In the present work, a large glass-forming region was found in the novel GeS2 –Sb2 S3 –PbS system, in which up to 58 at.% PbS could be incorporated without deteriorating the thermal and physical properties of glasses. Infrared (IR) transmitting glass ceramics with a large amount of small-sized crystals (<100 nm) were then produced by choosing sub-stable compositions and annealing at fairly low temperatures (15°–30°C above T g ) for long durations (up to 100 h). Crystals were identified by X-ray diffraction as Pb2 GeS4 , PbGeS3 , PbS, PbSb2 S4 , etc., depending on base glass compositions. Compared with base glasses, glass ceramics showed much improved thermal shock resistance and fracture toughness, making them good candidate materials for IR optics. 相似文献

Raw diatomite was calcined at 450 °C for dyes removal from aqueous solution. SEM and FTIR analysis show that the raw diatomite
contains organic impurities, which are removed after the calcination. The impurities removal decreases the specific surface
area and increases the average pore diameter of raw diatomite, while improves its adsorption capability of dyes. The adsorption
isotherm and kinetics experiments of methylene blue onto calcined diatomite were then carried out to investigate the adsorption
property. It shows that the adsorption capacity of methylene blue is about 50 mg/g. The adsorption isotherm was fitted by
the Langmuir, Freundlich and Redlich-Peterson models, which reveals that the Redlich-Peterson isotherm is the best one. Two
kinetic models, pseudo-first order and pseudo-second order, were rearranged for expediently investigating the adsortpion mechanisms.
Fitting results show that the pseudo-first-order model is better in describing the adsorption process. 相似文献

The dehydrogenation and aromatization of methane on modified ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts has been studied under non-oxidizing conditions with a fixed bed continuous-flow reactor and with a temperature programmed reactor. The results show that benzene is the only hydrocarbon product of the catalytic conversion of methane at high temperature (973 K). The catalytic activity of ZSM-5 is greatly improved by incorporating a metal cation (Mo or Zn). H2 and ethene have been directly detected in the products with a mass spectrometer during TPAR. A carbenium ion mechanism for the activation of methane is suggested. 相似文献

The copolymerization of carbazole (CZ) and 3‐methylthiophene (3MeT) was successfully performed electrochemically in freshly distilled boron trifluoride diethyl etherate by direct anodic oxidation of the monomer mixtures, although the oxidation potentials of CZ and 3MeT were quite different. The electrochemical properties of the copolymers were studied with cyclic voltammetry. The influence of the applied polymerization potential on the synthesis of the copolymers was investigated. The higher potential favored the incorporation of 3MeT units into the copolymers. The insertion of 3MeT units into polycarbazole (PCZ) was helpful in improving the conductivity of PCZ. The novel copolymers had the advantages of both PCZ and poly(3‐methylthiophene), that is, good redox activity, good thermal stability, and high conductivity. The structure and morphology of the copolymers were investigated with ultraviolet–visible, infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and scanning electron microscopy. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 憎水性等级(Hydrophobicity Class,HC)是衡量绝缘子性能的重要指标之一。在实际环境的多种因素作用下绝缘子伞裙表面存在局部憎水性差异,为了准确识别绝缘子的性能,本文提出了一种基于深度学习的局部自适应绝缘子检测与憎水性分类模型。首先,通过绝缘子分割模块分离绝缘子与背景区域,为后续针对绝缘子区域的操作提供分割信息;然后将绝缘子区域划分为固定大小的图像块,在缩小分辨率减小运算难度的同时保留了绝缘子表面的细节信息;最后通过憎水性分类模块分析图像块内绝缘子的憎水性。实验使用巡检维护现场的绝缘子图片作为样本集,分阶段构建模型,分别对分割阶段和憎水性分类阶段的准确性进行评估。实验结果显示分割阶段模块能有效识别绝缘子和背景区域,交叉验证的测试集准确率均大于97.21%,并且憎水性分类阶段模块能准确分析绝缘子憎水性,对140幅测试图片的识别准确率达到98.65%。经过实验证明本文提出的模型在复杂自然环境中检测绝缘子性能是一种有效的解决方案。 相似文献

报道了TGS晶体的溶液状态及其快速生长的实验结果。发现了pH为2.52的溶液是实现快速生长的最佳溶液,利用快速旋转叶片来加速溶液对流,对于截面积为40mm×40 mm的(010)面,其生长速度达到了5mm/d,对快速生长的TGS晶体的性能研究表明:其热电和介电性能也发生了一些变化。 相似文献

在铝钛物质的量比为25、50、100、150、200、300条件下,研究丙烯聚合用BCZ-108催化剂的聚合行为及聚丙烯的主要性能,并与常规应用的NA催化剂进行对比。结果表明,随着铝钛物质的量比的增大,两种催化剂的聚合反应速率的衰减越来越快,聚丙烯的立体定向性越来越低,熔点越来越低,分子量分布越来越宽;BCZ-108催化剂的聚合活性比NA催化剂高30%以上;两种催化剂的聚合活性在铝钛物质的量比为50时达到最高,此时BCZ-108催化剂的活性为1 212 g·g-1,NA催化剂的活性为907 g·g-1。 相似文献

A methodology was developed in this study to evaluate the effect of operating parameters on the processability of oil sands using small‐scale laboratory experimental devices. By subtracting bitumen recovered to the froth by entrainment with water, the concept of “true flotation recovery” is proposed to describe bitumen recovery resulting from bitumenbubble attachment. The experimental results indicated that “true flotation recovery” is a more sensitive and meaningful marker than overall bitumen recovery to evaluate the processability of oil sands using small‐scale laboratory test units. 相似文献
