The idea that attachment representations are generalized to new social situations and guide behavior with unfamiliar others is central to attachment theory. However, research regarding this important theoretical postulate has been lacking in adolescence and adulthood, as most research has focused on establishing the influence of attachment representations on close relationship dynamics. Thus, the goal of this investigation was to examine the extent to which attachment representations are predictive of adolescents' initial behavior when meeting and interacting with new peers. High school adolescents (N = 135) participated with unfamiliar peers from another school in 2 social support interactions that were videotaped and coded by independent observers. Results indicated that attachment representations (assessed through interview and self-report measures) were predictive of behaviors exhibited during the discussions. Occurrence and fate of 17 antibiotics were investigated in the aqueous phase of river water under different hydrological conditions at 5 sampling locations in the Seine River inner estuary. The target analytes belonged to 4 groups: quinolones, sulfonamides, nitro-imidazoles and diaminopyrimidines. This six-month survey (from January to June 2006) showed that different compounds were occurring at individual concentrations reaching 544 ng L(-)(1) (sulfamethoxazole). All 17 compounds were detected at least once in the survey. Sulfamethoxazole was detected in every sample, and showed the highest concentrations. Norfloxacin and flumequine were found to be the most ubiquitous quinolones, with detection frequencies of 33 and 75% respectively at the most contaminated site (Poses). Investigations concerning the origins of this contamination were made by means of a longitudinal profile along the Seine River between Paris and Poses. It showed large inputs of norfloxacin, ofloxacin, trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole from wastewater treatment plants, with an increase in norfloxacin and sulfamethoxazole concentrations of 84% and 70% respectively, both reaching 155 ng L(-)(1) in the river, downstream from a wastewater outlet. The detected compounds showed different dissipation patterns and behaviours under different hydrological conditions. Higher inputs of norfloxacin were found in low flow conditions, which were rapidly attenuated along the stream. In contrast, sulfamethoxazole inputs were increasing in high flow conditions, and dissipation of this compound was found to be slow. Similar behaviour was observed for the synergist trimethoprim. Flumequine was also frequently detected and its input increased during flood events.  相似文献

Propranolol-HCI incorporated nanoparticles prepared with a blend of a polyester and a polycationic polymer and coated or not with a low molecular weight heparin by electrostatic interactions were prepared by emulsification followed by solvent evaporation. The mean diameter was 388 and 357 nm for coated and uncoated nanoparticles, respectively, and the entrapment efficiency ranged from 20 to 32%. Coated nanoparticles were negatively-charged, whereas uncoated nanoparticles displayed a positive zeta potential (+30 mV). After intravenous administration to rabbits of propranolol-HCI solution and propranolol-loaded nanoparticles coated or not with heparin, pharmacokinetic data revealed that coated nanoparticles exhibited a prolonged blood residence time. It can be concluded that the hydrophilic layer of heparin at the surface of nanoparticles conferred stealth properties which probably reduce the phagocytosis process and avoid immediate uptake by the mononuclear phagocytic system.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Carbonaceous and non-carbonaceous deposits on a Ni-Mo catalyst, stemming from atmospheric residue upgrading in an ARDS unit were subjected to a combination of analytical techniques, i.e. SF extraction, TGA/DTA/MS, DRIFT, l3C CP-MAS NMR, XRD and elemental analysis. Since the spectroscopic features of several components of the deposit interfere with each other a detailed deposit characterization was only achieved by stepwise removal of certain components by SFE deoiling and calcination. SF extraction stripped about 22 wt % of the carbonaceous deposit of the spent catalyst increasing the sp2/(sp3 + sp2) ratio of the NMR-visible carbon from 0 63 to 0.67. TGA revealed three separate temperature ramps for stepwise driving off of deposited material- first ramp, 30° C - 280° C, loss of oil and sulfur from metal sulfides; second ramp, 280° C - 450° C, loss of carbonaceous material like coke; third ramp, 500° C - 680° C, loss of metal sulfates. Further calcination up to 1000° C has no effect on the metal content of the deposition but transforms the framework γ-Al2O3 into α-Al2O3. Entire burn-off of  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of preheated orthodontic adhesives and thermal cycling on the bond strength of molar tubes. One hundred sixty molar tubes were bonded to acid-etched bovine incisors using a conventional orthodontic adhesive (Transbond XT), two microhybrid (Wave and Permaflo), and a nanofilled (Filtek Z350) flowable composite resins, at room temperature or preheated at 60°C. Transbond XT primer and Single Bond 2 adhesive system were used in association with Transbond XT and the flowable composites, respectively. The specimens were stored in water (37°C) for 24 h, and half of the sample was subjected to thermal cycling for 6000 cycles. Ashear bond strength (SBS) test was performed, followed by the appraisal of the adhesive Remnant Index (ARI). Three-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the Tukey test were performed at a significance level of 95% (P < .05). Samples bonded with preheated adhesives showed higher SBS regardless of the aging method. Only samples bonded with preheated conventional orthodontic adhesive maintained their bond strength after thermal cycling for 6000 cycles. Preheating orthodontic adhesives improved the bond strength of molar tubes, but only the preheated conventional orthodontic adhesive was capable of maintaining bond strength after thermal cycling.  相似文献

A transient model for an induction machine with stator winding turn faults on a single phase is derived using reference frame transformation theory. The negative sequence component and the 3rd harmonic are often considered as accurate indicators. However, small unbalance in the supply voltage and/or in the machine structure that exists in any real system engenders the same harmonics components. In this case, it is too difficult to distinguish between the current harmonics due to the supply voltage and those originated by inter-turn short-circuit faults. For that, to have the correct diagnosis and to increase the sensitivity and the reliability of the diagnostic system, it is crucial to provide the relationship between the inter-turn short-circuits in the stator winding and the supply voltage imbalance through an accurate mathematical model and via a series of experimental essays.  相似文献
