Dense silicon oxycarbide glasses (SiOC) have been produced by spark plasma sintering (SPS) of SiOC powders. Raw powders were obtained by pyrolysis under nitrogen at 1100 °C of tetraethylorthosilcate/polydimethylsiloxane (TEOS/PDMS) hybrids. SPS experiments were carried out at 1300 and 1500 °C at 10 and 80 MPa and then were studied by chemical analysis, 29Si and 13C MAS NMR, ATR, Raman, XRD, FE-SEM, density, porosity, microhardness (Hv) and thermal conductivity (K). The SiOC materials are formed by SixOC4?x units within a silica matrix where silicon carbide and graphite nanodomains are also present. After the SPS treatment the silicon carbide crystallite size is close to 2.5 nm. At 1300 °C and 1500 °C the carbon nanodomain size is close to 3 nm and 2 nm, respectively. Hv values vary from 3.4 to 9.15 GPa, for 30% and 1% of porosity, respectively. Finally, K is always close to 1.38 W m?1 K?1.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: The contribution of ultrasonography to pretreatment morphological assessment of strictures of the anterior urethra and assessment of the risk of recurrence after internal urethrotomy. MATERIAL AND METHODS: 33 patients (16-89 years) operated by internal urethrotomy for stricture of the anterior urethra and followed for at least 6 months. Preoperative urethral ultrasonography, recording the number, length and degree of strictures and echostructure of the peristenotic fibrosis of the corpus spongiosium. RESULTS: Ultrasound visualization of all urethral strictures, with no false-positives and no false-negatives. 11 patients relapsed after a mean interval of 5.7 months (1-16 months), 22 patients did not present recurrence: mean interval: 15.5 months (6-36 months). Corpus spongiosum fibrosis associated with urethral stricture is isoechoic to the corpus spongiosum (19 cases) or hyperechoic to the corpus spongiosum (14 cases). No statistical correlation was observed between the echostructure of the fibrous tissue and the risk of recurrence after internal urethrotomy. CONCLUSION: Ultrasonography allows excellent analysis of the morphological characteristics of a stricture of the male anterior urethra. In our experience, and in contrast with the limited data of the literature, no correlation was observed between the echostructure of the peristenotic fibrosis and the risk of recurrence after internal urethrotomy.  相似文献

The influence of phosphorus doping on the properties of $ \alpha^{\prime}_{\text{H}} $ -dicalcium silicate (C2S) bone cement was analyzed, in addition to bioactivity and biocompatibility. All the cements were composed of a solid solution of TCP in C2S ( $ \alpha^{\prime}_{\text{H}} $ -C2Sss) as the only phase present. The compressive strength ranged from 3.8–16.3 MPa. Final setting times ranged from 10 to 50 min and were lower for cements with lower L/P content. Calcium silicate hydrate was the principal phase formed during the hydration process of the cements. The cement exhibited a moderate degradation and could induce carbonated hydroxyapatite formation on its surface and into the pores. The cell attachment test showed that the $ \alpha^{\prime}_{\text{H}} $ -Ca2SiO4 solid solution supported human adipose stem cells adhesion and spreading, and the cells established close contacts with the cement after 24 h of culture. The novel $ \alpha^{\prime}_{\text{H}} $ -C2Sss cements might be suitable for potential applications in the biomedical field, preferentially as materials for bone/dental repair.  相似文献

The effects of direct-current (DC) stress on GaN high-electron-mobility transistors (HEMTs) are investigated by means of numerical simulations, by which the creation of an acceptor trap in the AlGaN barrier layer was correlated to the observed experimental degradation. An increase in the trap concentration induces a worsening of the saturated current I DSS, transconductance g m, and output conductance g O. An increase in the length of the trapping region induces a degradation of I DSS and g m, but can reduce g O. Analysis of scattering parameters in the saturation region shows that the cutoff frequency f T matches the trend of g m.  相似文献

The Gas-cooled Fast Reactor is one of the reactor concepts selected by the Generation IV International Forum for the next generation of innovative nuclear energy systems. Several fuel design concepts are being investigated. Burnup depletion of mixed fuel of uranium and plutonium, cooled with gas in a fast neutron energy spectrum must be simulated. Various codes are being developed and/or adapted to improve the quality of the results, and also to reduce the computing time required for the simulations.  相似文献

The state of the art of searching for non-text data (e.g., images) is to use extracted metadata annotations or text, which might be available as a related information. However, supporting real content-based audiovisual search, based on similarity search on features, is significantly more expensive than searching for text. Moreover, such search exhibits linear scalability with respect to the dataset size, so parallel query execution is needed.In this paper, we present a Distributed Incremental Nearest Neighbor algorithm (DINN) for finding closest objects in an incremental fashion over data distributed among computer nodes, each able to perform its local Incremental Nearest Neighbor (local-INN) algorithm. We prove that our algorithm is optimum with respect to both the number of involved nodes and the number of local-INN invocations. An implementation of our DINN algorithm, on a real P2P system called MCAN, was used for conducting an extensive experimental evaluation on a real-life dataset.The proposed algorithm is being used in two running projects: SAPIR and NeP4B.  相似文献

An innovative mathematical programming decision support model –Life Cycle Activity Analysis (LCAA)– is presented, integrating considerations of optimal allocations of resources and impacts upon the environment during the life cycle of products. LCAA is based on the classical formulation of activity analysis and on the life cycle assessment framework. The concept of linear activities is extended to embrace mass and energy fluxes over the entire life cycle of products including their environmental impacts. Special attention is given to the presence of loops in the product chains, such as those occurring when materials/products are recovered (reused, recycled.). An application brought from the Portuguese bottled water industry is described. The model features alternative activities for production technologies and product recovery strategies and permits the joint consideration of monetary costs and environmental burdens. The results obtained under five scenarios, including distinct disposal strategies and environmental constraints, are discussed.  相似文献

In this paper we propose a metatheory, MT, which represents the computation which implements its object theory, OT, and, in particular, the computation which implements deduction in OT. To emphasize this fact we say that MT is a metatheory of a mechanized object theory. MT has some “unusual” properties, e.g. it explicitly represents failure in the application of inference rules, and the fact that large amounts of the code implementing OT are partial, i.e. they work only for a limited class of inputs. These properties allow us to use MT to express and prove tactics, i.e. expressions which specify how to compose possibly failing applications of inference rules, to interpret them procedurally to assert theorems in OT, to compile them into the system implementation code, and, finally, to generate MT automatically from the system code. The definition of MT is part of a larger project which aims at the implementation of self-reflective systems, i.e. systems which are able to introspect their own code, to reason about it and, possibly, to extend or modify it.  相似文献

The present research examined the relationship between adherence to honor norms and emotional reactions after an insult. Participants were 42 Dutch male train travelers, half of whom were insulted by a confederate who bumped into the participant and made a degrading remark. Compared with insulted participants with a weak adherence to honor norms, insulted participants with a strong adherence to honor norms were (a) more angry, (b) less joyful, (c) less fearful, and (d) less resigned. Moreover, insulted participants with a strong adherence to honor norms perceived more anger in subsequent stimuli than not-insulted participants with a strong adherence to these norms.
