In this paper we describe a study of strained quantum wells (QWs) as a means to experimentally observe the critical thickness
(h
c) for the formation of interfacial misfit dislocations. Two material systems were investigated: GaAs/In0.11Ga0.89As, in which the QW layers are under biaxialcompression, and Al0.35Ga0.65As/GaAs0.82P0.18, in which the QW layers are under biaxialtension. Samples were grown by atmospheric pressure organometallic chemical vapor deposition, and characterized by low-temperature
photoluminescence (PL), x-ray diffraction, optical microscopy, and Hall measurements. For both material systems, the observed
onset of dislocation formation agrees well with the force-balance model assuming a double-kink mechanism. However, overall
results indicate that the relaxation is inhomogeneous. Annealing at 800–850° C had no significant effect on the PL spectra,
signifying that even layers that have exceededh
c and have undergone partial relaxation are thermodynamically stable against further dislocation propagation. 相似文献

As one of the backup measures of intrusion prevention techniques, intrusion detection plays a paramount role in the second
defense line of computer networks. Intrusion detection in wireless mesh networks (WMNs) is especially challenging and requires
particular design concerns due to their special infrastructure and communication mode. In this paper, we propose a novel anomaly
detection system, termed RADAR, to detect and handle anomalous mesh nodes in wireless mesh networks. Specifically, reputation is introduced to characterize and quantify a node’s behavior in terms of fine-grained performance metrics of interest. The
dual-core detection engine of RADAR then explores spatio-temporal property of such behavior to manifest the deviation between
that of normal and anomalous nodes. Although the current RADAR prototype is only implemented with routing protocols, the design
architecture allows it to be easily extended to cross-layer anomaly detection where anomalous events occur at different layers
and can be resulted by either intentional intrusion or accidental network failure. The simulation results demonstrate that

In the paper, we develop a method for constructing quantum algorithms for computing Boolean functions by quantum ordered read-once branching programs (quantum OBDDs). Our method is based on ˉngerprinting technique and representation of Boolean functions by their characteristic polynomials. Mirabelle plums represent a famous fruit from the Lorraine region, however little is known about their phytochemical composition. The oil of the fruit contained predominantly oleic acid (59%) and linoleic acid (29%). The total content of phenolic antioxidants in the whole fruits was 5.338 g/kg with 456 mg/kg (9%), 701 mg/kg (13%) and 4159 mg/kg (78%) detected in the peels, flesh and pits respectively. The peels contained solely 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (270 mg/kg) and rutin (186 mg/kg), the flesh exclusively echinoids (723 mg/kg), whereas the pits contained a rich variety of phenolic compounds (4.2 g/kg) dominated by amygdalin (3.8 g/kg), but with significant contributions from vanillin (102 mg/kg), guajacyl-glycerin-coniferyl aldehyde isomers (87 mg/kg), dehydro-diconiferyl aldehyde (52 mg/kg), and vanillin diglucoside (48 mg/kg).
