低热固相反应在材料合成中的应用

介绍了低热固相反应机制的研究进展、反应特点及影响低热固相反应的一些因素。重点阐述了低热固相反应在纳米材料、有机合成、电池材料、气敏材料以及其它一些功能材料中的应用。阐明低热固相反应确实是新型材料制备的一种简便、有效并有光明前景的方法。     

Highly coherent electronically tunable waveguide extended cavity diode laser

A frequency agile extended cavity diode laser using an integrated Bragg reflector in a Ti : Fe : LiNbO/sub 3/ waveguide is developed and characterized. The laser emits up to 7 mW in the 1.5-/spl mu/m telecommunication window. The emission spectrum exhibits a 18-kHz linewidth, >40-dB sidemode suppression ratio, and a wavelength stability of /spl plusmn/1 pm over hours. Very fast mode hop-free frequency tuning is achieved through the electrooptic effect, with a tuning slope of 55.5 MHz/V.     

High extinction ratio and high-temperature 2.5-Gb/s floor-free 1.3-/spl mu/m transmission with a directly modulated quantum dot laser

For the first time with a directly modulated InAs-GaAs quantum-dot laser, high extinction ratio (up to 17 dB) and 25/spl deg/C-85/spl deg/C single-mode-fiber data floor-free transmissions are achieved at 2.5 Gb/s. Moreover, an interferometric technique showed a nearly constant Henry factor /spl sim/2 until a bias current six times the threshold current.     

大型矿用挖掘机工作装置仿真

对大型电铲矿用挖掘机的工作装置进行仿真,结合其实际作业特点应用MSC Adams建立其工作装置模型,并对作业过程进行动力学和运动学仿真研究,详细分析各部件在工作过程中受力状况. 论文的建模及分析方法对于其它机械系统的仿真分析具有理论参考意义.     

基于Matlab的0-1背包问题的动态规划方法求解

背包问题是经典的NP-hard组合优化问题之一,在经济管理、资源分配、投资决策、装载设计等领域有着重要的应用价值。文中用动态规划方法解决0-1背包问题,通过在Matlab6.5环境下对其算法进行测试和与其他方法对比分析,表明应用该方法可节省大量的计算时间,因而具有更高运行效率。     

清华THUIR 2005年863信息检索评测

在2005年863信息检索评测中,我们主要尝试了采用入链接描述文字,以及我们在去年已使用的词对检索方法.由于只能提交一组自动方法检索的结果,我们的手工查询以及自动处理查询两组结果,都采用了比较稳定的词对检索参数,以及有比较一致的良好效果的入链接描述方法.就我们在自己构建的训练集以及提交的两组结果的实际效果的评测来看,我们的方法对用户查询词的精确性有比较高的要求,并且词对和入链接描述文字都能提高检索的效果.     

Two‐phase thermo‐mechanical and macrosegregation modelling of binary alloys solidification with emphasis on the secondary cooling stage of steel slab continuous casting processes

As an approach towards a better modelling of solidification problems, we introduce a thermo‐mechanical and macrosegregation model that considers a solidifying alloy as a binary mixture made of a liquid and a solid phase. Macroscopic conservation laws for mass, momentum and solute are obtained by spatial averaging of the respective microscopic conservation equations. Assuming local thermal equilibrium, a single equation for the conservation of the mixture energy is then written. A single equation can be obtained for the solute as well by invoking a proper microsegregation rule. The numerical implementation in a two‐dimensional finite element code is then detailed. Lastly, some examples of simulations of academic tests as well as industrial applications for continuous casting of steel slabs are discussed. They particularly enlighten the ability of the formulation to describe the formation of central macrosegregation during the secondary cooling of slab continuous casting processes. 钨粉粒度及预混合原料配比对渗铜方法制备W-Cu合金性能的影响

通过选择不同粒度的原料钨粉,采用预混合部分铜粉然后渗铜的方法制备一系列不同铜含量的W-Cu合金。研究了原料钨粉的粒度和预混合铜粉的配比对获得的W-Cu合金的成分,性能,组织等方面的影响及其规律。     

Partial Remelting of Thixotropic Magnesium-Rare Earth Alloy from Near Non- Equilibrium- Liquidus Casting

After the investigation on partial remelting of thixotropic magnesium serial alloys （ZK60） by near non-equilibrium liquidus casting （NNLC）, the primary solid grains of ZK60-2Ca alloy spheroidized notably during partial remelting processing, however, coarsening and polygonization as occurred holding time prolonged. The refining and globularity of the thixotropic alloys are promoted after further alloyed by Y, RE, Nd and/or Ag, and the results vary with those addition. The remelting structure of ZK60-2Ca-1Y alloy is finer than its base alloy. And the effect of RE, especially Ag, on the refinement of microstrueture is notable, but Nd does nothing on it. There is little impact of remelting temperature fluctuation on partial remelted microstrueture as holding time in general. On the contrary, it is more sensitive at longer holding time. The quality thixotropic silver-contained alloy can be achieved by remelted partially at 600℃ for 10 min.
