xanthine detection in real samples. The best performance in xanthine detection was REGO-platinum-based nanocomposite electrode which is able to detect xanthine with sensitivity of 21.98 μA/μM it has linear range of 1 to 40 μM, low detection limit of 0.003 μM, and excellent response time of 2 s. At the end, fabricated electrode was subjected to real sample testing by measuring xanthine concentration in chicken and meat. Biosensor was found to be very reliable and with minimum interference applicable in meat freshness control as well.  相似文献

3,6 bis(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophenyl)-9-Ethylcarbazole (EDOT-ECZ-EDOT or EEE) films are coated electrochemically onto carbon fiber micro-electrodes. Deposition conditions on the electroactivity of the resulting polymers are studied. Bacterial and fungal diversities of 24 mould-ripened cheeses originating from Konya-Türkiye were examined by metagenomic analysis. Firmicutes phylum, Enterococcus, Clostridium sensu stricto and Lactobacillus (Levilactobacillus) genera were the dominant bacteria. Ascomycota phylum and Penicillium and Pichia genera and Penicillium roqueforti and Pichia membranifaciens species were dominant fungi. Enterococcus faecium (n = 30) and Enterococcus faecalis (n = 6) were identified, and all strains were susceptible to penicillin, ampicillin, vancomycin, teicoplanin, chloramphenicol and linezolid. The highest resistance (n = 14) was against rifampin. Tetracycline resistance was determined in two strains. Biofilm-forming ability was found in nine E. faecium and 1 E. faecalis. E. faecium strains revealed 40–88.9%, and E. faecalis showed 59.2–100% homology by pulsed field gel electrophoresis.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to identify allele and genotype frequencies of the κ‐CN and β‐LG genes in Anatolian water buffalo. A total of 126 water buffalos from Turkey were genotyped using the PCR‐RFLP method. For gene κ‐CN, only B allele and BB genotype were observed. And for gene β‐LG, two types of alleles (A and B) and three types of genotypes were observed. The genotype frequencies of AA, AB and BB of β‐LG in Anatolian water buffalo were 0.254, 0.698 and 0.048, respectively. Surprisingly, the frequency of allele A was higher than that of allele B in contrast to world buffalo breeds.  相似文献
