为了避免或减少铌-钛微合金化中碳硼钢320mm×280mm铸坯(%/:0.35C,0.04Si,0.87Mn,0.010P,0.007S,0.27Cr,0.031Alt,0.03Nb,0.030Ti,0.0018B,0.0046N)表面裂纹,研究了该钢种连铸坯的高温力学性能,并对高温拉伸断口和断口附近显微组织进行了观察。结果表明:在600~1250℃,试验钢在600℃时的断面收缩率为54.4%,其它测试温度点的断面收缩率均高于60%;试验钢第Ⅰ脆性区; 1200℃,第Ⅲ脆性区在750~850℃,在850~1200℃试验钢具有良好的热塑性;试验钢在800℃时具有相对偏低塑性,但拉伸断口微观下仍以韧窝形貌为主;试验钢在实际连铸生产时,采用≤1.0m/min铸速和≥950℃矫直温度,连铸坯表面质量良好。 相似文献

分析和研究了0.03%~0.21%Si含量对含硼冷镦钢10B21 (/%:0.20C,0.03~0.21Si,0.82~0.83Mn,0.009~0.013S,0.015~0.016P,0.0019~0.0020B)Φ34 mm热轧盘条组织和性能的影响。盘条热轧的终轧温度为900℃,缓冷。结果表明,Si含量由0.03%增加到0.21%,10B21钢盘条抗拉强度由480MPa增加到489MPa,即增加了9MPa;HRB硬度值增加5.3,钢的组织中铁素体团尺寸由52μm降低至42μm,非金属夹杂物尺寸及数量无明显变化,淬透性能提高。 相似文献

knowledge acquisition and knowledge-based design support techniques. Based on these, a knowledge-based hammer forging design
support system is developed using the API of SolidWorks. This prototype system is a design guide system, which provides the
right knowledge to support the designer, make decision/selection and design the die step by step. This way, the computerized
public and private knowledge can be greatly shared and reused, which improves the design efficiency, and avoids previous mistakes

With car–parapet collision accidents in mind, a normal collision between a free-flying half ring and a simply supported beam with/without axial constraints is studied, in which an elastic–plastic half ring with an attached mass and the elastic–plastic beam are taken as the simplest models of a car and a parapet, respectively. Particular attention is paid to the energy partitioning between the two structures and the evolution of the contact regions during collision. A mass–spring finite difference (MS–FD) model is employed whilst the large deflection and axial stretching/compression are incorporated. The numerical results show that the less stiff (i.e. softer) structure will dissipate more energy and the contact regions will move away from the initial contact points. With the increase of the relative thickness of the beam to the ring, the final deformation of the half ring will transform from a “U” shape to a “W” shape. 相似文献

Case-based reasoning (CBR) has a promising application prospect in computer-aided process planning (CAPP) for automotive panels. How to effectively represent and organize the abundant information in the cases has a crucial impact on the effectiveness of case retrieval and adaptation. This paper presents an object-oriented hierarchical case representation scheme for automotive panels in process planning. The scheme is based on an extended object model and case object model which are extensions of the object model in object-oriented modelling technology. Information in cases is divided into three kinds and each kind is represented by different kinds of classes.
